under the [name] of ---& | ⓜⓐⓘ ⓤ©ⓗⓘⓗⓐ Excuse me for this.. I just want a kiss I just want to know what it feels like to touch.. Something so pure.
((Not much has happened. Squad 7 got both scrolls, and are inside the tower now, talking to their sensei. Emi, Hiro, and Rikou are on their way there, with both scrolls, and the other teams I'm not sure about.))
Mai blinked, then grinned wildly.
"Yes! Then there will be prelimenaries!! I know they won't fail!" She cheered, prancing around.
Sometimes, Mai wondered how Kakashi dealt with this team. It was alot differrent than their parents.
Ibaraki was equivilent to Sakura, because of his affectionate side. Mai was a mix of Naruto and Sakura, with her hyper attitude and temper. and Jubei, well, was like his father.
They must give him a headache sometimes.
Then again, at time it could be like having three Naruto's.
Mai stopped prancing, and returned back to her spot beside Jubei.
"So what're we supposed to do now?" She asked, eyeing him.
Don’t move I want to remember you Just like this Don’t move It’s only a breath or two... Between our lips

Jubei shrugged slightly at Mai.
"I know what I'm doing. We've got three days to do whatever we want. I'm going to do some torture training."
He walked to a quiet corner, sat down, and appeared to be meditating as an aura of chakra formed around him. In truth, he was putting chakra into his weights, increasing their weight slowly.

Kiku smirked.
"I wonder if we could get away with reporting him dead. Might end up with too much paperwork though." She tucked the black metal case back over her heart, and tucked the lighter into the right side of her 'purse'. More than once that metal plate had saved her life.
"I'm sure bugs are much easier to deal with than ramen."
"Oi sensei," Ibaraki said quite suddenly to his teachers back. If he was going to be bored out of his mind and teased by Jubei's sister then by god he was going to give her hell back. After all, she stole the book. "I figured I should tell you, your Icha Icha, Uzamaki Kiku has it. She straight up stole it!" He shot his teammates a look that clearly said 'just watch, it'll be funny'.

"What's to do with paperwork if the Inuzuka couldn't hold up his end of the, ah- log, ya?" Kaede's gaze was almost unnaturally blank as she glanced back at her teammate. She snapped the fan shut and opened it again, the light reflecting eerily off the black metal ribs. There was probably more to her weapons than meets the eye, but the same could be said for the kunoichi as a whole. She gave the Uzumaki her best 'are-you-a-total-idiot?' gaze stolen directly from her father's arsenal of glares. "Ramen doesn't bite." She said cooly.

"No, but it's greasy and messy and it's noisy and it flings things everywhere, not to mention that there's never an even number of noodles or toppings in the thing," Kiku let out a shudder. Just thinking about the mess had her pull out a wet nap and begin wiping her hands.
"And my father and brother are the worst, have you ever seen a peice of noodle fly ten feet into another room?"
"It's disgusting."

Kaede raised an eyebrow. She wondered what kind of shinobi this girl would make if she shuddered at everything messy and noisy; the kunoichi herself had been in a few major scuffles herself, and they never turned out pretty. She remembered that Kiku didn't want to be a shinobi, though, and shrugged internally. "But bugs bite, they are scary, and they get in the most uncomfortable places, ya." Kaede argued. She almost shuddered, but she suppressed it. "But the whole noodle thing sounds disturbing, ya..."

"Oh it is," Kiku growled when they approached the doors of the Tower. She jerked them open and walked inisde. "At least on a mission you can walk away from a battlefield. It's not your responsiblity to clean up, it's ANBU, and they're meticulous."
She thought about the bugs for a second.
"They are quite unsanitary. They should never be in a house, it's a sign of a slob. Not to mention they carry desease."

"I don't know whether I want to go as high as ANBU, ya. Even Jounin seems a little too... full of responsibilities." Kaede remarked calmly, following her teammate inside the tower. Her green-eyed gaze took in the dusky interior, her pupils widening to accomadate the gloom. She shifted her weight from one leg to the other, placing a hand on her hip. "I'm not sure whether my father qualifies as a slob," The Aburame said coolly; even if she and Shino didn't get along, she felt she should probably stand up for him nonetheless.

"I'm a bad person to ask," Kiku sighed, not only hearing her brother but finding an empty room. "Everyone is messy to me. But then again, I have OCD. My grandfather and uncle are pretty clean though."
The interior of their room was dark, damp, and dank. There was a dilappidated old bench beside a wall and a dusty bed across from it.
Kiku closed her eyes, hoping that if she didn't see it, it wasn't there.

"Ah." Kaede remarked monotonously, as if this explained everything. Her grandfather would be... Hyuuga Hanabi, was it? The Hokage doesn't have any siblings and Hinata-san doesn't have any brothers, so who's her uncle? Still, the Aburame wasn't about to question such petty things as relatives; the more pressing matter was the room. She surveyed it with a practiced eye, searching for traps and whatnot, eyebrow raised. "Hm. You reckon this is a genjutsu, ya? Should we get out the scrolls?" She glanced at her teammate. Kiku was definately doing a good job blocking it out if it was a genjutsu...

"...Byakugan..." she whispered, and began checking for any traps underneath the furniture and decorations in the room. It wasn't like she needed her eyes to be open to use the eyes.
"Everythings clear," she mumbled. But most of the room is rather fuzzy, so it'sely a genjutsu. Which is odd since there's no one else around except my stupid brother..."
She opened her eyes, veins still distorted as she used her ability. "I'm no good dispelling genjutsu."

"Who else is on your brother's team, ya?" Kaede fished out a small handbook on the Chuunin teams from one of the pouches at her waist, checking the list. "Two Uchiha, huh? Curious..." She flipped the book shut and shoved it away. "I'm pretty good at 'kai'." The Aburame formed the handseal, closing her eyes as she cut off the chakra circulation to her mind. As soon as the genjutsu was dispelled, she turned to her teammate and placed a hand on Kiku's shoulder. Concentrating again, she forced chakra into the Uzumaki's system, another way that would debunk the genjutsu. Still, despite her practiced air at dispelling, when the Aburame drew away her breathing was laboured.

Rikou thoughts were becoming frantic, so many thoguhts of fighting his friends arised in his mind over and over. Only as the tower came in sight did he realize the worst of any of those fears; What if he had to fight Emi or Hiro? he knew msot of thier techniques and they knew quite alot of his as well. Rikou did learn plenty of new abilities from his father and developed alot of his own at the same time. Rikou didn't feel right being confident when the very people he might be fighting could be his friends and allies. The exams trully tested his ability to put friend over mission, something he treasured greatly in order to prove himself to his father's legacy.
"So, are you guys nervous at all?"
Judging by thier answers, he could think of their current emotions for the up coming exam, seeing how they mgiht react to him wif one foguht him or they other. Rikou didn't feel right trying to test his own allies, but in his nervous state of emotion, he was driven to new limits.
