Kogi remained unchanged. He stood their unmoving. The Cobra circled once around Tragedy keeping abit of space between he and it's body. It's head pulled back readying too strike, By circling around he like it had it had blocked off any horozontal escape root, theonly option was up, stright at the Cobra's head, or down, into the ground.

Eleanor sighed and shrugged looking to the ground as the smile wiped from her face. "I....I do have abilities to do things that normal people cant...I dont know why or how to control them...and I'm not very sure there are other people that can or cant...if so then I've never met them...all I know is it's very lonely." She sighed and hugged her knees to her chest. "...Just wish I was normal and all these stupid powers would go away..."

Her psi felt Erik land next to her. She did not have time for formalities, so she grunted and said, "I'm Tragedy, you?" The ground beneath them was beginning to shake as he aura grew bigger and brighter. It was no wonder she was called Tragedy, because when she lost her temper this city lost some buildings and streets as well. She went back to mumbling the hypnotic words towards Anthony and Kogi. The Cobra wrapped around her once, distance still between her and it. What to do, what to do? So now not only was the Cobra around her, but the several bits of dark matter from Anthony were too. She was in a pickle for sure. Using her telekinetic power that had just surfaced this day, she exploded a fire hydrant dousing Kogi, Anthony, Erik, the Officer, and herself in tons of cold water. She grabbed Erik's hand and pulled him tight to her so they wouldn't wash away by the last of the water.

Counterfeit, looked away for a moment. "hM..." was all he said. .Suddenly he grabbed his helmet "GAh..." He said. Then his hands stopped and moved down from his helmet. "Wh...where am I" A different voice said. THis new voice had a Russian accent too it, not a heavy one, but it was still there.
The Serpent faded out of existence. The eletrical current left Kogi's sword and he plunged it into the wet ground too keep himself from being swept away.

Tragedy took this chance to yank Eirk along with her out of the blast of the water. It seemed the Cobra was gone now which was good. The one thing she could not manipulate right now was water, and so the gush level stayed at a constant for the time being. She looked at Eirk, noting his cuteness, and shook herself off really fast. Her hair was drenched and it clung to her face and neck as it continued to drip water.

"Y-yes but...who are you?" Dimitri said. Counterfeit had gotten tired of talking too Eleanor since she had gotten depressed so he was letting Dimitri talk for awhile.
Kogi held firm, eventually the water began too slow as it lost pressure. until it was moving increadbly slow. He Took his sword out of the ground, and saw Tragedy was gone. He flicked his sword and the water flew off it, He spun it around then shethed it and left the area.

"Hm...Well my name's Eleanor." She rubbed her neck wondering if she'd given him her name before or not. "...Sorry, I thought I already told you my name...but...now that I think of it, I dont think I know your name."

She watched atsKogi took off. He must not have seen her standing just yards away, but that was fine. She still had Anthony to deal with. If Anthony had ever had a hypnotic spell on him from before it would be gone now. She turned to Erik. "If you help me, I will help you." she said swallowing her pride.

Jinx continued to run down the street, dodging as some crazy man with a katana stepped in front of her.
"Buotoko Kisama!" she shouted at him, focusing on him and hoping he'd run into a pole or something. Which he probably would with her bad luck ability. Okay, so in reality it was her fault that they almost ran into each other, but she really couldn't afford to stop and think about it, especially not when the police weren't very far behind.
Coming to a halt, she looked around and thought about how unfortunate it would be if a door uddenly become unlocked and open up for her. Somewhere to her right, that very thing happened. Smirking, she ran up the stairs and through the doors, slamming the door behind her and locking it.

"I-I'm Dimitri..." What was counterfeit thinking...and why was he here with this girl when he broke control... He thought.
Kogi glanced at the girl that had bumped into him, then looked back, he was face too face with a streetlamp. His face was but a millimeter from it. He stepped back and kept walking, then lept onto a rooftop then ran across the rooftops, heading in no particular direction.
