"C-Commander Myra, if I may..." Yume said once again pushing her body into an upright position, her voice taunt with pain. "Such a large scale spell in a condition such as Greg's would kill for certain...B-But if you were to perform the spell jointly with another, the rebounding effects of the caster would be halved. If h-he uses another person's magical power in conjunction with his own...He will be able to do it." Yume paused, a courageous spark in her eyes. "And so i-if I may...I'd like to offer my own power for this endeavor."
Celeste watched the Colonel go, half tempted to follow. She knew he was going to find Itaku, and that made her almost desperate to follow. However, after the experience she had just had, and what lengths Itaku had took to ensure her safety, she was sure she would do more harm that good. All she could do for Itaku now was to stay alive, and pray for his safety.
Yuki wasted no time in drawing her swords in order to help fend off the attacker. However, she wasn't about to rush in blindly. She could tell with relative ease that this man was highly skilled. Not one to be taken lightly. She would have to be careful. Then she spotted her chance, and darted forward to slash at the Red Coat's stomach in hopes if disemboweling him.

Greg smiled softly and shook his head. "Yume, you're too weak at this point. If that were the case, i'd need a few people's help." he walked over and stood beside her. "You need all the extra at this point until you recover..." he turned back to Myra and Zeno. "If you two would be willing to offer a bit, and if Yume wishes to as well, none of you will lose too much...but you might feel a little weakend." He summoned his scythe to his hand one more and held it against the floor. "If you would allow me to Commander, I can get everybody out." He held his scythe out, the one thing that was his channel of power. "Touch it if you wish to help." .....although, even with everybody to help, it's my spell to be casted, therefore, i'll be taking a lot of damage. Chances are i'll be outcould by the time we get back to base...but it's for the good of the army...

"With all due respect, Specialist Hall, don't be ridiculous," Zeno snapped to Greg. "Besides killing yourself, you'll likely transport us to some unknown location on the edge of the world. You may also transport some of the Snowtown civilians as well. You're too tired to concentrate your magic, and even if we contribute some of our mana, the success rate of the spell is less than 1%." Zeno Angha turned to Myra. "Commander Myra, at worse-case scenario, they may already be... KIA. We can't risk any more lives. I myself do not want anything to happen to Ms. Phoenix, but we cannot risk any more lives." Zeno hesitated, pondering. "However... if you desire, I will personally board the mothership and rescue Ms. Phoenix and Lieutenant Obichi." Zeno cleared his throat and repeated himself in a more straightforward fashion. "I would like to volunteer myself to get Phoenix and Itaku out of the ship."
Colonel Rajeiia de La Fenice, anticipating that Itaku would use his remaining good arm, easily blocked the knife with his sword. However, the slash was quick enough to produce a small cut on the back of his hand. Itaku's kick was rather unexpected, but Rajeiia, having survived through many of these close-quarter battles before, ducked and dodged the kick. Colonel Rajeiia was about to counterattack and give a devastating blow to Itaku's stomach with his sword, but he was interrupted by Yuki. Rajeiia stepped back, just out of range of Yuki's blade; his back now against the wall. Rajeiia propelled himself forward and launched a swift and hasty kick at Yuki, then somersaulted, essentially jumping over Itaku and Yuki and landing on the other side.

Yume looked up at Greg stubbornly. "D-Don't think you're fooling me...You're still planning to take most of the damage, aren't you? Stupid..." she murmured, her breathing a bit labored. "I-I can take more damage...than you think. I won't die." Yume said, her eyes holding Greg's steadily. "I refuse to, so you can take as much magic as you need..." she finished, before falling back against the pillows, tired from the effort of talking.

Greg smiled lightly and gripped his scythe tightly. "Zeno, I apologize, but what you're planning is a suicide mission. And honestly, I know my limitiations, and I know I can do this with ease. So I respectively ask that you either help me, or back off, because either way, I'm doing this" he said forcefully, but in a calm tone. "Commander, I apologize for any irresponsible behavior that I may have just committed." he added, glancing towards Myra. "I've done this more then enough times to know how to take anybody where they need to be. Not on this high of scale of course, but many of our soldier are already heading back with some citizens. My major focus, along-side from getting the entire population to safety, is the soldiers that are aboard that ship, and the ones in here." After his rant, he took a small breath and muttered a small phrase under his breath, a phrase that indicated confidence in himself and others. When his eyes returned to those in the room, they were full of life, and eager to begin. "I ask again....who's helping?"

Myra crossed her arms. "Greg, you will NOT preform that spell. I forbid it. I'm giving Zeno permission go go on the airship and rescue the last of our troops. You however will be bound with magic repelling chains until we are finished with our plans. I'm sorry Greg." She said harshly. Myra turned to Zeno. "You heard me. You can go." She told him. Myra was no longer acting like a sensitive girl who would like to see this was over. She was now a deadly commander, who was not to be crossed.
Lana grinned and chuckled darkly. "Had enough?" She asked standing back. Lana knew injuring her further would result in death, or passing out. That wouldn't be fun though.

"I'll have had enough when the life leaves your eyes." Phoenix spat back furiously. She lunged forward, executing a roundhouse kick and stabbing at Lana with her dagger straight afterwords.

