"Yeah!" said Val, her voice dripping with mock surprise, "I'm not doing paper work, am I? But then, if special ops is mostly red tape, and I'm out here on a mission half the government doesn't even know about, then I can't be special Ops, can I?" Dropping the act, she continued. "Don't worry about who I work for, alright? Suffice it to say that they have your best interests at heart." For now, she added mentally. How lucky it was that McCloud seemed to know little to nothing about Special Ops; he was a smart cookie, and if he'd known any more she might have been having a much harder time.

'That lady is hiding something from me...' Fokkusu thought to himself. He turned around again to check on the storm. It was moving at them much faster now. 'That doesn't matter right now though.' He knew that it was not a good idea for her to be in the storm. "Hey, you might want to find some shelter. The blizzard is going to hit soon."

Val checked the position of the storm herself, sighed, and stood up, scooping up the supply kit as she did so. The top of her head, the tops of her shoulders, the bridge of her nose, and her entire tail were covered in snow, but she only bothered to brush a bit of it off; it would only be replaced in a few minutes time. "So, do you want this or not?" she asked, swinging the bag temptingly in front of the window. "Complete med kit, cold-weather blanket, and food. There's also a com-link that's on my com-link's frequency, but you can turn that off, right?"

Fokkusu stared at the kit for at least ten seconds trying to make his mind. He did not need the blanket or the food. He lived on the streets for some time and was used to cold weather. On the other hand... "Okay." Fokkusu opened the cockpit, snow sliding off of the glass and onto the ground. He grasped the med kit and brought it into the cockpit where he set it down on the floor. "Thank you." He said closing the cockpit.

Val nodded, trying, without too much success, to suppress a throughly amused smile. "You're welcome. See you later," she added, then turned and started off toward her original drop point a few hundred feet away, her pace leisurely. Her white tail, barely visible against the snowy back drop, trailed behind her like a ghost.

 Beware...((Minron, you sure you read these posts correctly? I specifically say twice in my last in-character post that my doors were wide open...))
Shadow was staring outside the hangar wondering why Koudo hadn't entered yet. The other ship hadn't made a move either. What was with the sudden interest in his hangar? First, the hacker, and now it appeared to be the phoenix. He noticed that Koudo got out of his ship but didn't attack the other one. It was surprising how strong that fighter of his was, it barely moved when he stood up on it. "Umm, you alright there buddy?" McKnight's outer defenses were already on, aiming at the other's ship, and the Halberd and Dragoon's system's were set to the regular setup for the most part. ...Metaknight has arrived

Okay, are you listening?
Grass grows,
Birds fly,The wind soon started to pick up and the black clouds loomed out in the distance. Fokkusu glanced out into the distance, facing the direction that Val left towards. He could not see her. The snow was falling harder and it was apparent now that the storm would not be that forgiving. He opened the kit and took out the blanket staring at it for a little bit. He unfolded it and bundled up. The snow was starting to pile up faster on the cockpit glass.

"Hmmm....I don't like the look of this. VoX, activate the net break now."
"Sure thing." Suddenly a scrambler wave was sent out from VoX, the SunRay's on-board AI. Shadow's security net fell into a sleeper state for 5 seconds as Jack hurriedly moved the SunRay inside, not making a sound, but still feeling as though he was being watched. But then again he always got that way when cloaked, after all, he could see them, but they couldn't see him.
"Holy s**t VoX! Only 5 seconds!?"
"Sorry Jack, but this guy's security net is worthy of praise, he's definitely done his homework, 5 seconds was pushing it as it was. Anymore and it would've been obvious that an outside source had fried the net, rather than it looking like a hardware error."
"Well, we're in, so who cares. Now, what to do next..."

"Huh? Oh, thought I saw soemthing behind me, my radar said there was something there. And don't call me buddy, guy. That is my word, start using it and I'll start using something else."
Koudo couldn't think of something else at the momnet, he would have to think of an alternative to buddy. Koudo steadily started to bring the Fist to Shaodw's hangar, keeping an eye to make sure he didn't hit anything with his ship. Koudo wasn't the best at piloting yet, but he was a quick learner when it came to heavy classed tech.

"Didn't expect him to try and land here of all places, my mistake." VoX said trying to laugh. He was the most realistic of the AI's that Jack was in possession of, but he had never been able to master humor, or just what exactly people found funny. The SunRay's landing skids scraped across the floor for a moment, creating an irritating noise as VoX maneuvered the ship away from Koudo's.
"Dammit VoX!"
"Sorry!"

Beware...((I thought you were a Komodo Dragon... XD))
The noise was all Shadow needed to hear. He input the code and sent the virus that was aimed at him before straight to where the "cloaked" ship was. Shadow hadn't changed the settings on his eyepiece from the last attempted intrusion, so he couldn't miss. "Pathetic..." he said to himself, and then replied to Koudo "And I'm not your guy, pal... I'll use whatever word I please..." That last comment made him chuckle a little. He then wondered what the fire turkey would do next. ...Metaknight has arrived

The SunRay's holographic panels began to flash red suddenly and quite rapidly.
"We've got a virus don't we VoX?"
"You bet."
"Run program designation: SWEEPR."
"Sure thing." In a moment the panels returned to normal, the virus expelled. But it was now obvious he had been seen. He flipped open the hatch and stood up, his hands up.
"Well, you definitely are good." he said raising his visor. "And that's exactly why I'm here."

Koudo landed his ship within a side area of the hangar. He didn't know what this section of the hangar was for, but it looked like he could land there without doing any damage and being out of the way if the Halberd needed to take off. Koudo hopped out of his ship, his hammer over his right shoulder just in case things were going to get messy.
"Whatever boss, what about the bird?"

"Don't take another step Dragon," he said removing his rifle from his back as the barrel jolted forward from the stock and locked itself into place. "Or I'll have a bolt through your forehead before you can blink." He looked up to McKnight, waiting to for him to question why he was here.

Blast me and you only get answered with turrent shots to your chest and your corpse as food for the trash compactor. If you were listening, I was asking my boss what to do, not charging at you bird brain."
Koudo didn't bother with even getting out his rifle, he was in all rights an invited guest when this Phoenix just came in uninvited. Koudo had all the favor here over an intruder. It would be foolish to shoot someone who is a guest of someone you wanted questions from, it was unlogical unless this guy wanted to start a fight for no reason.
