Hanyuu's tail smacked against the toasters power switch as she dropped in two pieces of bread, Suprisingly both pieces went in there allotted holes.
"Hmm where's the ketchup?.." Hanyuu muttered as she began shuffling through the cupboard to her left, but alas... she found nothing.
"Damn." with a shrug she jumped down onto the word surface and checked if the toaster was working.
"So Calli, How's my favourite little striped friend?" she asked as she sat down, in her proud cat position.

"Me? I'm al..right," she announces, watching the antics from the cold floor. Hugging her tail, she bristles out the orange ending.

"That's good." Hanyuu replied, as her tail hovered just above the worktop. She'd noticed the stone and wooden surfaces were cold too.
"Nearly done by the smell of it." She said as she looked down to Calli, the smell of cooking toast filling the air in the kitchen. Lets all hope they don't burn, eh?

"And uhm, are you fine miss Hanyuu-pony?" she asks back politely. She felt it necessary to ask her, as she'd been asked, and hoped her delay wasn't disrespectful.

"I am fine thank you, no need for such a formal 'Miss' on my name though." Hanyuu said before giggling quietly and hauling a plate out of the cupboard, it nearly falling on her head.
"Dangerous plate.." she mumbled as the toaster clicked and popped both the pieces of bread out of its innards.

Calli wiggles, glad to ditch the Miss but still feeling it was appropriate to be polite. She climbs onto a chair, but doesn't dare go onto the counter. She just sits, waiting patiently.

Picking up one slice from the toaster, Hanyuu flinched. The bread was hot and it was burning. She just kept her smile on and quickly threw the toast on the plate, then the next one.
'I should have remembered they were hot' she thought to herself whilst she grabbed a small block of butter. she put the butter on the plate, jumped onto the chair and dragged it all down.
"Toast ala’ not that burnt." Hanyuu proudly announced as she put the slightly appetising toast infront of Calli.

"Thank you very much, M- Hanyuu-pony," she says gratefully, taking the plate very carefully. It was true, it had less black on the edges than the one she ate the other day. Without second thoughts, she begins to munch on the corner.

"Welcome, Of course." Hanyuu replied as she pulled off a inch or so square corner of the other slice.
She liked bread but wasn't really hungry... As usual I suppose.
"So.." Hanyuu said swallowing the lump of toast "Can you think of anything interesting to do after we finish our far from gourmet lunch?"

Gently pushing the rainbow tailed skull monkey along, a pair walked up to the doors of the HQ and went inside, all the while the human of the pair saying that everything would be okay.
"It's going to be fine, just you wait and see. You'll have fun, if anyone is here. I'm almost sure there is someone here."
"Don't wanna." Enciel mumbled, shaking her head back and forth.
"Aw! You do too. I'm sure you want to have fun, right? And it gets boring at home." Fleta, the human, giggle, then clawed at the can and glass she had in her other hand. "Hm..." She'd gotten the can stuck in the glass. "ANYONE HERE?!" Her voice suddenly rang out. Lazy much?
All the while, Enciel hid behind her legs.

Calli wiggles herself down in her seat. "We could, uhm. Go exploring?" she pipes up, though feeling foolish to come up with suggestions. "I dunno, I was hoping to wait for.. something to come today, but I think the mail already came when I was sleeping and it didn't look like much.."

Hanyuu giggled as she finished of her slice of toast. "Exploring could be good and yeah, the post came a few hours ago... There were alot of leaflet."
Hanyuu's concentration faded for a second or two as she heard what she believed to be someone. Then the shout confirmed her first thought "Seems like we have visitors." She nodded, before looking out of the kitchen to where the voices had come from.

Calli stuffs the rest of her toast in her mouth, jumping down from the chair. "Hullo?" she shouts back, after swallowing the toast.