"Yes, ma'am!" Captain Zeno Angha saluted, bringing the tip of his finger to his eyebrow while stiffening the rest of his body. He then ran out of the tent. He knew he had a rather low chance of survival, but what did it matter? Yume obviously was in love with Greg, and the other Bluecoats did not take him seriously. If he died, the Bluecoats would lose one of their few scientists, but the Bluecoats never had an appreciation for modern technology anyway. "Where are you going, captain?" one of his subordinates saluted and asked. "Commander's orders. Tell me, did you capture any fighter planes?" Zeno asked. "Well, one of the Redcoat prisoners--who was piloting one of the fighters--voluntarily gave himself up after being surrounded by our dragons. We have his plane." "Good. Lead me to it." "Yes, sir." Zeno Angha set his eyes on the captured fighter plane, which was a few blocks down from the Snowtown Square. It was still intact and completely unharmed, except for a couple of scratches here and there. Zeno got into the cockpit--there were all sorts of electronic signals and controls there. Using the Snowtown street as runway, Zeno took off, flying in the fighter effortlessly, as if he had been piloting a Redcoat fighter his entire life. Zeno's plane rushed directly towards the mothership foolhardily, choosing a head-on approach. The plane, being smaller than normal Bluecoat dragons, was extremely quick and agile. Strange... the mothership's not firing, he thought as he neared the Red Air Fleet. When he took a closer look, he saw that the Redcoat mothership was actually opening its hatch for him! Zeno soon realized that the mothership thought he was a returning Redcoat pilot. The fighter aptly entered the hatch and landed in a room full of other fighters and bombers. Two Redcoat airmen were there to greet the supposedly returning Redcoat. "Welcome back! Those Bluecoats know how to shoot straight?" they greeted rather cheerfully as Zeno appeared, jumping out of the cockpit. Zeno Angha grinned, going along with it. Within a split-second, however, one of the two Redcoats was down, hit in the face. "What the--" With the force of a lightning bolt, Zeno kicked the other guy in the groin and he collapsed. Zeno stood proudly over the unconscious bodies, victorious. "Now... I wonder where Phoenix and Itaku are," Zeno said to himself, rushing off inside the mothership.

Greg watched coldly as Zeno left. He closed his eyes for a moment before glancing towards Myra. It was not one filled with any expression, but it did leave an impression. "Myra.." he muttered, no longer speaking to her as a higher authority. "..stop trying to protect me. I'm not the defenseless kid you found in the forest anymore. Stop treating me like you're my mother....because I no longer have one. " he said coldly. His body shook lightly as he turned away from her without even a salute or anything that represented respect. He walked to the back of the tent, his scythe vanishing from his grip, and sat stiffly into a chair. "Wake me up when it's time to go." he muttered.
[[oh crap...i hope that doesn't get him killed by yet another Merkowitz sister]]

Greg's words stung. They stung like ice tearing through her flesh. She turned away as her eyes began to water. She- she wasn't his mother but....she did love him. Myra rubbed her eyes and turned halfway around. "Do what you want." She said. Myra turned away in shame as she noticed that her voice had quivered.

Greg closed his eyes, trying to keep his body from shaking. He muttered a small few lines quietly then looked to Myra....I went too far. I have to fix this....He closed his eyes and went through all the spells he knew, it would only be one that he needed, one that would use the rest of his energy, resulting in his uncounciousness. The words came to his lips and he raised his hand slightly, pointing in Myra's direction. "verba oblitus [forget my words] " he muttered softly, focusing on the last few minutes after Zeno left. When the spell was compleate, he couldn't help but worry if it worked or not, so just to be sure, he carved the words, 'I'm sorry Myra' in the wooden floor with a knife. Upon finishing the line, he passed out once more.

((I'm gonna let Yume have a mushy monologue cause there's not much more to do at the moment. Latin Translation: "Upon this body bestow the protection of the dream catcher."))
Yume looked on as Greg chanted his spell and was subsequently rendered unconscious. She knew he was okay; the spell had been small and therefore hadn't required so much energy that it put his life in danger. "Silly." Yume murmured, a soft smile forming on her lips. "You spread yourself too thin again. You don't need spells for such simple matters..." she sighed. "You can't ignore people in pain, can you? Even at the expense of yourself...But that's one of the qualities that made me fall for you in the first place." Yume then reached out a hand towards Greg. "Super is somes largior tutela of somnium reprehendo." she murmured a soft light emanating from her palm to shine upon Greg, before fading away. It was a simple spell which would give the one upon whom it was cast good dreams, ensuring a restful sleep safe from nightmares. Nonetheless, it exhausted Yume's already weakened body nearly making her pass out from her own need for sleep. Darkness once again began closing in on her vision but this time Yume welcomed it. "Goodnight..." she whispered towards Greg before falling into a deep sleep.
Celeste stood and began to walk through the corridors, deciding that perhaps her time was best spent patrolling the ship for now. She couldn't go to Itaku, she knew that, but she couldn't stand simple sitting around and waiting. She had to do something with herself. ((Hey maybe she and Zeno could run into each other and have a little battle.))
Yuki cried out and ducked the kick at the last moment, before quickly spiining around to fact the Red Coat attacker again. However, this time she refrained from rushing in and instead hung back to see what the enemy would do next.

[@Phoenix- WHAT?! I THOUGHT I DID!!! :O ) [@Greg- Wait what?]
Lana grinned and shrugged. "Okay then." But the second it took for her to say it, Phoenix's foot hit her chest and made her fall to the ground, missing the dagger. She chuckled and stood up. "Sometimes, I don't always play fair." Lana's hand went to her belt and he took out a gun. Aiming for Phoenix's knees, Lana pulled the trigger. Twice.
