Technique Used:Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu. Once the clone has dispersed, the info that the clone has gathered will go to the original caster.

You will look entirely like a physical silhouette of your element; an ice sculpture, a sort of living lava lamp, etc, depending on your element. While in this state. you can use your own body as a source for your techniques, and will reduce the strength of techniques used against you by 1 rank. This lasts for up to 10 posts, but can be deactivated with but a Thought.
Thunderstruck • Lightning and Magnetism manipulation to the extent of your rank, no further. At a young rank, your lightning and magnetism might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning and magnetism manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.

(Clone) Cecil's clone looked at Vero. "I can give you a simple mission to assist at the gate. While not usually dangerous or exciting, things unexpected can happen. There is certainly room for chance to take part." (This is just a outline for your custom mission. Feel free to make the mission interesting.)

"Sounds perfect," he spoke just before he lifted to form a handseal. "The real me will be heading to the training grounds after a little makeover. I did just abandon my village and all. So, I need a new look." With that the young man formed the seal and dispersed in a plume of smoke.
The door would open, and two men would appear. One was a shinobi, the shogun. The man standing next to him would be his assistant, a simple diplomat. Ares's- no it was Daiki. His name was now Daiki Ryukyu, and his eyes narrowed at the Mizukage. Rin bowed formally towards the other man. "I present the new shogun, formally known as Ares Licht. Daiki Ryukyu will be glad to serve this country, and we have come to a decision that a festival should be thrown."
Daiki would then step forward, extending his hand."It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm sure we can work well together, don't you think? I'd hate to be in a bad place with my Mizukage. This is my assistant Rin Orihme, he'll be accompanying me... everywhere." He paused, noticing he was talking to a clone. Daiki wasn't planning on asking where the real one was.
" 'eet ztill looks zo 'orrendous..." Rose mumbled to himself as he came to the building of the Mizukage. He doesn't know why Cecil wasn't going to allow him to redecorate the place. Just a little bit of sprucing up wouldn't hurt! This was the main place that visitors and foreign shinobi come to and it looks like a wreck! Horrible decor, bad furniture, and the employee's wear was just....ghastly. This wasn't the battlefield! They can look more presentable to the village visitors. The very imagery that he was seeing just sent an array of shivers down his spine. He just wanted to pay someone to...clean...paint...something other than what he was seeing.
Now Rose, unlike the clashing color scheme of the office, was dressed in the finest designer wear. White mink kimono to keep him warm from the mountainous cool air that was now starting to grip the village, with white low-heeled leather boots decorated with leather straps crossing over each other stylishly along the middle to be connected by a golden flower that resembled the image of a rose. Fashion at it's supreme form!
Scaling up the stairs towards the top Rose was about to knock but saw the door was already open. A small peak with those vibrant glowing rubies into the office brought about two individuals that he admittedly didn't recognize. He couldn't tell the level of importance the two individuals had, but Rose never was one to enter in the office when another was present and deviate the attention. That, and his request didn't hold immediate importance, which would give him ample time to look and observe his painted nails to make sure each of the designs printed on them held perfection as he leaned against the wall waiting..

Clone: Cecil turned and looked at Daiki, studying him for a little bit. "The new shogun, I have been expecting you. I see no reason why we shouldn't work together, that is the point of all this. As for the festival, can I ask what you hope to gain from it. The Pro's and Con's if you would, I'm not objecting to it but I like to think things through before rushing into action. As for your assistant Rin, he can be trusted correct?"

Musashi walking into the Mizukage's Office with his hands in his pockets, he looks around at the shinobi in the room and fixes his glasses. He was unable to understand why everyone had to look so flawlessly beautiful or be a pale-skinned pretty boy from a shoujou anime about swimming. Seriously, what the hell was up with that?
The Genin adjusts his glasses and looks to everyone in the room to see who he'd have as a superior or as fellow subordinates.
"There are only pros to throwing a festival like this- some being the fact that it will strengthen the unity between our people and citizens. It'll provide much needed fun for the shinobi who work for this village. Prizes and the sort will be handed out, and in the middle of it our very own shogun will pronounce his name to the village. This is a festival, or a coronation for the new Ryukyu Head." The assistant- Rin- summed up quickly. He knew most of the points for having the festival, while he left the rest of the talking to his leader.
Daiki smiled largely, staring at Rin. He wasn't looking in his direction, but the Ryukyu king enjoyed the cold shoulder. "Yes, I've known him for many years. I trust him with my life."Though he was nothing but a mere citizen that can't do ninjutsu, taijutsu, or genjutsu... he had nothing but fondness for the other man. He would notice a new genin step into the office, but waited for him to make his own introduction
Think, flawless lashes of Rose blinked as he sighed when a younger member walked straight into the office. For someone with glasses, Rose would have thought he could see that there was a meeting going on. He always wondered about people with glasses. They never seem to find the right frames to fit. Always pushing them up before saying a quip. The least they could do is get some frames that actually fit their face. But...peeps be hatin'.
Not wanting to be in the tail end of a possible growing line of individuals that simply walk into the office, Rose decided he'd go ahead in himself before his visit to the Kage is longer than required. He would attempt to only further interrupt the meeting with his presence but would remain silence for the conversation between the two initial parties to continue what they were discussing. Returning his focus to his nails to rather keep himself from eavesdropping on matters that did not include him. "Maybe a shade of...lavender would be best..."

