"War?" Kier asked, his eyes growing wide. Immediately he was excited. "What war? Who's at war?" He titled his head to the side staring at he, fear forgotten in favor of curiosity. He frowned after a second, and puffed out his chest. "No one let me run off, I was chasing evil. See? I killed it there!" He pranced over to a patch of ground he'd torn up in his 'battle'.

Target walked back to the Tree Throne he called it, he was rather annoyed with the silence as much as he disliked it. "Fae have powers right? What can you do?" Target tried to start a conversation up, to break the seriousness he felt, it was just not a natural feeling, and he wanted some ease.

Rakura Lynn Ira's eyes looked at the Queen as she was just ordered to take him flying, to only look at Bullseye again. "The Crowns have my word." She didn't hesitate to say. "May I have your permission now to leave court with the dragon, your highness." She turned and said with a slight bow, she was already racking up what she needed to do to make sure he has the proper equipment. "You have my leave," the Queen replied gravely, "We break camp at first light and cross into dragon territory. Attendants, please see that our newcomers have everything they need." And the Queen turned to go, her retainers sweeping behind her and cutting off anyone else from getting to the Queen directly now that her court was closed. -------------- The fae-girl smiled thinly and nodded at Kier's proclamation. She glanced over the patch of ground. "Very fierce," she said gravely, "I can tell you're very brave. The fae are at war - my people. I serve a Prince betrayed by his King and cast out and all his people condemned as traitors. It is a noble cause. We seek to save a forest. Would you come with me back to our camp?" She hesitated and when she spoke next, it was in an odd tone of voice. "I promise thee that no harm shall come." --------------------- Kocerou hopped off Target's back and called something out to his retainers, who were waiting anxiously nearby. Two hurried off, the others just remained where they were, attentive to any other orders the Prince might have. Kocerou didn't give any and just settled himself back on his throne. "Well," he said, "That depends. Do you refer to my power as Prince, my power as someone that can use fae magic, or my power as fae to use the Blessed magic? They're very different things." The retainers returned, carrying a glass of wine which Kocerou accepted and took a sip of. "I shalt give thee one answer," the Prince said solemnly, "Thou hast earned it. Ask wisely."

Target strolled over to his usual sitting and rested listening to the Prince, with a small smile. "What's the difference of these powers?" The words came out with some thought that he might have just asked the wrong question, but still showing no signs that he regrets what he asked.

Ira went over to Bullseye and jumped up letting her wing for a second guide her body to her dragon's shoulders just before his wings. her wing stayed spread as she adjusted her fitting and then grabbed tightly upon the now thick mane. She didn't let go of her hold of the bound the kept Bullseye from lashing out, and force him to walk far from camp before she even tried taking him to the air.
Bullseye not sure if he is even himself at the moment he felt more like a puppet, is this what a horse feels like, no they have more freedom than this.

Kier was getting into something of his dreams. He straightened, taking a serious manner. "I would be honored to visit the camp of a betrayed prince, especially one who honors the land." He puffed out his small chest. "I'll hold you to your word, and follow you to this place." Oh yes he really was excited about this, especially since he had a safety promise. Inside he wanted to just prance around with glee, but heroes didn't do that. He held his seeming calm.

Watching carefully the reborn stayed silent in the trees as he watch the Fea (Risen) walk forward. What struck this as and oddity was the fact that he didn't hear him what so ever, if it was anything else his ears could pick up on comers from a great distance. Toft was well known as the crowns personal assassins many times past, when he was two separate entities. Blurred faces of the ones that betrayed him and executed him for charges that were simply business with the crowns. Toft's blood runs thick with the passion that him being executed would not end him no.. both bound and Fea's exact words were. 'There is no end for I' then death was replaced with the memory of awakening, the joy of how right it was. That was the night the story of this reborn rested with the crown that knew of him and now today. This Assassin is watching a war take it's course, which means his calling for a job will soon come. Toft still as the tree he rested in he watched Risen continue walking, sure he would go unnoticed for he wasn't doing any careless actions.

