I'm gonna have to say Norway, although I'd love to go to either.
Have the ability to understand every language but be mute or the ability to read and write every language but be deaf?

I'd say be mute.
Be able to learn five languages fluently in two years or create a language and have it become a major language in several countries?

Hard to say. Music, I guess. There are some very good Czech books, but our music mostly sucks...
