As he went on eating, Blade heard someone approaching. Glancing up but didn't see anyone within his line of sight. The voice sounded familiar though. As he thought of it, the person might be Varn... but he wasn't completely certain.
"If you're talking to me, no," he said while trying to see where the other person was. Most likely the rabbit's shriek had called for his attention earlier.

She...had something for her? Mitsu's eyes curiously turned to the bag as Poke started to open it. What she saw next she hadn't expected in the slightest. Ludwig's head popped out of the bag and he appeared....to be in one piece. Eyes wide Mitsu shakily reached for the bear unable to answer Desmond's question, "B...but he was so torn up." Her eyes looked like they threatened to tear and her voice was a little strained as she took hold of the stuffed animal and gently pulled him from the bag.
She gave him a once over taking in the repairs. The subtle differences were obvious to her of course, but it didn't seem to matter. "Thank you." She said softly, a few tears rolling down her cheeks as she held the bear close. "Thank you so much." Bear still held with one arm Mitsu stepped closer to Poke and reached out with the other to give her a hug. The thought that she had gone to the trouble to have him fixed, it really meant a lot. And she said the nurse had help? Mitsu would have to be sure to thank him.

"Woah, so hostile," Klyde threw his hands up defensively as he turned to face completely away from her. "I think I might have heard someone." That was a total lie, but she had been underwater at the time, what difference would she know? He chuckled a little hearing her stammer from no doubt the cold. There would have been an offer to warm her up....but that really wasn't possible so why bother with a cruel joke. One day, maybe he could get her to take a bath with him......yeah right that was probably a far-fetched dream.
"Do you feel better?" He probably wouldn't bother with a shower until a little later after classes, not that he smelled of much other than dirt from sleeping on the ground.

In preparation of classes the teachers started to gather by the mess hall. Once the students were done eating and the teachers were done with their coffee and morning regimens, classes would begin.
Suto leaned against a tree puffing away at his morning cigarette. He along with two other teachers were splitting up the Earth Science classes. What joy that would be. To go along with his normal ensemble of clothing he wore a Fedora to prevent burning his face from over exposure to the sun. The hat looked very strange but probably no worse than any other.
Marty was also among the teachers this morning, chewing away at a bagel eager for the day to begin. He was taking some of the team building classes which he honestly enjoyed. Not many of the teachers seemed to like doing the class but he looked forward to it.
Neko, looking as though he had been forced out of bed too early, sat at a picnic table downing a large cup of coffee and taking a few drags from a cigarette he had bummed off another teacher. He didn't really smoke enough to keep a pack of his own, but he was definitely going to need it considering he had been talked into helping out with the classes today. At least it wasn't something he had to put a lot of thought into, survival training was something he actually enjoyed...also helped when you lived like a hermit out in the woods.

Desmond's perplexity turned into a slight sadness at the mention of the bear being torn up...
Was that why she was upset last night? Why wouldn't she tell him? He could've at least helped her cope... It upset him, and he couldn't even explain why.
Sighing, he patted Mitsu on the shoulder, hiding his feelings with a false smile. "Glad you got your bear back." His voice held a false enthusiasm, though he supposed it wasn't far from the truth. "I've gotta go get something to drink. See you later."
As he turned away, his smile disappeared and seemed to grow more distant with each step. He had to wonder who would do that to-
No... They weren't really that low, were they?
Did he really have to ask himself that question? Of course they were... They were like animals in heat, ready to rip apart the competition no matter what the cost. Disgusting...

"W-what?" Riyo stayed silent for a moment, listening to each and every sound around them. When nothing happened, she nervously lifted her head. "No, Not really. But at least I'm not dirty..." Sighing, she quickly made sure the coast was clear once again before crawling out, eyes wide like an owl's. She didn't hesitate to run for her towel and dry off as fast as humanly possible, slowing down once her underwear was on. "Phew." Was the noise she made as she slipped on her shirt and reached for her pants. "Thanks for that."

