Draega instantly recognized the name and her eyes at once shot open wide in shock before they then lowered in anger. She looked away from Kain, not wanting him to see how her anger twisted her and clenched her fists at her side. " Panderas...oh I know him all too well. He was a friend to my old family. A wicked, cruel, but ingenious man. I won't lie to you when I say I was happy the day I was told he had died. I know of his alter ego 'Pan' as well. I used him as a contact for some of my more...reclusive informants. Knowing that he was one and the same...it infuriates me." she growled out the last word before taking a deep breath and settling herself.

"I don't think it's a premonition Kain. I think what I saw is what is happening right now. I think I was meant to see it because of my deep connection to this bracelet and the person who gave it to me. " She thought allowed her red eyes swimming with calculations as she weighed her knowledge and her odds. "He's torturing my first friend Kain. That b*****d is torturing him for some twisted scientific gain."

Now he was at conflict; he had nothing against the kid, nor did he Freddrick...for the most part. He'd sigh, knowing that her smile depended on Freddrick's safety. At the same times, he wasn't one to stand in the boy's way, not out of fear but rather out of respect.

"Well, if your hunch is right, then your friend's in need of help...and he'll need it soon." The more malicious side of him wondered just how long Freddrick could last, though...it almost made him laugh. Almost. "The problem, of course, is the fact neither of us knows where the hell the boy is...or at least I don't. He's taken to hiding and there's plenty of place son this damned floating rock to hide."

He'd slowly stroll out of the bathroom and take a seat on a rather well cushioned black leather chair. "I'm pretty sure I know what he wants, too. Your friend's really only got one purpose, or at least in the kid's eyes no doubt: His connection to you. So, it's easy enough to determine he wants you...which either means there's something in you specifically he wants, or your getting your first experience of what it's like to be a target simply because you're close to me!" He'd sigh; he'd hoped he'd have a little more time with her before people started in on her trying to get to him. Still, this was the exact reason he'd granted her his dark gift. He hadn't simply passed on vamperic traits, but his own personal traits as well. How much he passed on was a mystery even to him, but he knew she could defend herself with ease, if she so wished. "So what do we do, love? We had enough to deal with before your friend went n' got a contract under the wrong midget. I'll leave our next course of action up to you..."

Draega weighed Kain's words carefully and placed a thoughtful finger to her lips as she considered her options. Her red eyes had just about glazed over when suddenly her sharp ears perked up. She looked abruptly toward the door before cursing lightly under her breath. "Excuse me for just a moment darling." Draega said absently as she phased through the floors. She returned just as quickly as she had left, a ringing cellphone in her hands. An oddly serious look on her face. "We might just be in luck Kain....I think I've found us an outside agent." She smiled at him briefly before flipping the phone open and joining Kain on the bed. Leaning against him affectionately as she greeted whoever it was on the other line. "Hello Lilane...how are you kiddo?"

A muffled sigh came from the other line before Lilane's soft, but oddly baritone voice replied. "I just got your e-mail...did you really move?"

Draega took a moment to glance up a Kain before smiling secretively and answering cheerfully, "Yes...but it's nothing tragic. Have you received anything from Pan recently."

A quizical silence followed before Lilane replied. "Yeah...but it was nothing unusual. Normal surveillance of my brother with an attachment of insider H.E.C. news I'm assuming was meant for you."

Draega nodded absently and then turned serious. "Lilane about your brother...I'm afraid he might be in serious danger. Pan is Panderas and he's decided to go back to his...old tricks..."

Lilane was silent before she replied in the same calm tone she always used, though Draega knew it was strained. "How bad are we talking Drae....we both know you don't keep tabs on my brother. "

Draega gritted her teeth before finally breaking the news to the younger girl. "I...can't really explain where I got my information but...suffice it to say it looks bad."

Another sigh from the other end of the phone and Draega could swear she heard Lilane clench her fists. "I didn't want to get involved...but if you're calling...must mean you can't get involved. I'll get him out. It's about time for a reunion anyway." And with that the phone went dead. And Draega was left wondering if she had just sent a young girl into a death trap.

Kain M ShZual
Her slight stirring would wake him, though he'd remain still and keep his eyes closed and breathing steady. Once he'd feel her hand, he'd know she was all right and allow himself to relax a bit more, though as he felt her scoot off towards the bathroom he'd turn his head to her lazily and open his eye nearest the pillow just enough to see her. Inside he'd chuckle concerning her reaction to her new eye color, though once she began to cling to the counter he was out of bed in a flash with his right arm wrapped around her waist form behind, his left arm coming up from her left side and his left hand pressing against her right shoulder.

