"Well, as you can see, Comrade, we have other business to attend to."

Before the robot could even engage Chris, its arms were stopped by the Commissar's Lightning Claws; he was gripping them and trying to pull off the suites arms. The Commissar couldn't let Chris fight something like this unless she had range to use her weapon and letting her die would be a waste of potential information and the Commissar was growing attached on how useful Chris had been in retrieving Deadpool. The Commissar was evil as Tec, but as the Commissar he had been exposed to many human emotions which were effecting how logically he thought when involving allies. The fools in the Eastern Bloc he cared less about since they barely had their own trail of thought; they just wanted to obey their leader with no questions. Chris was different since she wasn't brain washed and something about having someone listen to you without brain washing them made the Commissar feel better, knowing he wasn't an incompetent leader that relied of technology to have minions. Therefore, the Commissar was defending Chris against the robotic Batman suit.

"Take Deadpool and leave, I will stall these heroes and this thing for as long as a can...Press the yellow button on your suit first...It will sound proof your suit so the Kryptonian can't track you...with his hearing."

The Commissar had strength as a robot, but this robotic Batman had more; he wasn't going to last long unless he removed his grip, but that would leave Deadpool and Chris in harm’s way of an attack and he couldn't risk either of them being damaged.

"Hel-"

Mega Man tried to say hello to Spiderman, but he kept talking; he usually did anyway. Doing his best to keep listening to what Spiderman was saying about the robot that had just entered. Mega Man was about to fire smoke bombs at them, but then both he realized it could give them a chance to escape and Spiderman had already pre-tasked what Mega Man was going to be doing next: following that ugly thing.

"Fine..."

Mega Man groaned, reforming his right hand into the Mega Buster as he went to regroup with Spiderman; he really wanted to fight the robot guy since Mega Man specialized in fighting other robots and it seemed kind of a waste to make him go alien hunting.

"Where did he go, Spiderman?"

Mega Man stood in the middle of a large area of the cave, trying to find with his robotic vision where the ugly creature went and in fact did find him, but he was leaving through the large monster like hole in the Batcave.

"Through there!"

Mega Man started to fire at the creature, but even with his enhanced vision, trying to shoot something with a stealth field on was too hard for Mega Man, so he shots never landed on the target. Instead, only single shot came forth from the target as it became visible for a moment and fired a large burst of Plasma. Mega Man dodged it easily, but then he felt a sharp pain in his back as the shot somehow turned around and hit him. Mega Man's armor was use to energy blasts and it only left his armor singed and a little shaken; nothing some good tools couldn't repair in a few minutes if this primitive universe had any 20XX grade tools lying around. As Mega Man cringed at the pain received in his receptors, he could see the shape of the creature leaving through the hole.

"Uh...He's leaving...Get him."

Chris froze. She never really liked Superman that much because he'd never seemed really tough and brooding to her like Batman or Wolverine. But her respect for the DC hero increased just by that threat. She grinned, "Wouldn't it just piss you off to no end if I told you that we worked for Lex or something?" She mocked, hoo boy, I'm going to get myself killed... She thought to herself. But she had the upper hand, she'd read all of their comics and knew almost everything about them. Still the suit was new to her and if she was going to be fighting these chumps then she'd have to practice. It'd be best just to listen to Comm, get Deadpool and get out of there. "Don't worry. I don't work for him, don't know about this guy though." She tilted her head towards Commissar grinning, he could handle himself if worse came to worse. She knelt down to scoop Deadpool up. He was pretty heavy.

"No worries, my goals aren't as evil as Luthor's, Comrade."

The Commissar half heartedly joked to Chris as he tried his best to keep the machine he was fighting from beating the strength of his suit and the Lightning Claws. There was something odd about this sudden surge in security suddenly, as if the home owner had come back. The Commissar guessed Bruce was the one running the suit or at least activating it to fight off the intruders. The Commissar wouldn't stand for all he worked for to go to waste by an upstart billionaire who liked to run around in a bat costume, the Commissar did have to admire all the tech he had here in his cave. If Chris wasn't in danger, he would summon his Comrad's to loot as much as they could carry.

"From one tin can to another, Comrade, is there a brain in there too?"

((Enter the Phantasm.))

From the teleporter, came a smoke that seemed to be specifically following someone to hide them in a cloud as if moved its way through the Batcave at a fast speed; not super speed, but fast for humanly possible and maybe even faster. The smoke was leapt concentrated as to not alert the people in the cave of his presence, keeping not to the shadows, but rather as many places at once in a short time. The smoke would be at one side of the cave, but then disappear and reappear on the other side in less than half a minute. The person controlling the smoke was doing well in moving and keeping his presence a confusing one. This was a tactic devised by the original Phantasm, but added with this one's improved speed. It was if this Phantasm had an extra kick to his abilities then the original and he lacked the cape his predecessor had; he viewed capes as liabilities.

The suit wasn't giving up, either. It was trying to keep him from using the lightning claws, and its strength seemed to be up to par with his. The glowing blue panel on it's chest seemed to be getting brighter.

Quite suddenly, one of the machines used for moving things around the cave used its enormous pincers to grab Chris around the waist, lifting both her and Deadpool into the air. Batman, if he had shown up, was nowhere to be seen.

