Jay looked up but was too tired to move to try to stop her best friend. Seeing how Lisa opend the door and Mindy went after the pizza and missed, instead ending up tackling Dan she winced, knowing her friend was going to end up yet again hurtting herself. But even still the sight was something that had her laughing on the bed, she was in no way going to get in the middle of everything and end up adding more to the pile of pain her friend would soon be feeling.

Lisa set down her pizza box and the drink and rushed over to help Dan up. First though he had to get Mindy off of him. Grabbing her arm she pulled her sharply to her feet.
"Owww!" Mindy moaned as she was roughly pulled off the guy she had fallen on top of.
Lisa rushed to Dan's side and leaned over him, offering him a hand to help him up. "I'm so sorry." She whispered. "I should have warned you about her... Dan, meet Mindy, Mindy, Dan. Mindy is Jay's best friend." She said in a lowered tone.
"Hey there Dan." Mindy said offering him a hand to help him up also, even though she was obviously still wincing with pain. It had been a hard hit. She straightened her glasses on her nose and looked at him apologetically.

Dan took both Lisa and Mindy's hands as he got off the ground. "It is nice to meet you Mindy. I was certainly surprised by your overly energetic greeting. You are not always this energetic are you." Dan asked with a chuckle. He was taking mental notes about how he might have been injured. After realizing he was not seriously hurt he turned to Lisa. "It is okay Lisa. I don't know if I would have really believed someone would come flying at us this way anyway."

Jaywas still sittin on the bed and when she saw no one was hurt she laughed a bit loudly and said to dan, "Kiddo, when you;re old and hungry you'll be surprised at what people our age do when food is delivered." She slwoyl calmed down but stayed put asking everyoine, "So is everyone ok" with a look at her friend and sister she added, "And can we get that pizza opened im starved and starting to feel a bit sick."

Lisa hugged his arm tightly for a moment before she reluctantly broke away to bring her sister the drink and the pizza. She hurried the box over to her, and the drink too, praying that her sister would not notice just how wet she was, and the consequences of her being so wet. She was possibly even more embarrassed now that she stood before her sister. "Here you go." Lisa said softly as she set the wet box down before her sister and she handed her the cup.
"It's nice to meet you too Dan." Mindy said looking from Lisa to Jay as if asking, 'Is this the guy she's with?' She turned back to Dan and began to brush him off with her hands. "I'm so sorry, I thought I'd be able to stop before I hit someone." She said with a nervous laugh. "So are you Lisa's...." She began to move her hand in a circular fashion, as if inviting him to fill in what she had left off on.

"Boyfriend is the closest word I think for what you are looking for. After all we do care for each other and enjoy each others company," Dan said as he blushed before declaring himself alright to Jay. "Alas for now before we can do anything else I need to head back to my room to change my clothes and give Lisa chance to get dryer clothes too. I'll be back in 10 to 15 everyone!"

Jay gave her sister a big grin and said, "Oh thank you very much there sis." Taking the cup she took several big gulps from it after taking off teh lid. "Oh damn is that to die for, soda! I havent had a soda in 2 weeks!" Opening the pizza she gave a, "WOOT! this is awsome sis, want a piece?" She looked over at Mindy and Dan and heard what mindy asked him and munched on a slice of pizza and listend curious at their conversation. Looking at her sister she held out a slice of pizza while still eating her slice and said between bites, "I'm probally only going to eat 3 maybe four pieces at the most there's pleanty here, and you can pick the peppers off and ill throw them on the rest of the pizza." SHe was only able to nod her head at dan ash she ate another bite of pizza.

Lisa held her hands up before her, nothing that she didn't want to have a piece of the pizza. She smiled at Dan and listened to his words of what they were. He was her boyfriend. The word was so sugary sweet to her ears. She smiled and blushed over joyed. Lisa nodded as Dan turned his attention to her. "Yes, dry clothes would be nice." She said folding her arms over her chest in hopes of concealing her modesty.
Mindy however jumped at the thought of a pizza dinner. She rushed over to her best friend's bed and sat down on the other side of the fluffy cushion to help herself to a piece or a few of the pizza. She sighed a long, "Mmmmm." And continued to munch.
Lisa meanwhile waved to Dan. She blinked a few times and discretely moved her lips in such a way that it was like a silent kiss to see him off with. "See ya then." She said and slowly began to make her way to her luggage case that sat on a chair in the corner of the room.

Dan was glad he could escape to his room without to much pain. He cursed his own hormones for almost making him look like a pervert to Lisa when he saw her bra through her shirt. He wanted to be as pure as she was in his mind. He didn't have time to worry though because he had a limited time to get ready and he entered the bathroom taking off his shirt letting it fall to the ground with a loud slap. Reaching for a towel he dabbed the water from his body at first then rubbed it wildly through his hair.

Lisa, once Dan was gone, began to sort calmly though her clothing. She found a new set of underwear and her pajamas. She gathered them into her arms and closed her luggage bag, zipping the bag shut with a quick zip. Then she turned without a word to the other two who were stuffing their faces with the strange and slightly soggy pizza. She hummed a soft song to herself as she stepped into the bathroom and closed the door. Once inside she closed the toilet lid and lay her dry clothes across it. She closed the door and locked it to ensure her privacy. She then began the process of drying off.

Jay just about swalled three peices of the pizza before she gul[ped more of the soda. She listened to everything that was said and then laughed at her friend who was also munching on teh pizza. "told you." she said to her. She shook her head and slowly munched on her fourth piece of the pie and said betweeen bites, "She was too far attached to not make accomidations for the situation with Dan, and that the pizza was goin to be good." Eating the crust of the pizza now and finishing off the soda she scowled at the box the pizza was in and mumbled under her breath, "That wasn't what i wanted."

