Could you guys explain the chakra system better to people?
The way i was told and see it... is 3/10 for medium chakra... that means your total chakra multiplied by 30% which is 3/10 then add that to your total. The math is correct if i use it against the example you have in there but people seem to not get it.
So far JUST TODAY:
Iv seen people say 3/10 adds 13 chakra points to your chakra. Had to tell them that wouldn't make since due to high level chakra being 5/10 and if you did it that way high level people would only have 2 more chakra then medium level people.
Iv seen people add 3 for every 10 chakra they have
and so on >.< i think it would be better if you explain it better.
That is all >.> lol

Question: I've been accepted as the head of a bloodline, but I'm still a lowly academy student/soon-to-be Genin. Does that mean I have a HIGH chakra, or a MEDIUM chakra?

You are not head and will not become head until chunin. If someone with your bloodline becomes a chunin before you they get to be head. You have medium chakra level untill you become head. in which u wont become till chunin rank.
If we became head at that low of rank >.> id be the head of mokuton right now >.>

Question: The Jounin of Konoha hasn't posted in over a month. Who do I learn jutsu from otherwise?

>.< ok, my elemental nin effect is it takes 3 less posts to learn a jutsu, and for academy student level jutsu it only takes three posts, So I'm able to comprehend a Raiton scroll of Academy level just by looking at it? and I know I'm supposed to have one post for teaching myself, so should I have a post of them having trouble, then using it effortlessly?

My understanding is when i first joined the guild academy level jutsus are not effected by bonuses. But as time went on that seemed to not be the case due to seeing many people just 1 post learn them. For what i can guess is that... its zero posts but youv gotta have a post learning it cause u cant auto learn. Then because of it being out of a scroll thats +1 posts.. so it would be back to 2 posts which means that academy level jutsus are not effected by bonuses... so actually i have no idea... it also seems we have tons of people who learn their jutsus without the required amount of posts... and some who type just small posts for learning them i dont even think they count. But hey i know nothing so.. sry

hold on wait, you said learning out of a scroll puts you at 1+post, is that considered self teaching?

I would prefer if genin and lower did not learn from scrolls, instead pm a crew member from your village to act as an NPC teacher, assuming of course there is no one in your village capable of teaching you what you need to learn

Question: Say I'm a Genin, do I need someone to teach me academy and Genin-rank jutsu, or can I just get a scroll?

The someone should tell the guys in the Suna academy. They're learning jutsu like crazy, and all by themselves.
