The door opened and Leila stood there. "He will meet you in the study. His coffee attacked him." Leila said and stepped out of the room. She closed the door behind her.
"How are you feeling Daisy? Is there a lot of pain?" Leila asked as she lead the way to Jasper's study, not Hunter's. She opened the door and revealed a small room. Dark heavy leather furniture decorated the room. The room smelled like Jasper. Earthy and masculine.
Leila entered the room, and patted the seat in front of the desk. she smiled at Daisy.
"Have a seat. I can get you some tea if you like." Leila's dress today did little ti hide her rounding figure. Her breasts were larger and that was obvious. Now that she wasn't hiding the pregnancy there was a lighter and happier air about her.

Daisy gave Leila a smile and followed her to Jaspers study. She couldn't help but be slightly surprised at the fact that even though Leila was younger than she, she was already starting her family. Daisy had been through a few heat cycles already, and considered herself lucky that she had not been marked in the same way Leila had. At least, from what Kieran had told her, anyways. After taking a seat, she nodded towards the girl. "Yeah, it's beginning to hurt again, but I have some pain pills here that Aaron picked up for me." She held up the brown bag so Leila could see it, and gave her a big smile.
She couldn't help but adore how much the girl was glowing. Being pregnant certainly suited her. "You look beautiful, by the way. And much, much more comfortable about being pregnant." She figured she didn't need to hold her tongue, besides, it wasn't like she was being mean to the woman. She was complimenting her. Daisy could only imagine what it must feel like to have a child, or children growing inside of her. She had heard of shifters having more than one baby, but if it turned out to be more than two, then it was usually bad for the mother. Nonetheless, she used her good hand to rub her tummy gently. "Do you think it is a boy or a girl?" She had always loved children, and knew she wanted them, but of course wanted to take some time. She was already 20, and had been of breeding age for the past two years, but because she had been running from hunters, settling down wasn't on her list of things to do.

"Aaron is such a sweetie. He walked right up to me my first day here and clapped me on the back and said I always wanted a sister I actually liked! Welcome to the Pack little sister! Then he offered be a danish." Leila laughed. She smiled at Daisy.
"He likes his sister, that was just a joke. He was the first to make me feel welcomed though. He is a very warm person, and I love that about him. I think you and he will be a good couple." Leila smoothed her hands over her stomach.
"Thank you. Now that my Grandparents know...and my brother knows...I feel like I can let others know. Though if I am being honest....I was so surprised and startled to discover I was pregnant. Who thinks they will be 18, married to a stranger and pregnant within a matter of weeks of getting married. It is a lot to take in all at once." Leila fluffed some pillows and dusted the desk quickly.
"I am not sure....I just know I am getting huge very fast. Jasper thinks it will be a multiples birth. I am hoping it is not. I don't even know if I will be a good Mother." Leila looked over at Daisy.
"I am scared actually, but it is hard to be honest about that. Jasper is so excited and...Terra...it's just a lot." Leila finished lamely when she realized she was unloading on poor Daisy.
"I will go get you that tea." She offered quickly. As she made it to the door Jasper appeared.
"Two teas...?" Jasper shook his head.

Daisy let her eyes follow Leila around the room. The woman was moving so much that it made Daisy antsy herself, mostly because of the fact she was going to speak to Jasper about everything, and he was quite intimidating. Much like her father had been. When she spoke about Aaron, Daisy couldn't help but feel her heart flutter a little. Yes, she did like the man. "He really is a sweet guy.." Before Daisy could continue on, Leila mentioned that she was sure they would made a good couple, and Daisy nearly fell out of the chair. She was certainly not aware that Leila knew about their little kiss outside, so the comment surprised her. She rubbed the back of her neck with her good hand, chuckling awkwardly. "Word sure does travel fast here, huh?" She swallowed thickly, and glanced down at her stomach again, the thought of it being a multiples birth was concerning, but not enough to drive Daisy to freak out. As Leila got closer the doctor would be able to tell if there was more than one baby in there.
As she went on about being 18, pregnant and married, Daisy found herself feeling exhausted for the woman. That sounded like a lot to have on her plate at once. "You're going to be fine, Leila. I believe in you, besides...you will always have me in your corner. You've been nothing but nice to me since I arrived, so I have to replay that somehow." As soon as Leila moved to leave the room, Daisy sensed that Jasper had arrived, and she sat a little straighter in her chair. It was a wonder why he wasn't the alpha, because he certainly carried around the scent, and image of an alpha.

