Eclavice
Matron Derahel stood unmoving as the demon whispered into her and took note of everything that was said. A smirk crossed her face at the thought. She would indeed be seeing the demoness again.

She watched in wonder as Athra lifted up into the shadows. A portal soon formed and the demoness began to become engulfed only to pause with the statement of price. "I know." She whispered to herself and then the woman was gone.

As the laughter of the passing demon faded the group of Valatar's shadows come through the gate. At first she was alarmed and unsure of the approach and within a blink of an eye she retrieved both her swords from her cloak of limitless space. She shot a hiss in their direction and growled as the leader of the detachment approached. She expected an attack but instead he was at her feet in a bow with the announcement Valatar had instructed him to give. She relaxed her blades at her sides ,but did not put them away.

She stood straight and glowered down at the shadow, her face holding a prideful, determined appearance. "Why ever would you Lord think I need protection from his pawns against such a pathetic force?" She questioned with a hint of venom. She did not want an escort, she knew the way, however she knew that was not their purpose.

Eclavice returned the blades to their place within the hidden, magic folds of endless capacity to appear unarmed. She straightened her corset and walked defiantly passed the leader and right into the mist of the others, her boots silent as she stepped. "Well,.... escort."

-The company parted around her, then formed up in an irregular circle, their leader moving to flank the Matron- "As you command Ilharess.." -He whispered softly as he allowed her to set the pace of their progression towards the gate. If anyone else tried to interfere, his instructions were to split the detachment and while half stood their ground to deflect the attack.. the remaining guards would escort the matron within the safety of the gate. Even at the cost of their lives, such as they were.. the Matron would make it to safety-

There was a vibrating in the air, a low hum. Thunder cracked as if it where echoed from within a cave. Slowly a tear began to form within the boundaries of reality itself. Black translucent snake like beings slipped through with gaping mouths. Black sharp teeth snapped at the air around Athura until a deep voice echoed from the depths of the open crevice, a voice that spoke in a different language completely.

Duana rose from her portal opening, her body black. Her dread locks black and flowing out like serpents. Her roots where a violet color, the same color as the floating iris that glowed within her black eyes.
She rose an elegant brow, her right hand raised to settle on her hip. That arm was covered in dark blood red and violet spirals winding in and out of each other, almost looking like the lines on the bark of a tree. The snakes curled forth from not only the edges of her portal but a few wound themselves around that scarred arm.

"It is odd for you to call upon me my lady, you never have before."

Duana sighed and sat up straight. The worms slithered back into the portal as she stepped out of it, her feet landing lightly onto the ground before Athura. The black bled away from Duana's skin, fading into a deep honeyed tan. Her eyes a normal white with a gold iris and black pupil. Her dreadlocks had fallen upon her back, some curled around her chin. They faded back into a dark black and brown with faded tan ends that curled like little cork screwed.

"Never the less you have called me here and here I am. As for your son, he's with Siin. Someone took the Uoe necklace right from under his nose and is keeping him and Siin prisoner until...from what I assume...they reach some sort of bargain with the matron mother of the city. This is what I have gathered."

Duana leaned on her heals, her knee bent as she crossed her legs and then leaned more on her hip.

Athula
((Fire Eater Man and Revain, Eclavice, Teh Grammer Police, the spider, and myself happen to be LOCKED OUTSIDE of the city, so I don't see how you would be interacting with us, or the spider. Just my input.))

((And who says I was inside the city? don't assume. XD))

Blaze glared at her while still in battle stance. "And yet on the suface you would be killed in an instant if you were to openly admit alliegence to lolth." he said starting to calm down. Guessing her thoughts on his blades he kicked a pebble about the size of the spider into the air and sliced it in half mid-air. finding a smile of his own, he said. "you should not under estemate my skill or the power of my goddess." As he said this he drew his cloak back to reveal the medallion of Elistraee hung around his neck.

((Regardless of who is where... ))

The spider was indeed not crushed, though the real reason is that no foot actually crushed it underneath. If it had, the spider would have been destroyed just like any normal arachnid of it's size.

((don't god mode. You may attempt to crush a creature I control, but I decide if it is actually crushed or not. You have no way of knowing that spider is me or is somehow more resilient than normal, you can only guess or attempt to cast some spell to discern more. ))

The spider then skittered off into the darkness, probably intending to build a web somewhere, that is, unless someone intended to bother with it more.

(( the spider is going now, you have permission here to destroy it if you dare and it will not be godmoding. twisted ))

Only a few moments had passed before Athura got her answer. She stared into the spot where the portal was forming, watching intently the being who came forth. Duana looked odd indeed, though Athura had only caught glimpses of her with Siin. The demoness did love to watch her entrances, always so captivated by the changes her body made. She was odd, but that's what Athura found attractive.

The queen pushed herself away to give the woman some room. They weren't sitting in the most spacious of places. Athura straightened the deep blue folds of her dress while listening to Duana, ignoring the remark she made about it being odd that she had called for her.

Her head shot straight up, her crimson eyes staring hard into Duana, at the news she brought her. "Impossible."She muttered. How would Uoe's necklace wind up in mortal hands? "Unless...." She hissed. Uoe and Lolth were allies, perhaps somehow Lolth had gotten her hands on the necklace. "Definantly no coincidence." Athura said louder this time, so Duana could here her. "Well, I have no doubt that Geist and Siin will have everything under control, the woman will regret it deeply. What a foolish b***h!" She snickered, her hand covering her face.

Her expression relaxed now, as she stared at the woman beside her. "I have been watching these elves for some time, and a few have definantly caught my interest. I was helping a matron in a rather distressing situation, though it seems I am not the only one who was watching." Athura crossed one of her long legs, the split in the dress parted to reveal more of her dark skin. It was nice to have someone with her, here in this dark dank hole, or so Athura saw it as.

