Sheena thought for a few moments. "There are three different inns in Asgard. I believe the first one is only a hundred gald. The other two cost more. I haven't stayed in Asgard for awhile." She smiled at Lutz before she looked towards Asgard. In the near distance, she could make out two short figures. Wolves, maybe? "We shouldn't stand around for long. Let's get going."

Daermod turned and led the was when Kokoro told him to lead the way. It wasn't long until Kokoro took interest in their fighting styles as well. "Big brother and I are both martial artists, but big brother mostly fights using his alchemy and I use spells from my spellbook~!"

Fiora leaned around the wheel and looked at the coast to make sure that she wasn't steering too close to the shore Wouldn't want a repeat of our little meeting her ears twiched and she glanced upwards as she saw light reflecting off of the water, the sunlight was bouncing off of a tall blueish building on the land ahead of the ship; the vixen called out to the others above the sound of the waves hitting the ship "Hey! I think we're there!"

Lee just gave the two a blank look as he watched Scythe try to enter Vash's pockets. "I apologize sir Vash I do not know what I could give him that would be suffice for him." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pair of shoes before dropping them. "However we may be able to barter for some nourishment from the locals from some of my items." He began to pull out random items of clothing from his pockets until he had a small pile in front of him.

Major nodded before starting to follow Maiku in silence. Coming upon the stairs, Major decided to get to know his companions a bit better. "I couldn't help that both of you carry firearms. Is it a common practice to carry them in your homeland?" He was truly interested in what was considered normal to them, so he wouldn't say something he would regret later.

"I had hoped to investigate some of the disturbances, but I suppose I can wait until you all are ready." Cross said, "If you'd like to join us, I won't stop you." He added, looking to Elize. This was a dangerous job, and the more they had available, the more ground they could cover.



"Really?" Leon asked, running over to look. When he saw the buildings ahead, he had no idea what to make of it. He'd never seen anything that looked like that building on Aien.



"Not entirely, but it's the only weapon I have... I used to need it more, before things finally calmed down, and then I just needed to defend the island..." Yoko said. It had been ages since she'd had to pick up her rifle again, and she had no idea if she'd be able to use it properly here. There was no telling when she'd get new batteries to charge it with if they ran out.

Fiora turned the ship and brought it alongside the land mass; the ship tilted dangerous as she turned but soon righted itself, when they drew close to the land Fiora quickly threw the anchor behind her into the sea and ran to the front of the ship to do the same with the anchor there; she then proceded to grab the gangplank and place in on the shore connecting the ship and land "All ashore whose going ashore!"

OOC: I picture us being next to the hotel side of the elemental railway...or somewhere around there anyway

After the two had taken off, Kratos, who had taken notice of Seishin hiding behind him, first turned to address the spirit. He seemed a bit frightened—understandable, given how overwhelming suddenly finding oneself in an unfamiliar world can be. Not to mention that their company behaved oddly indeed. Looking down at the boy, Kratos made a calm, subtle smile and said, "Come along, now. They're not going to do anything to you." That he'd make expressions like that was a rare occurrence, but he thought it would help to ease the boy's nerves.

Kratos began to walk in the direction the two elven folk had gone, at a casual enough pace for Seishin to follow as he had a feeling the spirit would need a guide but want to tread carefully more than anything at the moment.

Yuan, his mood rather tranquil by now, went along quietly. Whatever this "Azura" was up to was in close vicinity of the World Tree, so of course it was of interest.

At the site where the portal once was, the dark elven woman took out from her pack what appeared to be a metallic card-like object with line markings that divided its surface into eight squares. Embedded in the center of those squares were tiny lenses. When she put the card upon the ground, it actually divided itself into eight pieces, each piece sprouting spider-like legs. Green light started to flash from beneath their lenses, and the pieces began to make steady beeps and light whirring noises as they skittered about. Eventually, they stopped at a sort of circular "boundary" they perceived in the area.

The others would arrive at the sight of a multitude of fine green laser beams scanning the area within the circle formation. In the air, green sparks drifted about, some in clusters. Following each particle or cluster was a short line of rapidly-changing text, mostly numbers. The most significant sight of note was the large, dense, swirling cluster of sparks dead center in the circle; it looked much like the vortex Seishin came from and was so bright that it cast a green glow upon the surroundings.

As she still was able to hear the conversation she left in the distance, Azura waited until the rest were within earshot and replied, at first mostly aimed at Rhone, "Nah, man. Uncontrolled portals like these are usually a flash in the pan. So of course it's gone by now." She turned around to face the others as they approached. "And Yuan, I assure you there's nothing to be worried about here. I'm aware it looks alarming, but all the device is really doing is tracking and recording particle history while projecting just a mere visual representation of what once was here."

Indeed, Yuan was staring on with a wide-eyed, incredulous expression. His senses quickly calmed him, though, as they told him that even if the sight looked like something that was expending a lot of energy, it actually wasn't. "...And of what use is such data to you?"

Azura grinned and winked. "Observing trans-dimensional phenomena is simply an interest of ours. But by studying the data we might perhaps confirm our theories and gain insight on what to do about these things."

Tear noted that Elize and her doll reminded her of someone she knew who used a doll. It also reminded Mamizou of someone she knew, back in Gensokyo, a certain Seven-colored Puppeteer. "I know of someone as well who uses a large sum of dolls when she fights." Mamizou told her group, after Tear asked if Elize uses her doll in battle. "She prefers to win with strategy rather than with overwhelming power." Mamizou told them.

Cross mentioned to the group that he was hoping to investigate some of these disturbances, but he was fine with waiting until the girls were ready. He also did not deter Elize from joining them, Mamizou smiling at the young girl as he said that. "You are more than welcome to accompany us, if you'd wish." Mamizou said to her.

Elize seemed slightly shy when she asked Tear about her friend. She also mentioned Spirit Artes and something called a Mana Lobe. "Mana lobe?" Mamizou parroted. "What might that be?" She asked the young girl.

Martial artists with a secondary skills? Fascinating. An Alchemist and a Spellcaster. Off the top of her head, she couldn't think of any alchemists in Gensokyo, but spellcasters were very common there. Did that doctor from the Bamboo Forest count? Kokoro held her hand to her chin, her mask changing to the womanly mask for a few seconds before changing to her Fuku no Kami mask. "I don't believe I've ever met an alchemist before." Kokoro said, excitedly, though her face wouldn't show it. "What sort of magic can you use? Are some spells bright and colorful?" Kokoro asked Chani. Kokoro's spells and magic had various colors to them, so she was curious about Chani's too.