The fae-girl smiled and gestured for Kier to follow her. She led the hatchling over to where her fellow fae guards were and said a few words in her own language before switching back to a language the dragon would understand.
"My friends must finish their patrol," she said, "I will take you back to the camp and introduce you to my Prince. You have such good manners - he will find you most charming, I'm certain."
And she gave him a sly smile and turned towards the ravine, walking at a slow pace so the hatchling could keep up.
---------------------
For a moment, Kocerou looked startled and a bit angry. Then he slowly smiled.
"Well-asked," the Prince said softly, "In order to explain the difference I have to explain a bit about each. Well-asked indeed.
Fae magic is much like human or dragon magic. Only fae can use it and all fae have some talent with it - some more than others. It's... a very natural thing for us. We don't think much about it and use it as naturally as a dragon uses his wings, once he obtains a Bound. It's mostly interaction with nature and the natural world around us. We can tell the plants to move or fire to subside, for instance.
My powers as Prince is similar but with one important difference - they are limited to the fae race and our territory. While I can use fae magic, I can also do much, much more in regards to our forest and my people. I can bind by oath, I can reshape the forest on a whim, and I can even sense the fate of my people as a whole. I was born with this and I use it as easily as I do the fae magic.
The Blessed power is very different from those two forms of magic. It is..."
And here the Prince hesitated. He looked nervous.
"...the Blessed Path is older than even the fae. It holds the world together and governs our fates - yours, mine - everything. Think of it like a tapestry. If you can see the threads you can trace where they're going to lead in the future or even reweave them as you will, changing the entire face of the tapestry. Fae must learn to use this power and we do so carefully and sparingly. There are some that are chosen to guard the Blessed Path - humans and dragons - and fae have never been counted among their numbers. We are regarded as interlopers and seeking the future along the Blessed Path or using it to alter reality is a dangerous thing.
So there you have it. The fae magic is a natural magic all fae have, my power as Prince affects only our forest and our people, and the Blessed magic is something completely outside of my race."
Done with his explanation, Kocerou leaned back in his throne.

Kier followed after her, swishing his tail back and forth. He nodded solemnly to greet the other fae, and watched their exchange through wide curious eyes. "Do all fae look a little different?" he asked her curiously, and hid his face a touch when she mentioned his manners in the version of a dragon blush. "It's my honor." He said again, frolicking along after her unable to hide his excitement.

A reaction he didn't expect to see from the prince, gave target and uneasy feeling like he has done something wrong. Then the smile crossed his face and Target tilted his head listening to the Fea explain. The sense of longing crept upon Target's shoulders as he mention about how dragons naturally use their wings. When the Prince mention the binding by oath he couldn't help to think about Thorn for a second. Then Targets eyes gained a perplexed look as it was the Blessed, ....
"The voice then was a Blessed, reasons it said what it did." Target said with some realization as he then chose to switch the subject to another question he had. "So are we Bind by your power, when we took that oath upon Thorn, and what does this Bind do?" Target figured it would be worth giving it a shot to ask.

Once the new bounded couple was just outside camp she loosen the tight hold she had upon Bullseye. Ira rubbed her eyes. "Be great-full that I just saved your hide back there, What possessed you to show retaliation back there? Forget it..." Ira rubbed her eyes again as the stir of emotions swarmed them both. "No this wont do, we can't afford to let these distractions get in the way, just forget about what just happen and focus what is now."
Bullseyes was losing his silent battle then decided to walk around to calm his frustration finding that he could now move on his own will again he just sighed. "it wasn't suppose to be this way, Target and I were suppose to find bounds together and become knights together I am not suppose to be a Fea knight." Bullseye stopped talking from the soul twisting rage that bloomed in his bound just from those words.
"Your not a or the Knight, your the dragon, are we clear on that." Ira calmly said as she tried to control both her and the others emotions, they just needed to go to the null of void, and then they could move on to doing her regular duties.
Bullseye cleared his mind his thoughts for a moment with a deep breath of hopelessness.
"Good, this is a start." the Fea said as she switched to a focus on getting something done right, or what was right in her sense. "How do they feel?, how does your new self feel?"
Bullseye started thinking about the restraint he felt... "NO" Ira coldly said. He felt the jolt that he was thinking wrong about his situation and needed to find a better. Bullseye wonder was he really that different than he was before. He did feel more weight on his head, and then his tail felt more free with a snap like motion when he walked. Bullseye paused in realization, he had wings. His wings fanned out as he slowly moved them around for a feel, and a smile crept across his face as he then turned to look at them but saw Ira sitting there with a small smile, holding on as he turned and looked at her. He wasn't sure how he felt seeing her there but, these wings his wings.
"See, not that bad." Ira said in a sing song tone. "Now lets go find a more open area with some water near by so you can have some fun."
Bullseyes turn his head forward as he hasn't the slightest clue where to go. 'just run' the the melody tone in his head encourage him to just go for it.
Ira then grip tighter upon his mane, as Bullseye took off in a full out sprint, like he was a new born just learning to walk again. His despair was replaced quickly with this sudden burst of excitement and energy.

