I'll bump it back down to 220lbs. It is probably a lightweight yet very sturdy metal that makes up their bodies, otherwise they wouldn't be such good taijutsu users.

Yes Scrapples. You are all set.
...once the Puppet Class is up, you will need to apply certain aspects to your profile, but for now you are good.
Remember, as a Genin you can control 2 puppets...as a Chuunin, 4 puppets and all puppets need to be approved in the Custom thread, or taken from the puppets already created and approved for your level.

Hey Kira, nice job here, only a couple of things however:
1. Your strengths and weaknesses should reflect the options available to your class (which can be taken from the lists supplied in the Ninjutsu Ninja Class post.) Only those choices can be used, unless of course it asks for a custom weakness (which is does) in which case you can enter in what you have as "does not work well in teams"
2. Also, a picture of your character would be nice to have as well.

Ninjutsu class users aren't allowed to use Custom Weapons. If you want to use a custom weapon, you would have to change class.