"I'm glad you're awake and...well, you seemed to be doing well, but I'd advise against moving around too much. Your body's no doubt still trying to adjust. Please, come lie down. If you need anything, you simply need ask." He'd rest his closed pale lips against her own now pale neck, giving her a warm kiss before trying to help her back towards bed. "What had you clinging to the counter, love? Have you seen something; does something hurt?"

Completely lost after not having set foot in this terrible castle in centuries he'd eventually circle out of the correct hallway, which was a straight shot, and manage to turn himself back towards the library. He recognized the room, and thus felt at ease now feeling he knew where he was! He'd notice a bookcase that'd been moved aside, and like a curious child he'd forget his cause and look behind to find the spiraling stone steps. He'd, of course, descend them with only vague images of where it was taking him. After a while, he'd finally reach the bottom and it'd all come back. The massive iron doors, hooks hanging from frozen chains...yep, he knew where he was. He'd look to the area that ought to have a small opening to easy access, then look about the room.

"Tedd, a' know your here n' ya know how a' feel about openin' this damn door! If ya dun mind, can ya take care of it for me?" With that, the door would quickly swing opening and a rush of steam would escape from behind the massive doors followed by a chilling breeze. He'd for things to settle, then make his way inside. Off in the distance he could see two figures and...The Thing? He'd arch a brow and release a bit of the momentum he'd been storing to nearly disappear and reappear with these two individuals, a man (Micah) and a woman (Maya) and upon closer inspection, watch as Ha'Poultis tried to devour something. He'd look to the two beings who were obviously struggling with the creature, then take note of the miasma. With a simple roundhouse and exertion of more momentum, he'd blow away the miasma. Literally. He'd then approach Ha'Poultis, grab the creature by the head and force momentum - in to - the creature. His head would shake...a lot, and violently at that, until finally something would leak out of it's nose and Ha'Poultis' movements would cease altogether. As the creature would shrivel back up, he'd arch a brow at the thingy that it'd been on top of...then shrug. He'd grab the motionless jester of hell and toss it back in to it's cage, lock it and place it back on the seal, and finally bite his thumb and as soon as a drop of his blood would hit the seal, it'd reactivate.

"Dunno who tha hell tha two a' you are, but ya obviously ain't handled na' demons before. Na' matter wha' world ya be livin' on, there's gonna be demons, 'specially when ya got a top-of-the-class DUMBASS makin' them in some sorta freaky-a** lab." He'd turn back around to face the two individuals, then extend out his hand. "Ma name's Ishado, Ishado Sh'Zual. If ma bother's here n' don't seem ya care yer both here, then ya ain't enemies a' mine!"

Mother would proceed to open the fridge, removing a crisp red apple before setting it on the table. She'd then reach in to her cleavage and remove a very, very shinny knife and with a haunting chuckle she'd grab the apple and toss it in to the air, making sure to give it a spin, and she'd then place the knife right up against the apple. The apple would soon hit the counter once more, though without a red peel. The peel would slowly fall back to the counter like a red ribbon, and Mother would use her right index finger to push the core of the apple straight in to the trash. She'd then offer the 'perfect' apple to Ravyn in her right hand, while her left would point to a pitcher of water sitting out, and again she'd cant her head to the side.

Maya's golden hues would eye the man as he so easily took care of the beast, she would fold her arms across her chest and smile as she was blasted with memory. Ah he was so much easier to read then Kain.

"Well, thank you for taking care of that beast for us, he was quite the hassle"

She'd unfold her arms and handed out her left hand for him to shake, as his fiery red hair made her realize that Micah was missing! Her heart lurched forward and she almost fell, did he explode with the reactor? Oh god...

"Ishado, my name is Maya Dosell, I'm helping Kain by building a mini-reactor for his mansion, some guy named Setsumi was to busy flirting with Tori to lock the beast back up! And now my beloved...."

She'd sit on her barbed wire chair, her head in her gloved hands, a silver tear rolled down her cheek, as she sighed deeply, looking to the reactor, Ha' Poultis did some serious damage to it.

Ravyn would watch as Mother would cut the apple expertly, she'd smile and dip her head in thanks, the apple was clean and crisp, as she took a bite those dark violets would widen, it was so good! Juicy, and perfect in every way. Upon seeing the water she'd shake her head and took another bite of the apple.

He'd watch as she pulled out the cell phone and arch a brow. He'd think of his own phone, an item rendered useless after his time away from civilization. He'd let out a heavy sigh, though the feeling of her against him would at least make him smile. Once she hung up the phone, he'd look to her with a rather quizzical expression expression.