Ah, now that voice sounded familiar. Moving towards the voice, Varn pushed his way through some shrubs and managed to spot blade a few feet away, eating what appeared to be a very cooked rabbit. The guy was still out in the forest? he thought he would of made it back to camp by now. He really must have not wanted to go back if he was resorting to catching his own food.
"Damn, you did a number on that rabbit there" He commented as he walked over to a tree nearby to lean on it. "You were able to fry the thing with just a fireball? niiiice"

"Heh, it was nothing really, Atticus was the one who really helped, I just took the bear to-" Poke stopped in her explanation as mitsu had suddenly stepped closer and, unexpectedly, gave her a hug. She blinked, frozen in place and also slightly embarrassed by the gesture. Not that she minded it, it just wasn't something she wasn't used to. She was the kind of person who would do a bro-fist then get all huggy with someone.
Eventually though she brought her hand up to pet mitsu on the head, letting her other awkwardly rest on the girl's shoulder. "Aww, you don't have to cry mitsu, just make sure that you don't let them hurt your bear agai-"
Oh, hold on a sec, wasn't she standing with someone else?
Having realized mitsu wasn't the only one there, she turned to see Desmond who looked very displeased. Glaring at the guy, she was about to step up to him but his face changed, and making some excuse he had walked off before she could have said anything.
Frowning, poke watched him walk off with a touch of concern. Desmond bugged the crap out of her, not just because he was a vamp, but because he always seemed so stuck up and annoying. She hadn't forgotten the times he had picked on her friends, and it pissed her off to no annoyance that she was unable to do anything about it. Her bravado was no match for his physical strength and speed, and if any hint of her picking a fight with him was sent to her mom....
Picking up the backpack, she gave it to mitsu. "Keep the teddy in here for the meantime, and pretend that he's still ripped up" she told her. "It would be best if no one saw him for the rest of the trip."
((I'll chuck my dudes into the classes in the next post...not sure yet where they'll go XD))

Eventually Varn had come into view, so his guess on who the voice belonged to was right. With a weak grin, he nodded at the guy's question.
"Yeah.. just thought I'd grab something quick on the way back to camp," he said after taking a bite of the rabbit. The taste... could definitely be better but he was hungry so it didn't matter all that much.
Seeing how it was about time to get going, Shun and Bent-Tail started to head on towards the meeting place for their first class session. As they did so, they (mostly Bent-Tail) kept a look out for any of the others in case they had the same schedule for the time being.

Just as quickly, Mitsu pulled back from the hug, a smile still on her face as she wiped at the tears. "Yeah, I'll take better care of him." Looking at the bag Mitsu turned to the one she still had on her shoulder. "I'll just put him in here, I'll be sure to keep him hidden. Thanks again."
Looking back at Desmond Mitsu smiled at his enthusiasm at her bear's return, not able to pick up on how fake it really was. When he started to walk off with the mention of drinks Mitsu nodded. "O..okay. I'll catch up with you later then." Well, it was probably better that he ate before classes. They would be starting soon.
"Thanks again, Poke." Mitsu beamed as she put Ludwig away in her pack. "I'll have to thank Mr. Rall too. Maybe I'll see you in class?" With a wave she ran off toward the nurse's cabin hoping she had enough time before classes started. It didn't take her too long before she was outside the door and with a gentle knock she started her way inside. "Mr. Rall?"

"No problem." Klyde braved turning around at that point seeing Riyo just as she was putting her pants on. "Nice undies." He commented before thinking about it. Luckily he was already to his feet so if need be he could make a run for it.

Atticus looked over to the door as his name was called, yet another book in his hands. "Yes?" He asked softly, wondering what her problem might be. She didn't look sick or injured...

Riyo's eyes widened at the comment, temporarily freezing as her pants were half way up. Almost immediately, she had them up as far as they would go and buttoned at the speed of light, face almost blood red. "I knew you'd peek!" she shouted angrily. What made it worse is she picked today of all days to wear the pink ones. Why did she think it was a good idea if she knew he'd peek?!

