Huh, that seemed to be surprisingly effective, throwing them into one another as they poofed after colliding. Imryn growled a little and spun around as a large crunch rang out, turning around just in time to see another one biting off a corner of the closet door.
"Oh for the love of- that's where I sleep!" she yelled out, taking a few swipes at them with her claws.

These things were every where, though it seemed that for the time being she had almost cleared out her room. But if they had invaded the dorm this badly, what had happened to the rest of the school? And were there bigger, more difficult ones out there? Not knowing what was happening was the motivation she needed to find the last few that were hiding in her room.
One seemed to be enjoying themselves watching her tail, mesmerized by the blue glow. Or maybe it was drooling a bit and wanted to eat it. "Nope, not yours. Goodbye." Imryn tisk tisked the shadowling, yanking her tail away before it took a bite out of the end.

The little one ran off, a bit irritated from being denied what it wanted to eat and decided to nom instead on a few random craft supplies that Imryn had been collecting over in one of her corners. "There is plenty of stuff that is outside of this room you can eat. Go raid one of the teachers room or something." she huffed, chucking one of her books at it's head.

The book sailed through the first one, hitting the wall and bouncing off of it to hit one that was trying to make a run for it across the room. Taking a good look around what was left of her room, Imryn gave a little sigh of relief that they all seemed to be gone and what was left of her room was safe.
Now it was time to check out the rest of the school...

He left the dorms almost as quickly as he had come. The fate of his own room, though left somewhat reluctantly, was not nearly as important as protecting the rest of the students from what was out there - which was why Sparrow made no hesitation as he swept from his room in a cloud of shadows, black trailing behind him.

In true Makoto-fashion, the first thing that people would see when looking at the open door to his room would be a kotatsu hurling through the air. It dwarfed the shadowling it had collided into, and for a brief moment it soared high in the air before crashing with a resounding bang against the far wall of the dorm hall in a pile of blankets and broken wood structuring.
Storming out after it with an air of righteous fury about him was none other than the Inugami himself, his eyes blazing with an amusement that promised imminent death for all those that dared to come after certain aspects of his room again. Most of the decorative features inside of the room he didn't care for, but when he'd woken up, that filthy thing had been touching one of the only things that mattered.
Stepping over the pile of kotatsu and squirming black masses, Makoto was thankful that he'd stumbled into more westernized attire for this particular midnight romp. Walking around in the heavy robes of his normal attire would be exhausting.
The inugami's first thought was to follow the crowd of students all splitting up and piling towards different areas of the school - the Gates, the Clubs, the Gym. But then something dawned on him, and despite his growing interest and cold fury at tonights latest interruptions, Makoto turned on his heel and stormed in the opposite direction of the growing crowd.
"Maddy," The voice in his throat seemed almost anxious when he opened the door uninvited, his voice deepening into a growl when he realized the puppy-like tone. "... Nekochama, whatever are you doing."
Because his cat was lying on the bed looking as though he'd just been kicked around by the tiny little creature bumbling all throughout the room. When it came too close to the Inugami, it met a boot that sent it careening into the far wall.
Pesky, annoying little rats.
And invading Maddy's room too. Makoto could forgive them storming his room, but no one but him was allowed to come into the cats room uninvited.
... At least by his rules. Poor Maddy.

The loud crash that echoed dully through the walls of his room, should have been a warning to the cat that trouble was coming. But Maddy was too preoccupied attempting to drown the sounds of the creature running rampant about his room to notice, or care.
Ugh, I told Father coming to this school would not bode well. But did he listen?? No, he always does as he very well pleases, and-
The click of the door as it turned on its hinges cut through the boil's thoughts, followed by an all-too-familiar voice that, for once he was almost relieved to hear.
"Makoto-sama!!" An ear swiveled, and the cait sith forced himself upright on the bed. "Thank Jack you're here! I haven't been able to sleep a wink with these annoying pests making a mockery of my things! And the little devils won't hold still long enough to be taught proper manners! It's enfuriating!!" A soft, but agitated rumble worked its way into the cat's throat before a random object went sailing across the room, aimed at one of the shadow creatures. Like all the rest, it missed, leaving him to curse with simmering silver eyes. He slowly glanced back to Makoto, his expression changing for a moment, before he rose from the bed and pushed past his friend; pausing only long enough to take him by the hand.
"... Let's go," he sighed as he began to pull him along. "I need some fresh air, and ... perhaps we can beat some sense into these things together. Two heads are better than one, after all?? ..."