"Your thoughts are ringing in my head like thousands of chimes...I'm sure she'll be fine, but if you wish, I can send...an assistant along with her. It'll weaken our defenses here...but I believe that you, with the way you are now, make up for it. Either way, please, do fill me in on your plan." He'd wrap his arm around her and hold her close, anxious to hear what she had in store.

He'd shake the hand of this new girl with a nice firm grip, then retract his hand and fold his arms. "I doubt tha boy's dead. Don't fret too damn much." He'd look back to the clown in the cage and arch a brow at it, then look back to her. "Just lobotomize tha lil' b*****d. Sure, it's peanut will grow back, but it'll take a while so you'll be given plenty a' time ta seal his a** up."

He'd then begin to kick at the reactor, wondering what the hell it was supposed to do. "If ya met Setsumei, then things are a' lil' worse n' I thought, and a lil' better all a' once! Just be glad he didn't kill ya." He'd then shrug and make his way in to the foundry, moving this and that around while throwing other objects across the lab.

Mother would nod to the woman, then slowly make her way out of the kitchen once more. One of her long, slender arms would wrap around Ravyn's, leading her up the winding staircase and and down the hall a bit. She'd be given plenty of time to eat the apple; her room was a ways off.

Draega dropped a hand slyly upon Kain's shoulder and leaned upon it as she smiled up at him in a sly and playful sort of smile. "I though you said my thoughts were ringing in your head?" she said with a laugh, cheered by his encouragement. Then her eyes took on a misty sort of look, and her smile became one that was full of thought and cunning. "I'm not sure if it's what I've got planned that we need to be worried about. I gave everything over to Lilane. However....I know her well enough to know what she'll do now. She will go to my flat and use the spare key I gave her once under the pretense of watching my house while I was....'on vacation'." She'd grin sheepishly at Kain and rest her other arm, the crystal shadow of the rose he had given her so long ago imprinted upon it, on his shoulder as well.

"She'll enter my flat...and take whatever weaponry or armor she believes she will need. Though mostly I believe she will simply take some of my surveillance tools. Then she will go to the ruins of Panderas' old lab. From there I can only assume. But I think it will go like this...She will use my surveillance tools to locate the buried and hidden entrance to his new lab. She will use her own...unique powers to break through ...and then she will fulfill her oath to bring back her brother...even if it costs her her own life. For that's how Lilane is...proud, loyal, honorable, and more loving and kind than any person I've ever met." She chuckled and stroked Kain's cheek. "No offense darling."

{ Lilane's portion will start out in Draega's Flat and then eventually move to Panderas' Hidden lab.}

"As I mentioned earlier: I keep out of your mind; I find it rude to intrude upon the personal boundaries of those you care about. At the same time, given I've sired you, there are things I'll have no choice but to see, hear, or even smell." Of course he'd of listened to her intently, taking in each word and treating it like a strand of gold as he'd analyze it in his mind.

"If she intends on finding him, then I'll provide her with an escort." He'd bite his thumb and wave it through the air, allowing a drop to eventually fly on to his floor form which another clones would rise, though this one was a bit different. Aside from the massive medieval-looking but obviously modern at the same time armor, a helmet of the same contradictory manor and a flowing black cape to represent what was usually a tench coat, it looked just like Kain beneath the gauntlets and greaves. So, in short, he'd produced his old self, back when he was at his prime. "Love, this mockery of myself will meet her at your flat, and from there it will protect her and put her above all else. It's only other motive is to keep a constant link with me as to allow me to see right where the boy is hiding. That way, if something goes wrong, though I doubt it will between your friend's skills and the abilities on this metal tyrant, we'll know right where to go." He'd wave his hand at the clone and it'd 'turn on' so to say, symbolized by the suddenly glowing eyes of red that seemed to produce a bit of tendril-like aura around them. Once it was active, it'd immediately turn in to the cliche' swarm of bats and take off.

"This is another instance of tapping in to your mind without doing a thing; when you kept mentioning your flat, my mind saw it as clear as day. Of course I know the area around it thanks to our dinner, and thanks to my surveillance of this planet I know where it is...but, had I forgot, your images would of-" He'd shake his head and rub the back of his neck. "I'm becoming repetitive, I'm sure you understand?" He'd flop back on the bed again and use one of his cursed eyes to scan the castle, then exert himself a bit and scan everything around them for several miles. "Oh joy. You'll get to meet my blundering idiot of a younger brother after all...Maya and Micah also seem to of completed the reactor, though my clown ate it, or rather most of it...and it seems Micah's nowhere to be seen for the moment."
PostPosted: Wed Aug 06, 2008 9:27 pm

Draega smiled gently down at Kain, the image of his clone still running through her head. She wondered if Lilane would take as well to her lord as she had. She could only hope she would. Lilane had a way of...showing her displeasure through violence. At the thought of Lilane trying to take down a clone of Kain Draega giggled. She leaned back to stare down at her love with a musing smile. "What an odd pair Lilane and you will make. My little samurai girl and my precious dark knight." She chuckled then and grinned at Kain in a mischievious way.

