So, I have a serious problem.
I want to use the 8 gates with my Taijutsu character.
The problem is the 8 Gates is limited to the Konohagakure only.
Why is this? It was never mentioned in the series
I think it should be marked as universal, so that all Taijutsu focused characters can use it. From what I understand, it's been brought up before.

Its like saying Yamanaka jutsu or Nara jutsu should be universal because anyone can learn them. The gates are jutsu popular and thats why everyone wants it universal. I feel they are vastly overrated though.

No,,,clan jutsu or Hiden Jutsu, are just jutsu whos secrets are closely guarded by the clan people so no one else may learn it. It not that no one else can learn it, it just they guard it so no one may learn it. The exception is Clan jutsu that use a bloodline, like Haku's uses ice which is a bloodline.

Bottom Line: It wont be changed, so DONT start another back and forth war. 8 Gates stays in Konoha, that is final.

Well, I find Konaha over rated, just like Suna. All because some random assholes come from those areas and have some immaculate powers that everyone in that area has.
Really, it's a pull factor. Really, it a turnoff. I already don't like Konaha. The fact they strictly have the 8 gates makes my dislike worse. Honestly, if so many people say something about a topic, it should tell you something. But fine. I'll leave the topic be. Won't bring it up any further.

Suck it up. If you don't want to live in Konoha you don't get the 8 gates. They are more overrated than Konoha anyways. Choose a style that belongs to your village or make one yourself.
