Shannon smiled softly and got up quietly. She bent over and whispered in her ear. "I love you too, my dear" She smiled and kissed her cheek, then went and sat down again

Shannon smiled and wished she too could fall asleep. It was quite the drawback having to sit there and do nothing. Knowing she could do nothing bothered her.

Shannon laughed. "As soon as you're able to breathe normally and stay awake for a longer amount of time" She smiled and took Mia's hand in hers. She was now wearing gloves to shield Mia from the coldness of her skin