Leila laughed. "No word. I have eyes. I can see the way you two stare at each other." She chuckled again and shook her head.
"I think it's sweet...." Leila patted Daisy's shoulder.
"Don't be embarrassed, I am sorry if I over stepped." She hoped Daisy would not be upset with her.
"Well thank you, you do not need to repay anything though. I did what felt right. What I hoped someone would do for me if I were in a strange new place. Which I am..."
Leila left the room. She closed the door behind her silently. Allowing Jasper and Daisy to have some privacy. She could sense that Daisy was feeling anxious. She hoped she would calm down, there was no reason to be frightened.
Jasper walked to his desk and had a seat behind it. He looked Daisy over a long moment. She was pretty, and scared. Why she was scared he didn't understand.
"Daisy...I hope the pain is being managed well by the medication." He paused.
"I am sorry this had happened. We are doing everything we can to ensure this does not happen again to anyone else." He leaned back in his chair.
"I am working with the Sheriff's station to try to catch these hunters. This is where I need your help Daisy. Is there anything you can tell me about these guys? Do you know if maybe they have a place out here? I want to confront them. Let them know that they are messing with the wrong Pack." Jasper wanted to do more then talk to them really.
"I didn't want the police involved but...I think it might be for the best right now. The signs are being reposted. That will not discourage these men though."

Daisy gave Jasper a smile when he took a seat, and nodded her head when he mentioned the pain medication. Even though it was hurting again, it wasn't the most unbearable pain. "It does hurt, but the pain meds are helping." She was sure that the pain meds were wearing off faster than normal because of what she was, but it was fine. The doctor had given her more than enough to last a while, so she was in the clear as far as pain went. Yes, he was a handsome man, but he seemed to exert dominance, something about the man demanded respect.
As he spoke about working with the sheriffs office, she felt like she was having deja vu. Back home when the traps started showing up, her father tried to get with the sheriff, but nothing had been done. It was only a matter of time before they had set her house on fire, and attempted to trap them all inside. "That's good. I don't want anyone else to get caught in one of those things, especially with Terra's child, and now Leila being pregnant..." Her voice drifted off, and she immediately pushed those thoughts from her head. If one of the children happened to wander into a trap, she would take things into her own hands and confront the hunters herself. After all, they came after her. Killing an entire wolf bloodline would make these hunters higher status. They would be considered some of the best, and she was the last of her bloodline. In fact, Daisy was sure that the hunters had the canine's of her whole family, as a trophy.
"I don't know where they are staying, but when I was released this morning it was by one of the hunters. The one that killed my brother. He just let me go. He said he wasn't trying to hurt me, and in fact he said he didn't kill anymore. But, his family does. I was just lucky that I didn't encounter his father." She looked down at her lap for a moment, and the thought of having seen Victor after all these years was still as haunting as the moment she saw him shoot her brother.

"I didn't realize a hunter was the one to free you..." Jasper nodded his head in understanding. This didn't change anything because Jasper would kill them all if it meant keeping the Pack safe. He was the Beta, and currently he was running the show. Daisy had got hurt on his watch, and later on he would have to answer to Hunter as to why it had happened.
He wasn't looking forward to getting ripped a new one but he understood it was his responsibility to look after the members of the Pack. Daisy was included in that since she was staying with them currently. He stood up.
"Thank you for meeting with me Daisy. Can you tell me what area the trap was set in, and what direction this hunter came from?" Jasper just needed a clue. He would take care of the rest.

Daisy could see the immediate change in Jasper when she told him that Victor had set her free. It made her feel a bit nervous, but she nodded her head to him nonetheless. "It was right along the tree line close to Meadow's territory. I went looking for you all yesterday, and I could literally see the roof of the house from where I was. Maybe 100 yards or so from her home..." When she stood from the chair, she met his eyes again. "You don't need to be sorry, it wasn't your fault. I should have been paying more attention." She gave him a small smile before leaving the office, and moving through the house to the kitchen. She needed to take another pain pill.

