Terrion watched the boy walk away. As she turned back to rejoin the others, she ran smack-dab into Elia, his face stern.

"Don't you ever do that again! You scared me."

"I scared myself." She shot back teasingly. She just couldn't be mean to someone who was for her well being. Elia smiled slightly and tugged on her arm.

"C'mon, let's get back to the crew."

Zoe looked around, not knowing whats going on. "Still wanna stay here?" Ben whispered in her ear, so low she could barley hear. "O-Of course I do." She stuttered, looking between the boy and Rogue. "Whos he?" She asked, her gaze hostile.

Rogue shook her head. "No, we won't." She turned. "What do you know of my sister??" Kaien stopped her with his icy words. "Why would you want to know?" She retorted and his eyes narrowed. "You-!"
Dark shadows clashed with clear blue ice and a wave of powers exploded around them. Nova chucked a fireball at Kaien, but a metal shield blocked it and three other guys appeared next to Kaien protectively. "These people bothering you, Kay?" The one with hazel brown hair and a broadsword asked lazily. "Want us to chase 'em away for you?" The one with long black hair pulled out his katana. The one with dark blue hair retracted the metal shield with a flick of his wrist. "Nightshade...." He murmured and clenched his fist, a coat of metal covering his arm.

Rogue threw out her hand. "No." She said only one word, giving her friends a glance out of the corner of her eye. "We don't want to cause any commotion here. There are humans living here too." Kaien glanced at his own friends. "Ringo, Nihc, Shinji, we don't want a fight. Stand down." The three others lowered their weapons with wary glances.

Shinji, the dark blue haired one, scooped up the picture, studying it. "Hey..." He waved it at Zoe. "You dropped this....."

Kaien and Rogue were in a staring contest, neither giving in, but neither of them winning. Nihc sent Nova a warning glare and Nova returned it, only with more open hostility. Ringo was probably the only one who had hooked his fingers behind his head, his sword in the sheath behind his back, a lazy smile on his face, but his eyes alert and wary. "What's with the stand off, mate? I thought we weren't here for a fight. Let's just go find out about whatever you were here to find and let's go back." He said, a light tone, but with an edge beneath it. "She knows...." Kaien muttered. "She knows about them....." Rogue's eyes flashed. "I won't be telling you anytime soon, that's for sure. Ya little p***k."

"Where is she? Where is my sister? What do you know of her whereabouts?"

"I'm not sure she'd be that pleased to see you in the condition you're in. Maybe a couple years into Manners School and she might be willing."

Kaien and Rogue wouldn't back down, but neither made a move to attack.

Zoe cocked her head to side at Eve's chuckle. How can you chuckle at a time like this?! she thought, shifting to a small fox, and curled up on the roof. "I'm tired, and this is getting boring." She said, and curled up, never taking her eyes off the men. Ben smiled, and sat under her against the wall off the house. He looked the men over, looking for weak, or unprotected spots, just in case, of course, he added mentally, and smirked at himself.

Zoe rolled her eyes and smiled when Terr waved and smiled. She turned her Icy gaze back to the men, hoping they knew she didn't like them. Ben looked around, a little bored, but weary.