"Oh umm..." Mitsu walked in slowly closing the door behind herself. "I..I just wanted to thank you....for fixing Ludwig." Opening her bag she pulled out the bear her fingers running over the red ribbon around his neck. "I can't believe you were able to fix him. I didn't think....it would be possible." Holding the bear close she smiled. "So thank you."

"Ah, don't get mad!" Klyde threw up his hands defensively. "I thought you had gotten dressed." Though he turned hoping she hadn't. What a reward. It was a treat to see those pretty pink panties on her instead of just in her bathroom. "You have some nice legs if that's any consolation."

Poke had to think for a sec about the classes bit. She had almost forgotten what classes she was supposed to be in. "Hopefully so, I think I have survival lessons first up, then I have the science stuff, and then...hiking?" When was the last time she looked at the sheet?
She waved to the retreating mitsu, and then walked towards the middle of the camp. Classes would be starting soon, so she guess she'd see who else she was teamed with at the moment. Upon reaching the clearing, she saw the three teaches about, and had to quickly cover her mouth when she saw the kind of hat suto was wearing. Was he trying to be a guy from the 1920's?
Her first class would be survival training, so taking a wild guess between the selections, she assumed that neko would be the kind of guy to lead them through the forest...and get them lost in the process. She moved towards his general direction, but didn't approach him. The guy looked half dead.

"So, you feeling alright now?" Varn asked him while he ate his meal. "You didn't look too crash hot last night. I heard from Kent hat apparently you got into a fight yesterday. How did that happen?" He noted that blade didn't seem to like the taste of the rabbit very much. Which was odd; apparently rabbits were supposed to taste good. Or so he heard.

Also making his way towards the camp, Ken had reached the area with all the teachers, and, making a quick check to make sure he would be in the right class, he headed over to marty's area. It looked like he had the Team bonding experience first, oh joy
"Good morning Marty" He said to the centaur, then spying poke across the site he gave her a quick wave.

Lina would of enjoyed her first class with her friends, but it seemed that they all had different classes. Sadly, her first one would be with Suto for the science part. She didn't mind the guy as much as poke did, but she did tend to keep as quiet as possible and not stay in a place with just him.
Having quickly changed into a fresh pair of clothes, she had exited the tent and had reached the campsite, ready to participate in Suto's class. She would have her shower later, when she was sure there were no hive members about.

"Ah.. yeah, I'm alright," Blade said a little uncomfortably, "They basically hunted me down in the forest and jumped me."
While he left out a number of details there, it was enough to get the message across. That was basically what had happened, at least when it came to the fight. Before much longer, he had finished off his roasted rabbit.
"Thanks for the concern though.." he added, recalling the previous night. While he was pretty adamant about staying behind, the guy and Ken had at least checked up on him and tried to get him to come back.

"Ah, so he was your bear." Atticus sat his book down and stood, approaching the girl with hands in his pockets. "It's nothing really. He just needed some extra care to detail and time." The doctor explained. "But..." He started, patting the bear on the head. "You really shouldn't bring such precious things to places where people may not appreciate them. They can be very cruel." Not that he really had to tell her now...

Riyo looked down at her legs as they were complimented, not really sure how to take that. Nobody ever said anything about her legs, probably because she never showed them. "W-whats so nice about them?" She managed to ask with red cheeks, temporarily forgetting that he'd seen her underwear.

Could she never just take a compliment and run with it? She had to question everything. "You have long toned legs," Klyde smiled hoping that was enough. "So what about this 'making it worth my while'? Is that still on the table?" He tried to give her the puppy dog eyes hoping he hadn't throw whatever it was she had in mind out the window because he had turned around too soon. At least he had gotten to see her panties if anything.

"Yeah, I know I shouldn't bring him...but I take Ludwig everywhere." She looked at the bear holding him close. "It was the last thing my parents gave me before they died. I feel like I'm keeping them close." She smiled again touching the ribbon. "And thanks to you I can continue to do that. I'll be more careful and keep him with me." Placing him back in her bag with care she zipped it up tight. "I should probably get to class. Thank you again."

