Avery waited patiently as the other boil called out for someone else. He wasn't sure what he had in mind, but it sounded like he had a plan of sorts. Maybe.
"How's Malcolm going to help?" He asked instead of waiting to see for himself.

EXPLORING THE PASSAGEWAY
He couldn't see anything in the dark but he could feel his way, and that scent still lingered on the air, tinny almost, like new metal.
It led him onwards, bent almost double, hoping he didn't walk into anyone in the dim hallway.

Bella swatted Dis's hands every time they creeped up on her, and snorted in laughter. "You know, you're going to scare my poor Rowly off, if you keep doing that. And I don't want you to scare him off." She announced, quite sternly, as if she was being serious - and yet, she was holding both of the boils firmly on the rear as she said this. "I need him. So be nice." She gave Rowly a brilliant smile, and led both of the boils forward - by the a**. ..right into a dead end. "This would be a sweet spot for a makeout session," She mused to herself.. Wait. Wait. Wait. Was this it? Was this the end at last? Dabir held his breath as he rounded the corner and...
A dead end. Great. But then everyone else was here too, so he guessed the passage ended here.
Huffing, he sat down in the corner and flicked his tail angrily.

[Exploring]The vampire probably had a brain defect in the fact that he really could not accept no as a possible answer. Alas for Rowly, he'd see the red eyes snap open with a pout before grinning. "Ohhhh maybe I can change you mind later." Realizing his blind cover was blown he quickly turned to the fallen angel. "Oh Bella I am cured. I am sure it was the power of your ample chest." A smile, he wasn't sure if she'd buy it or not. "And alright, I will TRY to play nice... but if he starts to be naughty.. no promises." Laughing, he wiggled his finger at the penguin. "MMM you can take the behind. Don't worry, it's got a great view." "I will find us the way out." Dis just found them another dead end. "This would be good for a make out." He smiled at Rowly.

"Aww... okay, spookie," Moira said, clearly a little disappointed by Malcolm's answer, but she could substitute the generic nickname for his proper one. If he really wanted. At the mention of rolling, she just patted Selene's head again. "Robot legs with stabilizing gyroscopes! It'll be great." Vel just got a rather confused look. People who already had nicknames were... difficult.

Matthew shrugged at Avery's question. "I thought the light of his staff might help." Sure enough, Malcolm came to help, but the attempt proved fruitless. It was just a wall. "Or not."The sloth hummed and ruffled his hair slowly, pondering another plan. His brows knit together, all this thinking proving to be a lot of effort. "Any other ideas? I'm spent."

Selene was always the skittish one. Especially when Vel flashed her toothy maw about. She wasn't entirely certain why, but there it was. Then again, she did have quite a nasty bite if it came down to it.
Though, she gave Moira an odd look in return.
The headcrab zombie was always a bit of an oddball.

AT THE END
"Hey Malcolm." Avery returned the greeting as the other approached. The light of the staff finally allowing him to see the people standing close around him, along with the wall. Which in fact was a wall.
Damn.
"Hmm, well it was worth a shot. Thanks for trying Mal."
Perhaps he was right and turning around and finding a way out was the only option they had left. After all, it wasn't like they could move forward.
"The only other idea I can possibly think of is knocking the wall down," He said, shrugging his shoulders. He had the strength to do it, but it could have uhh... unfavorable results. "but I don't think we want to risk a cave in."

Selene was both intrigued and horrified by the idea of being fitted with robotic legs. Whatever Moira wanted, she got, as far as Selene was concerned.. but she was sure they would malfunction the moment they touched her, and she would be apologizing to Moira for years. And then Avery was talking about knocking the wall down, and all Selene could picture was a cave in. She whispered into Moira's leg. "We're going to diieee.."

Bella couldn't stop laughing. This was why Dis was her best friend - he was so damn funny. And he never took her s**t. Nobody else could say the same. Even poor Rowly was going to give up on her one day, she just knew it. But until then.. "Now now, Dis, Rowly's going to drop me like a bad habit if you keep teasing him like that. And I would be so sad.." She gave Rowly the cutest of pouts. ".. I mean, unless you're into that thing." She actually couldn't say she knew Rowly well enough to know if he'd be into a threesome. Either way, they kept walking, and Bella kept her boils close on each side. It felt good to feel their strong, warm bodies against her. In the dark. While continually finding empty dead-ends. Yep, this was definitely getting better, and better.

The end is hereOnce Oinqa had stopped bouncing, she took a moment to look around. What she saw... wasn't much. She didn't have the best eyesight under normal circumstances, and this darkness wasn't helping matters. Naturally, she gravitated toward the brightest spot in the room. Malcolm. "Avery, Matty, Malcolm, hey hey!" she said, butting in with a wave. "Knock the wall down? Cool! What're we talking about?" The hoga turned her head, sniffing at the air. Mmm. "We are not going to die! We have a handful of Defenders here. If anything springs up, we got it. Now settle down Selene, you're getting worked up over nothiiiing."
And then Avery had to suggest knocking in the walls.
"Maybe there's a switch on the walls here? We're in a secret passage. So maybe there's a secret within a secret! Let's see... " Vel said while looking over the wall to try and see if there was something hidden here.

Oh fineeeeee Bella, he'd keep his hand...somewhat to himself. She was in a good mood, he'd not ruin that for her, even for pervy antics. Besides, having company that wasn't simply each other was nice, if an often short practice. Rolling his shoulders back, tossing his hair, Dis looked over to the penguin. "I'll be good. Bella did ask nicely after all." In the distance he could make out another group, and was fast to point out, "Oh Jack did you see that one boil's a**?" He purred. "Man, I'd hit that." A laugh. "And suck it too. Godddddd people are such prudes when it comes to blood you know?"
