"What the-?" Neji shoved past, getting ready to use a jutsu on both Naruto and Tori. "Daigetsu-" Someone tackled Neji, cutting him off. "Shikamaru! Get off of Me!" "Why? Your trying to hurt Tori!" "Shikamaru!!"

Naruto looked at Shikamaru. He was surprised, but glad to see his friend helping him and Tori.

As he passed the academy, Tori grabbed him and pulled him into an alley with one way in. "Shh!" She leaned back against the wall, letting go. "I saw this on the way to the ramen shop." She said, pushing a stack of crates into where they came in to hide them.

There was a soft tap, and someone landed beside them. "aw, how cute!" Kakashi laughed. "So, you gonna tell the truth yet?"
Tori bit her lip, sitting upright. "...That depends. Are you gonna turn me in to Neji if I do?"

Naruto jumped a bit. He sooo didn't expect Kakashi to show up. I mean, sure, the guy was a shinobi, and that was his thing, but there are still times where you SHOULDN'T jump out of nowhere.

"Hm... well, since you're obviously hiding for a reason... no, i wont turn you in. Besides, your taking your test tomorrow, wouldn't want you to miss that."
"Fine. Well then... When I was born, a wolves spirit joined with mine, so my parents and my brother, Neji, put me under house arrest, thinking I'd be a danger to the village, but Hinata left behind her exploding Stone Jutsu scroll, so I blew up a wall and ran away, then Naruto saved me from the Hyuuga shinobi, then we had ramen and he let me stay with him, then we went to the training grounds, where we met you, then he went over the jutsus I'd need to know, and we went to get lunch, then we saw Neji, so I ran here, Naruto followed me, and now we're here." She finnished in the same breath.
Kakashi stared at her.

Naruto looked at his sensei. "It's true. I couldn't just let them take her away. I hated how I was treated for having the Kyuubi, so I wanted to help her escape from the same thing." He told him.

Naruto almost laughed at the part where Kakashi said that Tori was like a female version of him. However, it wasn't too far off. The two had a lot in common.

"Ok, how about this- I'll escort you to the hokage, and you tell her all of this. Convince her not a problem, and the Hyuuga's will have to let you free."