Neko looked up from the table as Poke approached. Guess that meant that classes would be starting soon. Casually he waved her to have a seat finishing off his cigarette before grounding it out on his boot. "So I take it your in survival training this morning?"
Marty was a bit more enthusiastic. He was obviously a morning person. "Good Morning, Ken!" He smiled. "So are you in my team building class this morning? I have some fun stuff in mind for everyone."
Suto just continued to foreign interest in the whole matter, really just wanting to go back inside safely tucked away from the sun. It would no doubt burn him to a crisp despite the limited amount of skin he had showing and the layer of sunscreen he had on.

"yup, this is my first class of the day" Ken said to Marty, trying to hide his doubt that the ideas marty had would be considered 'fun', for anyone else. He smilies back to the centaur. "Oh, that sounds really cool, you have me interested now". He didn't want to be mean to the guy, since he was always pleasant and friendly to everyone

Poke gave a quick wave to acknowledge Ken before she turned to see neko motioning her over. Well, this was slightly odd. She had to wonder why neko would want her to sit next to him. Maybe he was bored? Shrugging it off she walked over to the tables, taking a seat on the opposite side. "Yup, which is a good thing to. Survival training sounds really cool; getting to take on nature, fending for yourself out in the wild..." Suddenly her eyes lit up. "Woah, do we get to fight wild animals?!"

"Hey, it's no biggie. Those guys are a huge pain in the a** when it comes to a fight, they always attack in groups." Varn scratched the top of his head in thought. "Although, I have to admit this is a new low for these guys. I don't suppose you pissed them off somehow?"
Seeing that Blade had finished the animal off, he stood up from his tree. "Oh well, you ready to get back to camp? It wouldn't be a good idea to stay out here any longer, otherwise the teachers would have to send out a search party, and you'll end up screwed."

Finding the circle of teachers, Shun and Bent-Tail made their way over towards Neko. Of the classes, survival training probably interested Shun the most. Hiking likely wasn't too bad either, but the others were not to his liking all that much. As they arrived, the rat waved at the other students present while the other did what he normally did... keep to himself.
"Beats me. I fought back but that's about it," shrugged Blade, "And yeah yeah..."
Getting up now, he looked towards the direction of the campsite and started heading on over there. He wasn't really for his classes for the day but he supposed he'd just have to deal with it. If he was lucky today would be considerably less eventful than the previous one.
A part of him wondered just how many people realized he was missing..

Desmond promptly walked into the lunch room in a quasi-calm fashion. His face was obviously upset, but not so upset that he might punt babies across the room. Walking up to the front, he grabbed a couple bottles of liquid sewage and took a seat at an uninhabited table... Only to be greeted by his senior vampire.
"Well, hey there lil' Dessie." Lou greeted with a grin, taking a seat in a chair backwards. "Didn't know you and Klyde liked transfer students. What is up with that?"
"I don't know what you're talking about." Desmond immediately responded, looking away as he forced a bottle of nasty down his throat.
"You shouldn't lie to me, whelp." Lou's eyes narrowed. "I bet the little white haired girl tastes pretty good."
Desmond choked a little as he heard mention of Mitsu, slamming the bottle down on the table.
"Yeah, that's what I thought." He did so love playing with these boys.

Riyo thought about whether she should do it now or not. He did peek... But it had seemed rather unintentional. And he still spent time he could've been using to get a meal at her expense. Sighing, she walked up to him and smiled. "I guess so." Carefully pulling her wet hair away from one side of her neck, she pulled the cloth off her shoulder just enough to show a nice patch of skin. "If you don't get all touchy feelie on me again, I'll let you bite."

Atticus... Hadn't known her parents were dead. Mentally frowning, he at least felt better that he'd fixed the stuffed animal now. "You're welcome Mitsu. Take care." He said, waving as she left. For a girl who'd seemingly been through a lot... She handled it very well...