Maddy says thank you Makoto, from the bottom of his kokoro ;v;
Frowning as she stood up and looked at it maybe trying to reason with the shadowling would be better served. Nope that wasn't working either. She just watched in terror as the shadowling made its way back to her book shelf. At least most of those were replaceable...

Sharra was far too incensed to just leave the shadowlings without cursing their very existence. It was bad enough in here with the minipets, the little buggers had chewed through his demonologie homework just last week and he'd had to reconstruct the entire thing. This...this incursion was absolutely unforgivable. "So help me I'm going to shove these dress shoes down your throat and make you CHOKE ON THEM." He grumbled, assuring that the left of said shoes was firmly affixed to his feet.
Whilst he might have stayed and saved his room, they simply kept spawning. Heh. If this was what his room looked like, he shuddered to think about the rest of Amityville. Jack help them, but if they could simply materialize out of the blackness then not a one of them was safe. Best to band together instead of making pathetic, paltry stands in their dorm rooms. Growling in utter frustration, he backhanded the nearest Shadowling, and then exited his room, dashing out towards the front gates.
The Nergal boil had people he cared about out there. Yaya was a Healer, and Marosa...well he'd probably be all right, Aksaja too, but it was always best to check. Regardless, he'd rather stand beside them if they were to be overwhelmed by nefarious shadow-beasts.

[Entering] What was that sound?
His ears twitched here and there even in his world of sleep, his dreams seemingly disturbed. Of course the kitsune was sleeping, what else would he be doing?
Dreaming dreaming... he suddenly felt awake, floating. His eyes halfway lidded, a voice was speaking to him. Or was it truly a voice?
Falling into the void he stopped, his body moving on his own. Beside him was three objects. Symbolism was there purpose, but he was sleeping so why care about that? Reach for one?
The crown was a automatic no, he knew he was no king so why should he wear a crown? The sword and the staff... both were tempting, both were pulling him forward. For the briefest of moments his head reached out towards the sword, hovered over it. Remi was a warrior when it mattered, he would be in the fight when called.
But to his core, his true self, he was a spell caster at heart. Using his illusions, his tricks.... his fire. His claws were handy when these were not readily available to him.
Remi grasped the staff.
Falling....
...With a gasp he felt his eyes open, lifting himself off his bed of pillowed he glanced around, breathing heavily. Something was wrong. What the hell was that dream? ....Did that shadow just move?
Turning his head he blinked as a pair of eyes loomed from the floor, staring up at him. It made no cue to move.
But he sure as hell did, something was in his room, he was gone a second later.

Etzer woke up in a cold sweat, grimacing as he recoiled from the dream he just had. How strange, that another version of him existed in another realm, and was good at... nothing.
Was the same true for him?
A little more than upset, the frost demon rose and dressed himself, realizing that he wasn't alone in his room. His minipets didn't count, and he glanced around to notice shadows attacking his room and gnawing on his clothing designs.
And his books.
Hell no.
Those were his things and he wasn't going to go down without a fight. Placing his hands together, he formed a few icicle shards and aimed them for the thing that decided his books were delicious.
He then noticed a staff that hadn't been there before, and curiously reached out for it. A voice filled his mind.
Shaking his head, Etzer grimaced as he channeled his anger through the staff. Voices, why did it have to be more voices? Perhaps this thing was the cause of it.

Tch, it seemed that he was rusty. Really rusty. The shards had embedded into the floor, some missing entirely and slicing off a sleeve of an outfit he'd been working on.
Shaking his head, Etzer moved to attack again, trying to avoid hitting his room and aiming towards that stupid shadow thing.

The frost demon whirled and launched an icicle at the shadowling, becoming more angry once he realized that he was really ******** this up. He'd have to go practice with Molan.
Molan. His brother. Was his brother okay?
He needed to go and check. And right on time, he did enough damage to the shadowling to his content, and started to make his way to the gates. Something told him his brother would be there.