Clone: "Then I see no problem with it, I will have an announcement sent out. As for the festival itself, I may not be there for reason I will explain later." Cecil said as he turned to the genin who entered. "You are supposed to knock before entering. I'm going to let you off with a warning because your obviously new but for future reference knock always before entering my office. Especially seeing as I'm in the middle of talking with the new shogun. If the previous shogun had been barged in on he would of killed you on the spot, so count yourself lucky. However since your in here, what can I do for you?" Most likely this genin wanted one of the three things. A squad placement, a mission or a headband, so the question was which was it.

xxxxx She definitely was not a fan of how situations like this were handled. In all honesty, she could walk anywhere she wanted on her own, so being escorted as if she were some common criminal left a very bitter taste in her mouth. It wasn't as if she could complain about it, however. She didn't care as much as she should've given that it was only a precaution. Coming as she did, she could see why she would be considered a threat from her existence alone, but by appearances she was nothing more than a fledgling. Travel certainly wasn't for her, either, and the moment she walked in to this village she was forced to remove her hood so her face would not be obscured. While a relative unknown as far as most knew, she was the previous Hokage, Kagirinari Tsuyoi. She had spent some time away to gain knowledge, but everything came with a price.
She still had her spiky brown hair, her emotionless face, and blank eyes painting a very bland expression, and she still wore that weathered cloak, as well as the chains that bound her arms. When her "escorts" kindly dropped her off, she glanced in their direction, never changing her expression once. "That'll be as far as you go, Dattarune." She remarked calmly, given where she was led to. She wanted to come this far anyways, as she had business to attend to. "I wouldn't be interrupting anything of importance, would I? I could always leave if that's the case." While the girl was here to get serious work done, and perhaps learn a thing or two while she was in the village, she was no stranger to being patient. A person like her knew all about waiting, after all, given what she did for a living.
A wisp of mist appears forming into a solid mass. The mass finally transmuting into Voldo as his Transportation Jutsu ended. The appearance of Voldo was swiftly followed by an overwhelming dark presence, almost demonic as he walked confidently. His black cloak of feather rustling as the Jounin took steps back sensing Voldo, many of them drew weapons fearing that he was a roug ninja there to attack. Yet having been here before he was escorted warily to the Mizukage's door where he waited.
His goal here was simple. Due to unforseen circumstances He had to resign from the Exams. However he continued his training in the inability to show his skills and make Jounin. This unfortunate turn of events allowed Voldo to reach level's of ninjutsu few chunin of the mist could achieve. His goal was simple. There was only one person who could promote him to Jounin, and only one way to make them agree. He would challenge the Mizukage, to display how far his powers had grown. Sadly the western side of the training grounds had been obliterated during his training, somthing about acid and fire damages to the treeline. The shinobi left Voldo at the door and scurried away eagerly, glad to get away from the aura of chakra he was emitting involuntarily.

Clone: Cecil turned to look at the former Hokage, he stared for a while then finally spoke. "I assumed you were dead, a person of the past that no longer mattered. My brother was Zachery Raiken, he was killed by Hades. You, War, Hades and Kirumi were all there that day. Hades was killed, War disappeared assumed dead, you disappeared assumed dead and Kirumi I killed myself out of revenge." Cecil sighed as he walked over to his desk and sat down. "I regret the way things turned out and so I gave up revenge. And when I did I passed the Jounin exams and then right after was made Mizukage. Now the leaf village has foolishly aligned itself with the Demon Country. After all this you show up at my office, I'm curious as to what you came here for?" He knew Voldo was outside of his office. "The ninja behind my door, come in here."
Voldo listened to the arguement. Aparently the Leaf had started making unwise decisions. However this was not a concern to Voldo. HIs priority and only goal was to make Jounin, restore his family honor, and work on making a name for himself. Being one of the most powerful Chunin in the Mist he didnt feel the need to worry about politics until he was a high enough standing to take on important missions.
Voldo's Chakra continued to eminate a rather demonic and unnerving presence. This wasnt somthing Voldo himself could control, even training over Chakra mastery was futile due to this being a side effect of the dark clan he had become part of. His genetic gift was also a rarity, since it was apparent that he was so far the only surviving Ninja with the Terumi bloodline. His silver eyes watched with a rather piercing and dull expresion simultaneously. To achieve Jounin, challenging the Mizukage was the only way. But would the Mizukage merely send a clone to test Voldo? in which Case Voldo would become slightly offended after melting the clone.