She fumbled around in the silver sash that was tied around her slender hips and pulled out a medium sized skull of a bird. The empty sockets glowed a soft hew of blue. Athura turned it around in her hand as she examined it closer. "I met a very interesting creature while I was wondering in the Hells. If you stick around, you will witness a new chapter in this city."

That same sinister grin split her thin lips, showing of her dainty fangs in the shadows. "But.....I called you here for help." She held her left arm an pointed in that direction. "That woman will no doubt be calling for me again." Her index finger was now pointing. She knew Duana's sharp eyes would zoom in on the matron with no problem. Athura let her arm drop into her lap, and with her other hand she tucked away the bird skull. The demoness's tail twitched beside her with anticipation of the events to come.

"Want to play?"

Erelala watched as the brigade of guards led the matron Eclavice back toward the gates. She was almost bubbling with the many ideas and enjoyments she could gain from just a few words directed in the right direction. But that time would come later. For now she focused her piercing eyes on the unit beyond the gate.

Blaze's display of swordsmanship did little to impress Chalthara. Many drow were gifted fighters, with their innate agility and capacity for learning.

"But we are not on the Surface, are we?" she asked. Mockery dripped from every word. She laughed quietly to herself, enjoying the sheer irony and futility of the situation."We are als)o not in a city wholly devoted to Lolth. Both of us find ourselves blessed with good luck."

Bemusedly, the drow watched the spider skitter off into the darkness. She hoped that Blaze would not find again the audacity to try and exterminate it. Chalthara didn't particularly feel the impulse to do her duty as a cleric, former or not.

Reivan faded into being on a ledge overlooking the city gates. Keeping to a knee he gazed down at those that were gathered. glancing up he noticed Erelala doing much the same. He smirked slightly and returned to his own thoughts, eventually flowing into a hissing prayer to his god.

Duana's brows raised as she crossed her arms. In her humanoid form she wore a black leather catsuit, black boots strapped and buckled up to her knees. Her suit covered her arms down to gloves and the collar high and stopping right under her jaw.

Her pupils dilated as she centered her attention to the Matron that Athura had exclaimed.

"Hmmm....I am... interested."
Her finely cut brows lowered over her narrowing gaze. She looked back to Athura and once more raised a brow, a witness to Duana's ever present vague humor.

"Indeed I am interested."

Duana's facial appearance was that of a very cut jawbone and large curving lips with narrow almond shaped eyes. She could almost pass for human if it weren't for her pointed ears and oddly colored eyes. Duana wasn't as exotic and colorful as Siin was, her appearance only pushed down a few notches in the dramatics. She was a lot more practical than Siin.
Her lush lips spread to a faint grin as she gaze became more of a lazy bored look.

Matron Eclavice walked tall and proud as she and the ones around her entered the city once more. She was not to allow this whole scene ,of foolishness and misunderstandment that took place due to ignorance, make her appear less then she was. A strong, determined matron. She stopped for a mere moment, placing a hand on a cold pillar, though its temperature did not bother her, cold never effected a vampire. She cast a glance behind her allowing her long nails to scrap against the stone. As she had assumed the Izaran's group began to dismember and leave the city border, as well as their leader.
((tis okay, he gave the permission to post so, considering the predicament))

She gave a slight nod and then turned back to the city. Eclavice walked forward once more, her eyes danced over the area. Her vampiric senses allowed her to better examine the city. Much seemed to be going on. She notices a lot of movement toward the place where meetings were held, as well as a lot of activity in that building. Over her and this nonsense no doubt. Her eyes zoomed in on a specific one person entering going in that particular direction. Seth, First Daughter of House Derahel, her daughter...her house. Well, it seems she has already replaced me.

Eclavice thought to herself, how ironic it would be to show up there, but decided against it. There were things that needed tended to and not worth the risks of not making it back out of the council room. The Matron returned to normal vision, though her eyes now shined a dangerous bright red. She stopped her steps and then turned toward the leader of the detachment. "I will be taken to my home." The Matron stated before facing forward and began to walk once again.

She hated having these men around her, "protecting" her, she felt enclosed and more trapped then safe. Which she assumed was the point of their escorting. Even as nervous and annoyed as Eclavice was with the group she could not help, but to feel like there was someone/thing else with their eyes upon her as she descended through the city with a quick approaching of her house.

Reivan The Drow

Reivan stood suddenly and looked to the temple, a visage of true shock and surprise marring his face as he felt the divine power of his god so close. a smile broke across his face and he looked back at Erelala, "hurry home ye faithful... another overseer makes his rounds this day..." with that he hurried to the Temple of bones to do the bidding of his master.

Something caught Erelala's attention out of the corner of her eye. Turning those piercing orbs from the army in front of the gate her vision spied the form of Reivan. So this army did not peek her own interest but that of others as well. A playful smirk lit up Erelala's face before she turned back to watch the enemy army. So be it she thought as she tossed a lock of her hair over her shoulder.

(Control of the Enemy Army at the gates has been handed to Teh Grammar Police by a decision by the Mods. from here on, what they all do is up to her as she was the Student/Apprentice of Izaran)

-These men were hardly men at all, rather they were shadow demons that Patron Druu'giir employed to guard his fortress. Each was more darkness than solid, but they held wicked spears in their hands and seemed more than fierce enough to put down any drow or otherwise threat that might face her. As she moved off once again, their leader quicken his pace to come up along side of her, dipping his head slightly- "Are we to escort you to your house then Ilharess?"