Cho watched as the Queen walked away. She wondered if this was really the way to go. Cho looked over at the attendants and noticed they look rather unhappy at her. Then she remembered she was looked down on.
Aphrodite watched as Bullseye and his new bound walked away. She thought, oh once I become an adult. She looked over at Cho and then over at the attendants. Aphrodite says," I'm hungry. What is there to eat?"

Risen knew of the reborn hiding out of sight but said nothing to show it. He would move about and see how things would play out. He also knew of a dark presence in these woods that was going to be brought into the war soon. He didn't like the idea of a confrontation with the one he traveled with at one point but it was a possibility.

Socks of Death Ruscar gave the knights a well-practiced baffled look. He was very careful to pretend to be affiliated with no side. The Reborn was quite pleased to be feeding the knight misinformation. It would be a shame if the pair turned out to be allies, but they were knights. It was much safer to assume they had affiliated with the non-traitors. “How scary. Is the royal family okay?” murmured Ruscar before getting back on topic. “I was chased from my home in the south. You will probably want to check there.” "They're fine and away from the bulk of things as far as I'm aware," replied Warden while taking in the information he had just received. It could very well be faulty, but unfortunately it wasn't very conceivable to bring the Reborn back to the others. It would most likely be detained or killed on sight more than anything else, which wouldn't be too helpful for their case. <><> the dragon pointed out before looking back at the Reborn, "Very well. Thank you for this insight."Without another word, he turned wing and started heading back to base to report as quickly as he could. Aside from the potentially useful information, it'd be best to leave the higher ups to deal with the Reborn - whether they wanted to try and track it or what. --- Once the one dragon had gone off, the Fallen grinned and beat his wings down hard to gain lift. He didn't want to chase the one that had left, not when there was something more interesting in his sights. With a gleam in his eyes, he beelined for the 'fae', looking to fly a little too close for comfort for the smaller creature at fairly high speeds.

Toft's eyes were set on the Fea till he walked out of sight, still curious of him he decided it was best to just let it rest for the time. He pulled out his dagger and smiled, 'lay the Fea's body to rest.' and then brought the tip of his dagger to his finger nails and lazily began to clean them. Amusing as the thought to kill something that crept up on him, would be pointless if he didn't get paid for it. He then brought the dagger along the side of his face as he looked up to the skies his tail in an idol swish. 'Now what would be a good time to make myself known?' he thought silently to himself, and lowered his eyes slowly to check his surroundings again.

Risen was standing under the tree looking up at the reborn. "Your energy is better spent finding a different target." His multihued hair didn't block his purple eyes staring at Toft.
-------------------------------------
Elsewhere in the forest, Valerie and her brother were still trying to find a dragon knight to help the little younglings get home. It was difficult though because their change was coming soon. "Can you tell us about your home? Maybe we have passed through that area in the past." Vincent suggested as they walked. Yoshi still didn't trust the human all that much but he wanted to get home more. "There were mountains in the distance."
-------------------------------------
"There is blood to the east." Falinor reported to his bound as they walked through the trees carefully. Uritai was scouting again with Fal and with war happening blood in the air was a given. However if the blood was of an friend she needed to to aid them. If it was the blood of the foe, she wanted to find who cause the wound and maybe gain their aid. "Lets go see what is happening." The fae said turning her mount towards the area that dragons had fallen from the sky. (heading towards RJ and the vamps basically)
