Liiam says in common, then undercommon,"Well, I will not be sleeping ,as I am uneasy in the forest, I will help with the watch for the entire night."

Jovain finishes eating his light dinner and repacks his belongings. Rising, he begins to look around the campsite area for a good place to set up the watch tonight. "Somebody with firebuilding skills should probably light the fire for the night."
OOC: I am basically looking for a large rock to sit upon or some high ground where I can see the campsite and surrounding terrain the best. I will not serve the first watch, but want to find the best location.

Swifty hears Liiam's claim to the entire night watch, and although Swifty is skeptical of Liiam's stamina, he takes it at face value for fear of hearing an answer he doesn't like. Since Liiam is now responsible for the night, Swifty can take the night off while the less magically-enabled sleep; for himself, Swifty is eager to hit the road again, and the attitude of fatigue that most of the camp shares is bringing his spirits down. Swifty stretches and flexes his claws, which leave furrows in the dirt. He extends a psionic missive to Jovian's brain. I'm going hunting. I'll be back by morning.Swifty waits a barely polite time for a reply before he leaps into the air and wings away. The sensation of the cool night winds of the higher altitude feels good after weeks of ground-work. Swifty keeps an eye out for game as he wings around the area. Survival=24

Jovain nods at Swifty after receiving the missive. Thinking to himself, "I wish my tongues spell was still in effect so I could ask Swifty to fly over the campsite from time to time during the night just in case there is trouble. Oh well, I suppose we will handle it on our own."
Jovain addresses the rest of the party,"Swifty has just told me that he is going to go hunting now and will be hunting through the night. He says he'll be back by morning. If you need something from Swifty, I recommend you speak up now as he is ready to leave."

[just for characters sake, Liiam believes that any area with trees is a forest and is slightly afraid of them (past experiences)]
Liiam looks for a generally good place to keep watch from. And if he finds it he will take up his post and begin waiting.

Jovain will spend the first part of the night in a mediatative trance. After 4 hours he slowly stretches and rises to his feet taking his place on the co-watch.
Jovain rolls his blanket and places it by the fire making it resemble a sleeping person at least from a distance. Jovain then takes in place in the spot that he preselected where he can remain hidden in partial cover near the edge of the campsite while being able to see all around.
Jovain will sit still and quiet, watching and listening, with an arrow nocked in his shortbow which is at the ready.
Spot Check: 1d20 + 8 =
