Blaze: Blade smiled in approval, the boy clearly listened, though the form was still just a little sloppy. "Too much wasted movement boy," he stated as he took a step to the left, the blade grazing the cloth over his right shoulder. As Blade took his step, he brought his left hand, holding the sword, around, swinging horyzontally to slash at Blaze's neck.
Lance: As Kane brought his sword upwards at him, Blade merely hopped back, dodging the strike. "Jumping above you is not the only way I can dodge kid, remember that, never think that I will do the same thing twice, for that would be foolish. You must attack relentlessly," Blade stated as his body flickered, appearing to the left of kane. Blade swung his sword downwards, attempting slice Kane right down the middle.

(you don't really address how you dodge the attack aimed for your gut, i wasn't stopping the attack mid swing like the first time. If you just hop back my attack would still hit you, unless it was just really far away. But if you hopped back far enough to dodge the attack aimed at your gut you would have no real reason to dodge the second attack, since it could only be as close to your character as the first strike would have been. If that wasn't clear enough then just let me know and ill try to explain better in the future. And if your wondering, no, I didn't really expect this to hurt Blade, i just hoped it would force Blade back a little)
Kane rolled toward Blade's right side, and swung his left leg around in a sweeping motion toward the back of Blade's legs while rising up on his right leg, attempting to sweep Blade's legs out from under him. He took his katana in his left hand and swung it down toward Blade's own sword, in order to keep Blade from lifting it back up too quickly. With his free hand Kane pulled a kunai out of his holster and held it poised above his head so that he could put as much force and momentum behind his strike as he possibly could. I wonder if cold steel can pierce that icy heart, he thought to himself, just before he brought down his kunai , aiming at Blade's heart.

As night turned to morning, the still in pain Luo awoke just before the sun rose as usual. His water clone still tending to him, fed him some pain pills, as well as food from a fridge in the corner. Meditating as usual, Luo stood finally. The pain was dulled as he was at the highest dosage of pain killers. His whole body didn't throb now so much as pulse with pain he knew was there under all the medication. Refusing to allow the medicine to hinder his training, Luo limbered up jumping up and down. What he found however, was that his normal jump height had gone higher a bit. He also felt ligaments in his heels to be springy, as if coiled. As he practiced his kicks and punches, he found them to be faster than usual, and even for him that was an oddity. He then spent the next four hours working through each stage and ability of the mist sword style, spending the last hour on the seventh stage. As he coursed through the pain and speed, he noticed his capabilities at maintaining the speed of that stage had increased to that full hour, as opposed to the first half hour of swordplay followed by movement practice. He was not tired, nor did his muscles ache....anymore than they did already anyway. As he stopped moving out of boredom if anything else, he received a second dose of medication. Taking a shower, he wondered to himself what had happened. Something literally evolutionary must have happened to increase his capabilities to that degree. But he had to wait for the process to finally stop before he could figure it out as the pain was still present behind the mask of pain killers.

As Blade went for the horyzontally slash at his neck, Blaze would put back with his right foot to move away from Blade attack. Blaze would do a little back flip to catch his balances looking at blade. He graded his sword in a tight rip ready to attack at Blade again. "I have a question can we use a jutsu to help us attack you?"

"No," LT sighed as he got up from the ground. "No, you cant used jutsu while training for the sword style, it would defeat the entire purpose of the training if you used jutsu. Its called sword training for a reason." LT replied as he walked over to the lady at the desk. He showed her his ANBU badge he carried with them and he whispered something in her ear. She nodded her head slowly unsure if she was allowed to or not but she did. LT then walked over to the elevator and pressed the kage button. The doors slide closed and after a few moments the doors slide open to revealed Luo's Clone. "So where is the big man at?" LT asked?

As the clone stared at LT, it sighed, pointing a finger behind him towards a closed door with a shower running that stopped. However, when the shower stopped after a few moments, a blood curdling scream could be heard. Another step in muscle growth was occurring, and the pain superseded the medication in his system. Then a loud noise could be heard as the whole room seemed to shake for a moment. He had dressed himself yes, but the noise itself was frustration as Luo had punched through the tile in the shower, denting sheets of metal behind it to hold in pipes and electrical wire. Staring at LT still as he lowered his finger, the clone shook his head. "Something's happening to his muscle system. He's on three times more pain killers than suggested for someone of his weight, height, and age but the process is still painful. I thought he'd put himself through torture before with his training, but this is just difficult to bear. I've never seen the man in this much pa--" As the clone attempted to finish his sentence, the metallic door to the shower room flew off of its hinges, hitting the wall thirty feet behind it as it clanged to the ground, a single fist-shaped dent in the middle sticking up as if it were rising from the ground. As his hair drooped into Luo's face because it was wet, he stood at the entrance to the door, right fist still outstretched, head lowered. Racing to his aid, the clone ran over and injected him with a pain killer directly so it would work faster. Luo shook his head slowly to the clone as it muttered almost questioningly as it gave him another dose, "Still?" Five shots were given before Luo put up a hand to motion for the clone to stop. Luo didn't want enough pain medication to knock him out since he was in training, but he wanted enough so that he could work through the pain. As the pain subsided to a familiar dull pulse throughout his body, he noticed LT's boots and instantly turned around, embarrassed at his frustration in front of one of the few men he respected. He muttered as if nothing had just happened, "You're still wearing your ANBU gear. At least your clone is anyway. I'm assuming you're sticking around until I find a new ANBU captain." Luo had taken off the kage clothing and thrown them in the basket in the wash room and remained in the clothes he was used to wearing. If anyone could help him, it was Zane. But he was off somewhere playing peddler.