"I shall have to teach you how to tell when I am kidding and when I really am being serious." she said lightly leaning over to tap Kain lightly on the nose. " I think I shall like to meet this brother of yours...since he is my brother now as well." She chuckled and grinned devilishly, her wings flapping a few times in answer to her grin. "And I'm sure he can't be anywhere near as bad as my dolt of a sister. She has the intelligence of a rock...and the attention span of goldfish."

"The thing I sent to help your friend was more or less me, but at the same time -" He'd arch a brow as he was tapped on the nose and shrug. In the end, this clone was harmless to whomever he'd set it to protect, so it really didn't matter what traits it possessed so long as it could get it's job done. He'd listen to her explain her sister and respond with a bit of a chuckle while trying to recall a few memories of his brother.

"He's an intelligent individual, though it's hard to understand what the hell he's saying sometimes, especially when he's excited. He prefers to settle things with his fists as often as possible, and his attention span...is short. He's very much the essence of 'free spirit...' and you'll meet him soon. He's in the castle, though he's a bit lost...leave it to him to get lost going in a straight line. He'll stumble in here eventually..." He'd sigh, wondering how the hell he could share blood with the simple-minded nitwit.

Maya's golden hues would narrow to the man that started to toss things here and there inside of the Holle Lab, barbed wire would shoot out and grab the items he tossed and placed them back in a matter of seconds.

"Ishado, if I may I ask, what the hell it is your looking for? Perhaps I can help, I do know this lab pretty well"

She'd get up and walk towards him, a hand on her hip as she grabs a scalpel from her pocket and started to absentmindedly twirling it::

Ravyn' would chew her apple slowly, it's been a while since she had something this fresh, her dark violets would eye Mother's hand as she started to lead her somewhere? Ah well might as not fight it, seeing as Ishado was busy with his brother,. She let her eyes wander here and there, as she took another bite::

The moment she'd ask what he was looking for, she'd hear the sound of metal dragging along the ground followed by what sounded like several metal clasps coming together followed my the cackle of an Irish Lycan.

He'd stand, now wielding both his gauntlets and greaves, both sets made, or rather presented as being made from gold, garnet and obsidian, though they were made from metals Kain himself had constructed. Each pair had a shinning glow to it, as well as somewhat of a fiery aura. He'd demonstrate a bit by throwing a few simple punches in to the air followed by roundhouses aimed at nothing from each leg. With each exert of power, he'd release a mass of energy and holy flames no different then Kain's. He'd again cackle as he looked himself over, then look to the girl. "M' after what's mine, lass! Na, if ya dun mine' too much, ya mine' tellin' me how ta get ta ma brother's room?"

Mother would finally stop, coming to a large ivory door. She'd push it aside to reveal a room straight from someone's dreams...who's she sure as hell didn't know, but she pittied them. The room was like a forest with a canopy bed covered in fresh vines and leaves with a pond in each corner of the room, amongst other various things (feel free to make the room to your liking). She'd extend her free arm inside and release the woman, trying to tell her this was indeed her room. Then, in a faint, ghostly whisper that'd easily make hairs stand on edge, Ravyn' may indeed here a "Welcome..."

Maya would watch as he punched and kicked the air, those holy flames. Never seeing anything like it, she'd walk over to him and eye his gauntlets and greaves. The technology itself was breath taking, golden hues almost seemed to hold the same sparkle as she looked to him.

"Amazing... simply beautiful..."

Suddenly she remembered he said something about Kain, and snapped out of it, she'd shake her head and almost spill her drink, she pointed to the door and then arched an brow.

"You just need to go back upstairs in a STRAIGHT line, don't you guys have a link to each-other? And what of your girl Ravyn'? Her room is not far off either. I can draw you a map"

She'd giggle and sip her drink, setting it down she sighed and looked to the reactor. She needed heat... Perhaps... Eyes glowing once more she turned to Ishado.

"Do you think you can light up the rest of the furnaces? I need heat to repair damages to the reactor, Micah will come back I know he will... But for now your the only one with nifty fire tricks."

Ravyn would look to the room and almost fell backwards, it was so amazing! Kain really knew how to decorate! She'd finish the rest of the apple and head in, the hairs on the back of her neck raised as she heard the fain whisper. Ravyn's dark orchids would look to Mother and bowed deeply to her.

