2.0 put his foot right back onto Matt's head. If only to mask the smirk on his face from Greatness at it's Greatest. "THIS. THIS IS FOR SERENNO!" He bellowed and then raised his leg to stomp on his enemy... one of his best friend's head again.

Serenno. The son he managed to choke-slam when he broke into the King's Castle. The eldest of the lot. The Apparent Heir. Even after the stomp on his forehead, the smirk was still on Matt's lips. After all he had been through tonight, something made the stomps seem a tad... Insignificant.

King looked down at Matt's face and wondered how much harder he'd have to stop to take a tooth from him, or perhaps just outright break his nose. The odd thing was, as he remembered who he was stomping down into the mat, a few tears started to come to his face. After everything they'd done to each other, putting his friend down this way was... it was probably hurting King more than it was hurting Matt.
2.0 dropped down to a knee and grabbed Matt by his hair, in both hands, literally screaming in his face, as if the louder he yelled, the tears would somehow be less existent on his face. "THIS IS FOR KAYLA!"
2.0 stood up again and replaced his foot on Matt's head. He seemed to hesitate for a second, before stomping again as hard as he could!

Kayla. The princess of King's life, the little pride and joy to his family. The young girl that Matt had become a villain to; after all, he probably scarred her the most. Breaking into her world and beating her father in front of her, screaming at her to -make- him accept the match. The match that none of the King family wanted to let happen. The match that they all knew could only end in disaster.
The stomp connected much harder than the rest, causing the entire body of Matthew Shanahan to convulse and shake afterwards. His forehead's wound reopened, causing splatters of fresh blood to cover the sole of King's boot and the mat. If anyone managed to look at Matt's face, that smirk wasn't there anymore. Whether or not he was in a coma was unsure.

2.0 lifted his foot, his eyes closed, dreading that moment where he moved his leg and Matt was still smirking. Mocking. When King opened a single eye, he saw that Matt wasn't smirking. No one was smirking anymore. Millions of fans around the world were screaming in excitement and joy, but no one who mattered was smirking. 2.0 put his foot back on Matt's face just so he wouldn't have to look anymore, and grit his teeth.
The man had broken into his home, tried to throw him off his balcony, had thrown him through tables and titantrons. Broken his trust.
"And this is for me." He whispered. Somehow, he imagined, Matt could still hear it, before going for a exclamation point on his cathartic experience.

Kelly King. A man that Matt called his best friend, especially since the death of Saint Joey. A man he confided in, traveled with, and spent plenty of free time with. In honesty, Shanahan was probably an honorary member of the King home before the Royal Rumble. Before King managed to somehow cross paths with the tyrant known as The God of Punks. He broke the man's body twice, destroyed his sanctum, and threatened his family. Why?
Because he wanted this match.
The stomp connected much like the rest, and caused more blood to splash over his face and the bottom of King's boot. The fans were ecstatic, and getting their money's worth. King was getting emotional, and getting his revenge. Shanahan was out cold, and some might say getting what he deserved. Those people would be false, though.

2.0 stumbled around Matt. He didn't bother going for the pinfall. That wasn't enough now. He knew, deep in his heart of hearts, that Matt would kick out even now after those stomps. Even as the blood on his boot left an imprint in the mat that people might be talking about for months. He had to do this the right way. What was his old catchphrase?
Kelly King 2.0 - You'd Tap.
King rounded Matt's body and reached down, grabbing his legs, folding them, and then he tried to turn his enemy over into the No Leaf Clover in the middle of the ring!

King had no issue pulling Matt's legs in for the No Leaf Clover; besides maybe some issue with how much his legs weighed at dead-weight. He turned the WWF:G Hall of Famer over and applied one of the most painful submission moves in the industry!
If only Matt was conscious enough to react. Despite all the pain shooting up his spine, all that cross his face was the outline of a grimace.

King didn't care. The referee was there to do his job. All 2.0 had to worry about was making Matt Shanahan tap out, pass out, forfeit, or lose via knock out. It wouldn't be the first time a man had passed out at a WrestleMania, but King aimed to be named amongst the amazing superstars that had caused such a thing. King cranked that submission harshly, the one that had carried him through so many years of his life to victory. All he needed, he found, was a little luck and a No Leaf Clover.

The twisted frown on his lips was all that made Shanahan seem alive as the hold was cranked on, forcing even more pressure on his spine. The referee was down on the mat and asking... no, begging Matt to forfeit. But not a word was given, not a tapping sound was made.
However, his legs did tug back against King, trying to force him back to his previous, non-cranked state.

King tried with all his might to keep everything in order, to keep Matt wholly uncomfortable. To make Matt tap out. But there was one thing that 2.0 would have done well to remember; Matt Shanahan was physically stronger than King was or ever could be, and his legs were pushing him forward, somewhat off balance.

A sense of relief washed over the stirring Shanahan after managing to lighten King's hold up a bit. The referee was still shouting in his face to tap out, as were the fans at this point. In fact, he could distinctly hear them saying 'YOU'D TAP!'
Too bad they were wrong. Matt's legs fought back against King and attempted to fight the hold, even if Matt himself wasn't reacting to it. His body was working on instinct. "Let... go..." he finally hissed, though it came out more like a croak.

King shook his head and locked his hands tighter, as he planted his feet and remained, determined, in position for the No Leaf Clover. The buck stopped here. If Shanahan wanted him to let go, he'd have to throw him off, because King was here to stay!

King was fighting back fiercely, but Shanahan wasn't going to just let it end like this. Not tonight. Not after everything they had been through. Not after everything he had done to get this match.
"Let... go..." The God of Punks coughed out again, this time with a stronger tone. His legs gave a quick jerk in an attempt to throw King off, as he hands were beginning to plant firm into the mat and push his torso upward. He was fighting with tooth and nail at this point!

King shook his head and when Matt jerked forward, he shook it even faster, blood in his hair splattering just very lightly like a mist on the mat. He planted his feet again, and started to sit down. And if 2.0 sat down with that hold locked on... it would be over. Matt would tap, or his back would break, and there was no kicking out of a broken back.
