Edward paused, having heard the other vampire run off and what little conversation had been held between them. He turned back to look at the remaining vampire, an expecting look on his face. He would have actually asked, but why use your voice when your body language tells it all? Exactly, you don't. Depending on the answer he got, Edward was ether going to have to kill these vampires because they were doing funny things in his city without his permission, or go up to his cambers and see if Demetra was feeling better. He hoped he didn't have to deal with the vampires and got to see his Pomme de Sang, she should be feeling better by now, but you never know.

The remaining vampire stood silently watching the vampire lord. He reached into his sleeve and removed a book which he began to read.
Elaninul was sitting on a stood in the camp of the people he had just slain. Killing had become so easy for him after Murakai gave him a powerboost. The vampire stood and began to walk hoping to get in range to send a raven messanger to Murakai.
The vampire that had left the other vampire and Lord Edward entered an inn and walked to one of the rooms. He opened the door and inside stood a young girl, no older than sixteen. She looked up at him with the same red eyes and blinked. Her face was covered with a veil so no one would see what her gift had cost her.

Marie smiled as they entered the kitchen. The cook's head shot up, "My ingredients?" He said, holding out his hand. Marie handed him the bag, and went over to the cake. "Always the cake." The cook shook his head, and began chopping up leeks. "I'll make ambrosia tonight Marie."
Marie's head shot up, and she grinned. "Ambrosia?" She said, "Really?"
The cook nodded.
"Yay!" Marie bounced, and gave Nova her cake. Man she was hyper today, well, Edward always said she should be more social... and she'd eaten a bunch of sugar.

Judeau entered a local tavern so as to take a break from his long journey. The barkeep shot him a glance, which he responded with a shake of his head, signaling that no food or drink was necessary. Taking a seat at a small table along the wall, Judeau took this opportunity to check his gear. He examined the two kukri on his person, acknowledging that their blades were razor sharp. Created from the finest metal and cooled in holy water, these were the perfect weapons for any hunter of evil creatures. A pouch of garlic still attached to his belt, as well as a number of holy symbols. He focused his mind and immediately knew that his arcane skills were not being hindered in any way. For the time being, rest was the best option.

Cade paused in his trek as he felt a flickering energy towards the direction of.... Cheydinal? He pivoted in his spot, curious, and decided to go towards the city. Some one powerful was there and he could always learn from them. It would take him half a day to reach there running, using his enhanced abilities. With a kick, he set off.

Nova smiled. "Thankyou." she said taking the cake and walking over to the counter. She sat, watching Marie's excited bouncing. "Who lives here?" she asked, taking a bite of the cake. "Mmmmm..." she said as the cake practically melted in her mouth. Wow, she thought as she took another bite.

Marie smiled. "Lord Edward." She looked at Nova, and ate some more cake. "Hey cook,"
"James." The cook supplied. Marie looked at him, he was young. 'Bout 5 foot 9, nice build. Brown hair cut short, but not army short. He had brown eyes, and if you thought about it, he looked a lot like Marie. Marie didn't think about it though, only gave him a passing glance.
"Can I have some cooking lessons?" She asked.
"Sure." He smiled at her.

For god's sake's man, what did he have to do to get an answer from his guy?! Beat him over the head with the shovel he had in his hands? Actually...that wasn't such a bad idea. But Edward stopped himself and sighed, "Where'd he go?" Edward finally asked, jamming the shovel back into the ground where he stood.

"Can you just please go and get your master." Roan quickly push the stewardess. "I'm in a bit of a hurry and I would like to leave this ....city as soon as possible." Roan said stopping himself from saying Damned City in case of procuring bad emotions.

The stewardess did not like this guys attitude one bit. Plus, the sword freaked her out. "I know just as much as him." She stated, "Who is it you're looking for? If I don't know I might go and get him." She said, though if she really did go get him she'd have this guy striped searched before he ever saw Lord Edward.

"I don't want to talk to some slave of a damned CREATURE!" Roan yelled now getting very angry at the stewardess. "I can tell I'm just wasting my time." he said turning around swiftly. He began heading to the door "Maybe a few dead vampires will draw him out." he said under his breath. as he gripped the sword heavily.

The stewardess was kind of ticked, but if he didn't want to go through the trouble of getting to Edward through her, he was indefinably a hunter. Plus the fact that he had called her a slave to a creature. 'Now where's that snake so I can tell Edward...?' She thought to herself, standing up and finally leaving the poor grapes alone.

Leaving the castle Roan cried out into the evil city. "ALRGIHT! the first vampire who is looking for a fresh meal look no further!" Opening his cloak Roan beckoned any creature of the dark to attack him. "I'll take you all on if I have to." he said screaming into the city unstrapping his sword letting the blade smash into the ground. Gripping the hilt Roan smirked. Time to release some aggression.
