Stepping into the next room gave him an odd feeling again, not ... Twitchy per say, more as though he couldn't quite remember words, some words yes, but it was like trying to catch the saying of them in a round about way.
"Why is an exit.... Like exact change?" He said to the room, and frowned because that wasn't really what he'd been trying to say at all!!

Chris jerked again before realizing it was Ava.

Room 11 -> Room 13Mmur shuffled into the next room, his brow furrowing slightly when he heard someone speaking relatively nearby. The voice was male, so it wasn't Nkosazana, and that was enough to keep him moving on through the darkness. He really didn't want to speak to anyone else right now. Well, maybe Salbei. Or his sister. Or even Hadan. Or Nirva. Or Jing. Or Na'ima. Okay, fine. He'd probably speak to a lot of people. Just not whoever this was.

For the times that time, reality, and the universe got ******** up and people died and turned into dragons. The rooms, at least, continued to be nonthreatening.

He raced through the rest of the corridor, opening and shutting doors as fast as he could. When he got to the end and left, he thought he would breathe a sigh of relief, but the panic persisted. Something was horribly wrong.

Rep wandered into the next room and was about to speak up and say that at least nothing hugely awful had happened, that it was an S class mission but so far there had been no actual mass slaughter when his words got completely messed up.
"What fails before it begins, can be thrown away by the powerful and hasn't actually gotten maimed yet?" He blinked, concerned. He supposed it was them. It had to be the room. "And can only speak in riddles?" he said before actually finding it kind of hilarious.
"I've got another one. I am a valuable ladder you cannot climb, I have five rungs but no foot can fit on them, I wake before dawn and I cannot be left behind. What am I?"

Harrison raised an eyebrow at ladder. "I don't got to answer these, do I. Are you going to explode over there if nobody answers?"
He felt like his progress through whatever these things are was slow, but it was hard to tell.

Rep was about equal parts disturbed and amused by the strange inability to talk properly. "What is an explosion that begins in an end?" he asked before dissolving into laughter over the headset again.
He wasn't even paying attention to how far along he was at this point.

Aeron's wings fluttered a bit as he looked about the room, seperated from Lan and anyone else he knew as far as horseman clans. It was a pain, but nothing to be done about it.
He rubbed as his jaw before moving in further.

Thankfully, the exit wasn't far, and he didn't have to say much, well not anything really. he may or may not have hustled to the door in order to keep from having to find out just how strange whatever could come out of his mouth might be. Bad enough that his thoughts were avoiding any direct reference to anything he wanted to think about in order to prepare for the off chance that he might risk opening his mouth again, though to be fair he went so far as to clap a hand over his mouth so he wouldn't say anything unless he absolutely HAD to. He just had to hope that the weird effect would wear the heck off before he had to talk to another person again.

"You know that ********- that this is over the public ******** official channels," Harrison growled, yanking open another door.
Not that he'd heard anyone else over the intercom.
Maybe they'd been riddled to death.
"Where are you, how many of these floating rooms we got to go through?" Harrison was starting to doubt there was an end at all. Did he need to go backwards? He hoped they didn't have to jump.
Uh....yeah, don't like, jump off. You should hit the next kid you see though I'm running low on go juice.

Room 16 => Room 22 (Event 6)Nkosazana was advancing fairly quickly, strides about as fast as they were long. She was determined to get herself out of this area and just get to Medea already, not wanting to deal with whatever was wrong with this particular room and not wanting to risk falling any further than she had already.
The next room she stopped at, she bent over, taking a couple hard breaths. Nkosazana was not particularly known for her energy or her ability to do a lot of physical tasks well, and so, all of this attempting to walk quickly was rather taxing on her.
"What makes it hard to breathe?"
Why did she -- why did she say it like that?
"What makes the heart pound just with a movement of feet?"
W-what?
What was she even saying?
Nkosazana slapped a hand over her mouth, hoping to make whatever she was asking the air (seriously, what was she even saying?!) stop.
