As much as I’m going to cry about the fact that there isn’t a Waterfall village… here’s my profile. I’m probably going to get it wrong the first time. In fact, I will die of shock if I get it right. So be gentle! >_<:

Nindo: “The only people that can make me die are me, myself, and I. And I will not die, until the world is better. You can not make me, and you can not break me.”
Personality: A little on the weird side. Shy, but straight forward and blunt. Very smart.
Behavior: She’s anti-social, but only because she’s shy. When she gets to know you, she’s friendly and loyal.
Biography: (Back Story) Not much to tell. She grew up without very many friends. She studied a lot, to take her mind off of her friendless state. Because she was friendless, all the other kids thought she was stuck up, so they picked on her, causing her to withdraw into herself some more. When she was younger, they the kids banned together, and pushed her into a lake, but not knowing she couldn't swim, she drowned; but was saved by a mysterious shinobi, which caused her to want to become a ninja, herself. She isn’t a prodigy, but she has worked hard to become who she is today, in order to, hopefully meet the person that saved her life all those years ago.

"Concentrate man!... this is no time for oogling.
...that change is fine so long as you realize you will only have so much training in the use of the hooks. You could use them as well as anyone could use a Katana, or Katana/Wakizashi ...until you put jutsu points into a taijutsu/weaponstyle.

Lady:
1. Your primary element is actually spelled 'Doton'
2. In conjunction with the above, your elemental Vulnerability has to be contrary to your primary element, so in this case, you would have "Elemental Vulnerability : Raiton"... which makes lightning jutsu affect you more heavily and defeat you more easily then others.
...what is cool about your character however is that your primary element 'Earth' is actually strong against Water, (which is weird, I know...), but you have a traumatized mental handicap to that element. This in my opinion would be a mental handicap only...not a physical one such as with Raiton affecting you more heavily, but you can play that however you like in keeping with your character's back story. (It may be mental only, but that can be a crippling thing to someone)
3. I'm not sure why "Bunshin no Jutsu" is listed under Genjutsu, but it shouldn't be there.
4. As to your Taijutsu question... you can perform flying Dragon Kicks at your opponents and scream "DYNAMIC ENTRY!" all you want... you don't need a taijutsu style for that. HOWEVER, if you want to actually learn the Taijutsu style that accompanies that kick (and have the kick's actual damage and effect count for something), you'll have to invest points you would normally use to learn Genjutsu into using that style.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask. (Don't be scared, as much of a Profile nazi as I am, I'm not the violent or angry kind... just the meticulous kind.)

I made a few manual changes.
I moved your element down to make it match the format, and clarified the note for your second element. You only gain access to Katon when you become Chuunin, and at which point, you still only have access to Genin level Katon abilities, unless you receive special training.
I also added Assassin qualities into your Shinobi Skills sections with descriptions for greater clarity.
