Geographically speaking, it separates Konoha from Kumo, and during shinobi wars of the past has been the unfortunate sight of many battles between the two villages. It is considered to be a strategic stronghold, however currently Kumogakure has control over it (at least here they do). It's located in Kumo country, and is the neutral meeting ground of myself and the 'raikage' since meeting in either Kumo or Kiri would give either party a large unfair advantage. So, I suggested it as our meeting place.

Don't Kiri have partial control over the place as well? Or is that a temporary thing? Once the treaty is signed we will ^_^ It's another reason it's literally going to be a neutral territory. Once SOMEONE (Hinote *cough*) gets me out of being post-locked and I can begin heading that way, there will be a sort of long-term mission for one Kumo squad and one Kiri squad to begin the construction of mutual strongholds as well as a proper gate for the small village. It'll also be a great chance for squads from both villages to interact with each other. I'll be sending a jounin there with them to oversee everything, as I'm sure a jounin will accompany the Kumo squad as well. So it should hopefully be something fun for you guys!

Plus whether it is official or not Nagisa is the Raikage and shouldn't leave the village for just anything, and I kinda want to see your character develop. I get the feeling she and Nagisa will get along pretty well. Nagisa thinks it is contradictory to be a well known ninja, so doesn't really need a lot of dialog anyways. We'll of course have to see what happens though.
Also strangely enough Hasaki would probably get along with Masaki my Kiri RPC. So he might just end up going to Shimogakure to help build the fort as well.

@Hikaro: That makes sense. Happy to hear that you think Nagisa and Shizuna will possibly get along well since the two may be working closely together to help rebuild Kumo. Agreed that we'll have to see how things play out. Shizuna still hasn't formally met Nagisa yet either. ><

Who all will be going on the Shimo mission? ( If I say quest, bear with me, I've been playing DDO every chance I get. )
I mean, we've got the new kids ( Yelena, Hinote, Tenchi, and I guess we could call Lilly a kid/adult if they think I'm meaning kid in a demeaning way. ) So they could go and the older ones ( Hikaro, Kage, Raiden( His username escapes me right now... ) and me. ) could stay here and train or something.
EDIT:
Just forgot what I said. xD I see that we're starting to form the squad already.
I'd like Laxus to go, as he CAN actually manipulate metal, so his ability would inevitably come in handy while building a fort, as well as the tower itself. >.>

Is Laxus's ability to manipulate metal strong enough to manipulate the stuff that the fort and tower is made out of? I mean, I imagine it'll be some pretty thick stuff >.> .... Then again, I know nothing about architecture sweatdrop .

Not by himself, but he could easily lessen the burden on everyone else by quite a bit.
But all the little screws and bolts they we'd be using, as well as cables are more than easily manipulated by Laxus.

Not sure if you saw, so I figured I'd mention it directly to you. I updated the pricing system for taijutsu styles so that the cost is according to techniques rather than a set price, which should make it much easier for you. Beyond that though, I'd personally recommend getting the techniques approved individually, and when all is said and done compiling them into one style. I would also definitely allow that to be counted as owning the style even without the official purchase, since you did still pay full price. A planned update for the sealing system, but applicable to anything utilizing ink and scrolls, is the ability to write your own jutsu scrolls, so for your own amusement you could write your own scroll on your taijutsu. (Each ink bottle will have a set number of charges, and a charge will cover a set amount of space, or, for convenience, a certain number of jutsu and such. Scrolls will be able to hold set numbers of charges, thus, set numbers of jutsu, and so on. All in all quite interesting for those interested in the various writing aspects of the newer systems. So maybe I should have addressed most of that to Lilly instead. XD @Lilly: Once I've finally gotten that particular part of the system finalized and released, would you like to do me the favor of revamping your bloodline to account for the ink costs of ink jutsu and so on? (I'd also recommend, on that course, a jutsu along some line for recovering ink from used techniques, if that isn't already inherent in the bloodline.)
