The blue is too blue. xd (wings). Though now I know that you insist on holding the pitchfork. But overall I think blue and white are a great combination. Looks nice! 3nodding

purple is my favorite color and its very well put together. The puppy is very cute but it throws off the avi.

 Sadly enough I'd have to rate this avi higher than your dream avi(which is a 4/10), as your dream avi lacks originality in its concept. I've seen about 50 other dream avis that are similar to that one.
But as for the current avi, ditch the rainbow cloud and make it Mist and you might have something goin' for it. 7/10
