Sherman and Nat's Excellent Timey-Wimey Adventure!

[General Blaze Sherman]

"Aye lass. I was thinkin' the same thin'." Devlyn said. He was using every sense he had to try to keep anything from surprising them. He smelled the air, scanned the road, trees, bushes. and listened for anything him might hear over Thunder's galloping.  

[General Blaze Sherman]

"Good idea lass. The more area we cover the better off we are at not being caught off guard." Devlyn said as he kept on scanning the area around them himself. Thunder kept running on strong but was starting to sweat a good bit now. He had been running hard for a few minutes now while covered in heavy armor, travel gear and Devlyn in all his heavy armor.

As the ladybugs did their surveillance, they would spot a three-tailed fox woman leading on... a few knights. She kept looking at them seductively in turn, making eye contact each time. There were four of them. They were likely the ones that had been after them originally, before Inori had separated from them.

A few moments passed before the woman approached one of them... removed their helmet... and locked lips with him. The kiss was kept up for a long time, the others seeming uninterested in what was happening, just looking at the woman in longing. As if they were waiting their turn.

Eventually, the man she was kissing grew weak kneed, his legs buckling, and he passed out. The kiss ending. She proceeded to move onto another knight. Eventually, she had given all four of them a long kiss and each and every one of them had passed out. A close look at them would reveal they were still breathing.

The Fox Woman then seemed to listen to her surroundings... before she looked directly at the lady bug curiously.

As for the other group that had tried to stop them. If the ladybugs were still bothering them. The Captain had preceeded to try and swat the bugs. To get them off.  

[General Blaze Sherman]

"Hey lass you seein anythin'?" Devlyn asked as he slowed Thunder down so the horse could regain some of his energy.

Thunder gladly slowed down. His breathing was getting heavy from all the running. He started to use the slower pace to recover.

The Three-Tailed Fox slowly walked up to the Ladybugs, her eyes full of wonder and curiosity. She placed a thumb under her lips as she examined it. She spoke again in Japanese, indicating she had taken off her ring.

She raised her finger in that moment, giving the ladybug a place to perch. She spoke again, her voice laced with curiosity. Her eyes searching just ever so slightly. Searching. Inori didn't seemed to be worried, however, her three tails hung relaxed behind her, though her ears pointed toward the ladybug, giving yet another clue toward her fascination with the insect.

As the two of them went along, a fox began to approach from the distance. There was nothing special about it, but it seemed to come by with a sense of purpose. It gazed at the two of them for a mere moment before it dashed off back into the wild.  

[General Blaze Sherman]

"That Inori lass? What has she been up too?" Devlyn asked before he noticed the fox. "What the devil is that thing doin'?" He thought to himself. He then pulled the on the reins some to slow Thunder down to just a slow trot. "I figure you have enough of those out there to give us a heads up if anything tries to come up from behind. So I've slowed Thunder down some so he can regain some strength." He said as he went and hopped off of Thunder and jogged along side.

Thunder was grateful for the slower pace and for the less weight he now had to carry. He neighed some in thanks at Devlyn who reached over and petted him afterwords.
