Assuming Lloyd was thanking her for doing the dishes, Scarlett continued cleaning the dishes and humming to herself while baby Roxanne happily continued to suckle away on her mother's breast.
Lilith rolled her eyes as Lloyd's brain tossed thinking aside and jumped right in the gutter. But she still squeaked in surprise as the blood knight pulled her from her chair.
"Not that kind of one on one..." She started, "Or at least not yet..."

"I am going to die of old age by the time that ever happens at this point. I know of being hard to get, but are you ever the challenge." Groaned Lloyd, well, communication was key. Or so Scarlett's mention on many occasions. He sat right back in his seat.
"That squeak however, it's cute."

"You surprised me is all..." Lilith said, blushing slightly as Lloyd made fun of her squeak. "Nobody ever said a paladin was an easy target, but bear with me and we'll get through this fast. Then... we can have some fun..."

Lloyd rests his face on an arm and stares at her. His gaze was firmly planted on her chest, but crept it's way up to her beautiful face. "I can hardly wait for that, but really though, Lilith. You make me very happy, I love you. I wish I didn't have to bring you into my world like this, I'd rather be a part of your world. As one track minded and blinded as it may be, it seemed like a more stable place to be."

"If only we could discover a happy middle ground between the two..." Lilith muttered, adjusting herself atop Lloyd's lap so she could rest her head atop his shoulder while still giving him a view he could enjoy. "But you do realize if we continue living the way we are, life at the temple will not be possible for either of us..."

A soft smile attached itself to his face. The blood knight wasn't expecting this from his paladin love. Surprisingly, he do not take advantage of the view, but instead cuddled with Lilith. She felt so warm and inviting...
She was right though, they needed to do something about their temple situation. "You mentioned being a roaming paladin before, we'll continue our stay at the temple until you're ready. We an do what I used to do, roam around and search for clues to this curse, or where the evil dwells."

"Aye, I roamed for a while but in order to get dismissed we would need a legit reason or quest, theres no way we'll get away with another lie like this and that would imply letting them know who you are. Hell, if we don't return to the temple sometime this week, Keith will probably be sent looking for us again. Not to mention we'll have some explaining to do when we went off the cure some sick people and come back with a three-headed demon puppy." Lilith replied, nodding her head towards where Eclipse lay.
The demon puppy while not entirely satisfied with the scraps it had been fed was spread eagle on the floor behind Lilith, its right and left heads fast asleep while the center one (clearly the most intelligent of the bunch) remained awake and watching.

"Tell them it was my idea to keep it and use it to train new recuits. Show them to have no fear of the demons and weed out those that can't stomach this job." Said Lloyd after some quick thinking. If it was raised as an attack dog, the order could find some use for it in that regard.
Lloyd's attention turned to said puppy, who looked disappointed. "Sorry buddy, it was all the scraps I had." He said before returning his attention to Lilith. "We can ask Scarlett to send a letter out for help and hopefully we're chosen to search out the issue. The only other option I can thing of is to simply run away."

"While that's a good idea in theory, I don't think it will fly that far in reality." Lilith answers, "But we'll keep it as a backup should we fail to come up with anything else."As Lilith was about to shake her head no in response to Lloyd's last idea, a better idea came to mind. Snapping her fingers as the idea completed its circuit through her mind, Lilith wasted no time presenting it to the Blood Knight. "Scratch all that. We'll just have Scarlett send a letter back to the temple posing as the mayor's wife or something. She can thank them for sending us while also saying she sent us onward to another location with required aid. And no, I've given up a great many things to help you on your path but I refuse to simply run away like an escaped convict."

"You'd be surprised how interesting you life becomes when you choose that choice." He teased as held her close to himself, gently tugging at her clothing bit by bit. It was obvious that being with Lilith was still on the mind. "But I understand. We'll do it that way. So, think we can at least, keep warm together tonight?"

Lilith rolled her eyes.
"I suppose you've earned it..." Lilith said, standing and pulling the Blood Knight to his feet. "Just take Eclipse out really quick so he can go to the bathroom while I get comfortable. We don't need him leaving us any brown surprises around the house."
Confident her instructions were clear, Lilith sauntered off into Scarlett's lair where the alchemist and herself had prepared a semi-romantic setting.
(Imagine the lair decked out in romantic candles with a reasonable mattress set up in the middle of the smudged demon circle. twisted )

"I've earned it?" He blinked, confused as to what that meant. He did manage to follow her instructions however and took the dog outside for a walk to do his business. When he returned to the happy home, he found himself following a trail of candles off to Lilith. The candles around her were much more of the romantic type as they were set up around a mattress. He was greatly impressed.
"Lilith, wow..."

"See something you like?" Lilith asked, her face a playful grin as she slowly removed the thin nightshirt that covered her otherwise naked body. With his owners otherwise distracted, Eclipse quietly snuck into the darkened room and found himself a comfortable spot near a stack of books by still in line of sight of his owners. ---------------------- "She's really good at acting sexy despite her being a paladin." Roxanne comments, having already jumped a paragraph ahead in the reading to get to the really juicy parts.

Lloyd watched the nightshirt slid off of Liliths' curves. He slowly began to nod his head, the thoughts about her weren't pure ones. "This is a different side to you, I like it..." His vest and other clothing as he approached her...

Eric shrugged his shoulders at that. "Yeah, but from the description of her gave, she's built quite sexy underneath all of that armor to begin with, even though she has muscle to her like any other female warrior. I guess something like Firin might have looked like herself before she swelled up too. Or maybe Scarlett gave her some pointers?"

Glancing towards the camp where their group members slept, Roxanne nodded her head. "True enough. But she had to be gettin' help from Scarlett, no way Lilith did planned all that herself. I mean shes a smart girl, but that sort of setup seems out of her area of expertise."
Having completed read ahead as far as she could, Roxanne added. "However I get the feeling Lilith will be sharing another feature of Firin shortly..."