"Thank you very much, you've been a great host"

"Im gone for five minutes (lol at the joke) and your asking another guy to light your fire? Jeez seems i just wasn't hot enough for you was i?" He smile happily at Maya noting those beautiful eyes. "Ishado, im Micah -though im sure you know already.- thank you for your help." With that micah snapped his finger and a small pencil of fire appeared in his hand. He walked over to the reactor began spot welding. "I do suppose we owe you our asses, but if you dont mind i think ill keep mine to myself but if Maya wants to give you hers well thats her business." He winked at them both and let the sparks fly as he began his repairs. For the while he disappeared he'd briefly given himself to the horrors of his past. This giant thing swallowing the reactor for some reason reminded him of his parents death. After the moment alone he was back and good as new. Though his mind did remained troubled; minus fixing the reactor he couldn't focus on much else.

Seth kept walking, he saw the balcony ahead. "Really im going to tell you the truth. Leave me be and ill be out fo your hair, what i need is right over there. Keep talking to me and this whole process is going to get alot longer. I just want the damn blood so i can go home to my wife." Very simply stated he finally reached the balcony doors and clicked on his cell phone. A few rings were heard and then Jonas answered the phone. "Drop point....Got it." He finally turned and faced the clone. "See wasn't all this so simple." He reached down for the small vial of blood, it was old now. Luckily Jonas was smart enough to use a proper vial. Slows aging of specimen or something, he wasnt sure; Science was never Seth's big love in life.

In a flash, he'd appear in Kain's master bedroom having been far too familiar with this particular castle. He'd chuckle a bit as he looked to Kain, then grin a bit as he focused his scarlet hues on this new demon.

"I apologize I wasn't able to save you from making a fatal decision, woman, but even He can't be everywhere at once in the end." His hands in his pant pockets, he'd look back to Kain and offer the man a sweet, charming smile. "And it's good to see you again old friend! I knew one planet's end wouldn't mean the same for you...now, I'll assume you wish to rid of me as soon as possible! I'll promise you no harm will come to anyone, though in return I do ask you hand over that trinket of light, Murasame." He'd begin to slowly stroll about the room, his loose violet hairs being removed from his face every so often. "If you can't fend me off with any sort of ease, Kain, then we both know your little squeeze is doomed should I try anything. Hand the sword over, and I leave. I swear on His name..."

"{clone} Well Seth, you did more than you had to. I'd of gladly given you that vial at the door my friend...I've no idea what you're up to, but there's something sinister at work here...but I can tell you're not at the root of it, but instead...you seem a victim to it. For whatever's going on, you have my sympathy, Seth." He'd just about dispose of himself, then receive the images Kain was receiving.

"There's an angel here looking for one of my swords...I don't suppose you'd know what that's all about? He's threatening Draega...and this is a being that'd never stoop so low as to threaten someone without damn good reason. What's going on, Seth?"

He'd look to the boy that'd appeared in the room with a scowl as he'd immediately move to his feet. Without a word or gesture, Muramasa would appear in Kain's left hand and the blade soon brought to the neck of the boy as Kain would pin him against the wall. Sadly, even though this looked like checkmate, Kain was in check. He'd glance back to Draega for a moment, though his eyes would move right back to Setsumei.

"...Love, please offer him the damned sword." He'd hang his head and sigh, loosening his grip on the boy enough for him to use his arms without worry. The one thing he truly hated about Setsumei was the fact the boy could make him look absolutely powerless in a single instant.

He'd nod to Maya and begin to send waves of fire out to each furnace via simple kicks until each was lit, at which time he'd look to Micah and smirk upon his return. "Lad, ya ain' gotta worry 'bout ma touchin' er'. Got myself one with a bigger rack I can play with later, when all's said n' done."

He'd then look back to Maya and shake his head. "There ain' any technology er' science ta these. Nothin' but the finest weldin' of the Dark Ages n' a few upgrades here n' there ta keep up on tha armor's defenses, but it gets it's power from tha Heavens above, Hell below n' my own energy. it'd be more correct ta call em' tools a' the Devil." He'd then look to the door and narrow his eyes, listening quietly for a moment...he could hear Tedd's breathing. This meant the poor thing's defenses were down, thus they were in trouble. He'd quickly move to station himself about six meters from the door, quickly summoning all the momentum possible about his body. "Ya two might wanna get on guard..."

Mother would issue her another strange bow/curtsy, then point to the small bell with the chain attached to it, indicating she should ring it if she needed anything. She'd then let out another ghostly chuckle while closing the door to the girls private room, then slowly begin to make her way back to her post on the door's left side.