Suddenly the temperature in the room grew colder as a spray of Mist entered the training facility. Materializing next to him was Drake the medicine peddler as he saw Luo in a battered state. Sighing he looked at him and placed one hand on his shoulder. "Diagnosis," Drake stated as he inspected Luo's entire body. "You're an idiot you know that...how the hell could you have placed so many painkillers in your body...you think it's helping you but it's not, another dosage and you could go comatose from an overdose..." Drake stated with the same childlike smile. "So I see you've noticed it too...thankfully I can supress the pain from the muscle growth by either pumping adrenaline or just cutting off some of the receptors, but you...what were you thinnking doing this alone?"

If anyone else but the people in that room had spoken to Luo that way, his sword would have been drawn. But it was a statement that for once Luo found to be true. "You really should put warning labels on all the crap you leave in here," he muttered through clenched teeth. "I don't think this cold temperature is helping any, so you can stop flexing your muscles and put the temperature back to normal." Luo was in a foul mood, and had been in this mood since he left the office. The pain had started literally the morning before, and only increased until it was unbearable. He then sighed staring at Drake. "I'm not a med-nin, so I don't know what I was thinking. So far working through the pain was working out for me. Plus I wasn't going to go looking for you, god knows you can't stay in one place long enough for me to find you. I probably would have died before I found you. And how long are you going to run around with that stupid thing on your face?" Luo was referring to the facial reconstruction that Zane had undergone. It was bothersome enough for Luo to be in this state, but not even seeing the real face of the man helping him was just annoying.

"You didn't need to look for me," Drake stated simply as the temperature remained the same. "And as for the cold temperature, it'll help ice your muscles down, reducing some of the pain..." Drake pointed out. "Now I have a bug on me, had one the entire time. You could have just had Blade use that bug to bring me here...and sadly I can't remove my face, I'm just a clone. The real me is in Oto, while I was in Cloud. I did find out some information though...about Akatsuki while I was there," Drake grinned as his hand shone brightly with white chakra. "Chiyute...Major," Drake stated as his white chakra enveloped Luo, reducing some of the pain he was feeling greatly. "Now, what is it exactly that you're trying to do?" Drake asked him curiously.

Luo sighed muttering, "Of course." He then looked at Drake as he sat on the ground. "I sent the Akatsuki to Kumogakure for a mission of mine." Luo then whispered in his ear what it was before pulling back and sighing. "But I am interested in what you found out nonetheless." He then looked at his legs for a moment, and his arms as well. "I was training myself to see if what was happening was natural, or some internal pain. Through x-rays and training, I've found new muscle growing. It's quite an oddity. I've been trying to figure this out, but apart from an increase in stamina, nothing has come about."

"Heh...I see," Drake grinned as his diagnosis was complete. "Well, according to my diagnosis, there's new ligaments forming within your body Luo. Mine too...it would seem," Drake stated as he continued to ponder this. "It would seem that we have torn our muscles so many times that our bodies are finally compensating...by adapting to the seventh stage of the swordstyle. It would seem that our body is now becoming more resilient, stronger. If I were to guess...we may be able to go beyond the seventh stage of the swordstyle, even move for a longer period of time using that kind of speed," Drake said, giving the more scientific, medical analysis.

Luo nodded slowly. "I've already found that to be true. I moved at the seventh stage for an hour straight and stopped because I was bored. From the x-rays, the ligaments look like they coil when not in use for optimal energy storage, and uncoil at the release of that speed. But why are you not writhing in pain if the same thing is happening to you? I find it quite odd that I'm in here for eight hours in pain, and your running around to different countries without so much as a grimace. That, and you still haven't told me the information you gathered on the Akatsuki."

"Cody Hyuuga, saw him for the first time. I heard about him before, his byakugan is quite profficient. Then there's another one, an Uchiha...not like anyone I've ever met before. That one definitly worries me. His power...it's not like any other Uchiha I've ever seen before. Definitly a force to worry about. It seems like the Hokage is mobilizing Akatsuki as well,, for they were there on a rescue mission to bring back two leaf chuunins. And the reason why I'm not writhing in pain is because like I said, I can supress pain via medical means," Drake pointed out. "You really should have paid more attention during the medical classes back at the academy," he chuckled.

Luo sighed staring at the ground. "You forget I didn't take those classes past field medicine. It was you who excelled in that. And yeah, the Hokage sent them on the same mission I sent Blade on. It seems Matsuya and his team of leaf shinobi found themselves incarcerated there, Hirose's doing of course. And what do you mean that the Uchiha's power is different from the others?"

"No, it was a diffrent team apart from Matsuya's," Drake pointed out as he began to use his Massage jutsu on Luo's muscles trying to relax them. "There was also another Sound shinobi there...there's a lot going on out there Luo, and it's hard for even me to keep up with everything. And when I mean by different, they're more advanced. He has definitly evolved his sharingan, something that the two of us need to do after we finish with this whole muscle bit," Drake explained.