Jasper nodded his head. He watched Daisy leave and sat on his desk. He was thinking. Did he want to go after the hunters, or just watch them for the time being? He wasn't sure of how many of them there was or anything like that, so it would be stupid to after them. However...maybe if he could meet that Victor guy and have a 1x1 with him. Jasper just wasn't sure and he was running out of time.
Terra was seated in the play room, playing a matching game with her daughter. She was surprised that Leila wasn't in here with them, but she was sure Leila was about somewhere. She never wandered far since Jasper did not allow her to leave the area alone. The knock on the door made Terra's head snap up. She was surprised to see the young woman Leila had called Ellie standing there.
"Hi..."
"Hi...come on in."
"I'm not interrupting?"
"Of course not. Come on in. Join the game." Ellie stepped in and sat down on the floor with the pair.

Since Jasper and Hunter were holed up in Hunter's study Leila decided now would be the time. She had to make her move. She crept outside quietly, and went out to the garage. Aaron and Jasper would probably had a fit if they knew what she was up to but she did it anyway.
She walked Aaron's dirt bike out of the garage and down the hill. Away from the house. She got on and started the bike. She knew where Aaron left the spare keys so she at least hadn't stole the keys. She simply borrowed the bike without asking, and was leaving the property without her husband's knowledge of it. Leila was off, racing through the woods on a tiny back trail. She was headed straight toward Meadow's territory.

Meadow Blackwell Meadow had done finalized everything for her parents funeral. Her mother loved peach so that is the color her coffin would be. Her father was a man that really didn't care for color. He dressed in anything mom put him in. Meadow laughed at the thought. She made her dad's coffin gold. He was an alpha after all. Meadow looked at the object that Kieran had sat on her desk a day ago. She didn't even know what it was. She picked it and was in awe. It was a dagger and it had her name craved into the handle. "He was thinking about us" her wolf spoke. "That doesn't mean anything." Meadow retarded back. "Yes it does. Why are you so stubborn and blind to the fact that he loves you? Why can't you just see it?" Her wolf yelled at her. "It's because he doesn't love us. If he did don't you think he'd be here with us. Don't you think he would not have left us. Don't you think I wouldn't being sitting at this desk day and night drowning myself in paperwork if he was here. You may think he cares and loves us, but everything he has done to this point says other wise." Meadow was furious at this point. She'd had enough. She took the dagger ready to cut the bond between her and Kieran. She was sick of this pain she was going through because he refused to be there for her. She held the dagger to her mark and closed her eyes........ My mission is to find my soul mate. The goal to be a great Luna and leader to my pack.

Since her meeting with Jasper was over, Grace took the pain pills and placed the bottle in her room before going to look for Aaron. She wasn't tired anymore like she had been before, and it was probably because of the fact that she had a conversation with Jasper. It had been a while since she had been around a Beta that was on the verge of being an alpha, so it was intimidating. Not that she didn't think Jasper was a good guy, because he was nice, the situation was just intimidating.
She moved towards Aaron's room, knocking on the door softly. "Aaron, you in there?"

Leila rode right up and through Meadow's territory. She stopped the bike outside of the Pack house and went in. She walked on up to Meadow's office and knocked hard.
"Meadow? It's Leila! I heard about your parents. I came to pay my respects." Leila knocked again.
Aaron opened his door. He was standing their in his pajamas pants and that was it. "Hey Daisy..." He stepped aside.
"Come in." He walked over to his ipod and lowered the music. He had been listening to 'The Ramones'.
"How did the meeting go?" He covered his mouth as he yawned.

Daisy widened her eyes a bit when Aaron opened the door, and it was certainly because of how amazing his body looked. She had not really seen him without a shirt, and if she had she must not have been paying attention. Her wolf inside her seemed to purr with joy, but she mentally shushed it and walked inside of his room, looking around. "It went well. He just wanted to know about what happened, and to know exactly where I had been trapped." She tapped her fingers along her bottom lip, finally letting her blue eyes fall on him again. "Are you tired? I can let you sleep if you want me to?" She tilted her head to the side, allowing her brown hair to fall over her shoulder.

Meadow Blackwell Meadow heard Leila on the other side of the door. Her eyes flew open and she dropped the dagger. Meadow got out her chair and rushed to the door opening it. She hugged Leila and started to cry. "Thank goodness you saved me form doing the most stupidest thing of my life." Meadow pulled back from Leila and scanned her over. "OH MY......OH MY...... OH MY GOD YOU'RE PREGNANT!" Meadow couldn't contain her happiness. "Wait a minute. Does Jasper know you're here?" Meadow grew concerned. "Come sit down because I know if you came here, there is good reason." Meadow sat back in her chair and waited for Leila to take a seat and explain herself. My mission is to find my soul mate. The goal to be a great Luna and leader to my pack.