Chris gasped in surprise as she was suddenly lifted from the ground. Well this is just wonderful. She thought in disgust struggling and looking around the cave. There had to be a control panel or something somewhere... She looked down at her armor for something that could help. Idiot, Batman only has psychological weaknesses. Her concience reminded her. Drat. There went her only plan. Still in comic books machines always had ways of disengaging themselves. There was always flaws of some sort or something. But then again it was Batman. She stopped struggling and sighed, she was so toast.

((Ahh! Dang we posted around the same time lol, I edited.))

"Damn it...I have no time for this nonsense..."

The Commissar needed Deadpool to revive himself, but Deadpool was always going to be around and there were still Wolverine and Sabertooth as candidates for the experiment, but Chris was being treated as one of the bad guys and the Commissar wasn't going to let Batman interrogate her with his whole 'instill fear into the hearts of his enemies routine', Chris was just helping a friend and even the Commissar couldn't stand for such annoyances such as Batman. The Commissar had his fair share of gadgets to use, some more dastardly then Batman's, such as the little claws used with blades against Spiderman back at the Daily Bugle. From the Commissar’s back and protruding out of his cloak was a single mechanical hand and has Spiderman said at that battle, he had got this idea from the good Doctor. This claw had all five digits like a mechanical hand, and slowly crawled up the Commissar's right arm, and onto the Batman machine. The hand started to claw at the left arm of the Bat Robot, doing little damage, but if this stalemate continued, it could turn into real damage. Despite this though, the Commissar felt Chris didn't need to be part of this; she was just a human lost from her own world.

"Leave Chris alone...I'll give up if you let her go, Cormade."

If the Batman was in there, he couldn’t ignore a deal like that, but if it was a machine, the Commissar wouldn't be afraid to use some ion weaponry against it to shut it down.

Quite suddenly, there was a rush a wind, and she wasn't holding Deadpool anymore. The next second, the transporter at the other side of the room glowed, briefly outlining an iconic silhouette... holding the limp body of someone else. "Good," a low voice said quietly; somehow it carried perfectly. Then they were both gone, and the claw holding Chris let her go.

{Exit Batman and Deadpool to the satellite}

((edit: Changed 'get out' to 'good'. Made more sense.))

"Tell us what your doing here..why do you want Deadpool so badly?" Diana said to the Commissar. "No harm shall befall her if you cooperate."

With a trembling voice and with his right hand reached out towards the teleporter, the Commissar spoke.

"Not again..."

The anger towards Batman or whoever did was getting on the Commissar's nerves, but at least Chris would be fine and that was the Commissar's silver lining; Chris would no doubt still want to save her friend and would be a useful ally. The Commissar's hand fell and he slumped a bit, knowing how a**l heroes were with stopping plans they deemed evil; assumption was the main weakness of humanity and even Batman was a victim of human weakness and emotion, despite his cold voice. All the Commissar needed was a drop and he could begin construction of his own Weapon X, finally stopping the desecration of his brain. The Commissar addressed Wonder Woman, trying to keep his trembling voice and sound of despair.

"Then you're no hero...Only a villain would even hint at harming someone that means them no harm...I will have to change your record to hostile...I need him because I'm dying, Weapon X can heal me."

Chris fell on her butt. "Hey!" She snapped, Stupid rude Batman. She thought angrily. She was sooo taking his poster down when she got home. If that ever happened. She stood up shakily and sighed, should she tell Wonder Woman everything? Chris had always repected her in the comics and in the cartoons for being such a strong woman. She looked between the Commissar and Wonder Woman. Bad guy or Good guy? She wondered. She was stuck, so Chris stood there silently.

"Records?" She said. So this person had been keeping profiles on them. Just how much did he know about them? He came prepared that's for sure.

"I assure you I have no intentions of harming her or you....but you didn't exactly come across as trustworthy..we can help if you let us. " She said with the lasso still in her hand. Now that they had Deadpool what other option did he have?

//babysitting again.//

Gold Star looked at the boy in blue as he came up to her and smiled a bit. 'Finally' she thought as she opened her mouth to speak. The boy was suddenly called back to help the man in red and...wait, what? The boy left, but her attention was on the more masculine version of the spider she'd been with earlier. Maybe she could still redeem herself if she happened to get a sample of that one's blood.
...of course...she still had to get out of here. She grumbled to herself again and looked around the edges of the cell for a way out.

"Why yes, I have records on most of you since you publically arrived on Earthen media and beyond that, to prove this, you were born on an island populated of woman I believe...I only have sketchy information at best upon where you live...and I need my own equipment to extract Weapon X from Deadpool's blood...Which I need from him, but your 'Dark Knight' is making it hard...He has a nice second house upstairs, doesn't he?"

The Commissar chuckled a bit, feeling like he could turn the tables and make every hero here very uncomfortable with the information the Commissar knew about them; his perception was second to none and he knew the secret identities of everyone, Superman's being the easiest since he just had to add glasses.

"Though, I keep Bruce's night activities secret to preserve Gotham's balance...Same reason why I keep Spiderman’s identity secret; heroes are needed to keep city balance."