After grabbing some dry clothes and making himself presentable Dan looked at himself in the mirror. He wiped the water left on his glasses off and put them on. He was grateful that the collision from earlier was not rough enough to damage the frame nor the frames. It really helped him if he wanted to be able to recognize things over ten or so feet away.
"Okay Dan...You have a great opportunity ahead of you and the chance of it repeating in the future must be astronomical. So don't screw this up and you might be lucky enough to live happily ever after." Dan said looking into the eyes of his mirror image. Everything seemed to be to good to be true and he knew she cared about him as much as he cared for her. That didn't help him from feeling nervous about trying to be the best he can before Lisa's family.
"Time's up so it is time to face the music and get used to my new life." Dan said as he turned away from the mirror and left his room swiftly to find himself before Lisa's room. He suddenly wondered if anyone else showed up snd he chuckled at how fast her room filled up from earlier. He raised his hand up and brought his knuckles down upon the door. Dan was ready to find out what other surprises awaited him.

"Jay, I hate to say it." Mindy said as she finished her third piece, "But this isn't really all that bad. It's strange, but it could have been worse." She said with a laugh. She lay back on Jay's bed, with her belly all puffed out. "I was so hungry." She said in a whiny tone. "Thanks for the pizza Jay." Mindy looked over at her friend though her large glasses frames. "Don't cry over a soggy box my dear." She said in a sing song voice.
Mindy's voice trailed off thoughtfully. "Yes, she does seem quite twitter-pated." Mindy said looking off in the direction that the two had disappeared to. "So you're saying that she made a bad choice using your pizza to cover up her modesty? Or at least I'm assuming that's what happened. It's really pouring out there. I think it's good of her to take responsibility, and try to hide a girl's curse away from him." She said, wondering if that is what Jay was talking about. "Oh look Jay." Mindy laughed, "No tomatoes, you really did tick her off back there then."
Lisa hummed softly to herself as the dry towel passed over her. She gathered all of her dirty clothes over in the corner of the room until she was done and all dry in her clothes.
A few minutes later she had her wet clothes hanging on hangers over the shower so that they could drip dry over night. Hopefully that would not leave them too dirty by the morning. She thought over this short time about Dan, big surprise, and over their getting the Pizza, and their meeting. She thought about what costume to wear the next day. One of the characters she wanted to cosplay as was one he liked very much, maybe she would leave that for the last day. There was another costume she was very eager to wear, maybe she would do that one tomorrow then.
She now stood before the mirror with a hair dryer and a towel in hand. She dabbed the moisture from her hair and blew the warm air against it. Before her eyes it began to puff slightly and curl. She cursed the wet air, it made her hair that much frizzier and curlier. Once she was done, and only some of her hair hung loosely and wetly from her head, she confronted herself in the mirror. She was dressed in her pajamas. The top was a loose fitting, baby blue color with a picture centered in the front of the shirt. There a little dog stood on the earth. He reached over the earth's side to help his little kitty friend. The words beneath the image read, "Saving the world, one kitty at a time." She bottoms loosely matched, mostly due to the color between the spaces, it was somewhat similar to the color of her shirt. Dark whirls of blue filled the rest of the space, and randomly placed over those were images of ancient moons and yellowed stars. She loved the pants, they were soft, and made out of a material called micro fleece. Lisa ran her fingers though her hair, and fluffed it, only challanging the curls that wished to take place.
Her heart raced at the gentle rapping on the door. Happily she skipped over to the door and opened it. Dan was just outside. She smiled pleasantly at him. "Hey there Dan, do you feel better now?" She asked kindly and stepped back to let him though the door. "I think they're about done with the pizza." She announced and looked back into the room. It appeared they were finishing up anyway.

Dan was greeted by a Lisa unlike the one he saw earlier. He smiled at the sight of her cute pajamas and figured they must feel nice. "Yes indeed. Not only am I drier but I am able to see you once more before the night is through. How can I not feel good with that kind of good luck." Dan said reaching out and touching her hand. His fingers brushed against the sleeve of her pajamas as he did this realizing just how soft they really were.
"So how is everyone settling in? I noticed their arrival was a surprise but are you doing okay Lisa?" Dan asked her as he looked over toward the others conversing about something. He might have been suspicious but if he were them he figured the talk was about the two of them. Dan knew well the dangers people his age put themselves in to satiate curiosity and knew better then to give in to such temptations.

Lisa smiled at him. She was new to this game, and even words as sweet and simple as the ones he spoke made her blush. She stepped forward and wrapped her arms around him. "You are dry, and just as hugable as ever." She informed him. She looked up at him. "And Lord be blessed I get to see you again." She said in a softer voice so that her talking sister, and sister's friend, would not hear her speak.
"Everyone is doing fine." She said, "Well, as fine as I could have expected. They're friends after all, good friends." Lisa looked up at Dan in somewhat surprise. Her surprise slipped into a smile. I'm doing fine." She said softly. "I hope that they're sharing a bed though. But other than that I'm perfectly fine. How are you?" She asked, and lay her head against him. Realizing they were still standing in the open door way she pulled him back, away from the door, by her hug. Once they were far enough in, and the door had closed. "We'll still have fun this weekend, even if they're tagging around." Lisa told Dan. "We'll make it fun, right?" She asked looking up at him once again. "It will be my first con being with someone." She said softly, with her cheek pressed against his chest. "Let's make it the time of our lives, okay." She said as a promise to Dan. Nothing would ruin their fun.
