Never before had Asternyx so wanted to simply stay down on the ground. Every limb in her body stung but her face remained as passive as ever. However, a cold voice snapped her attention back into reality and for a moment, Asternyx looked startled...almost frightened. This wasn't just a lesson in a foreign village Academy anymore. Once again, in her mind's eye, she saw the clan elders' abusive Juuken lessons. A single question inserted in her mind. Why? Why would Yokou-sama bother to come here? The head had never shown the slightest sign of pity before.

She had only heard part of Giglamesh's lecture - being partly unconscious before. But it was enough to tell her of Giglamesh's objective. So the Chuunin instructor wanted the students to work together. But why then...? Why, then was the goal was for each of them to hit him five times separately...? Or was that...was that perhaps a way to turn them into competing against one another? Her eyes widened slightly as she saw Tao use the Kawarimi Jutsu. Was that a good idea, to use ninjutsu in a taijutsu match...? But...then again...the point was to utilize all they knew to complement one another's abilities, right? Her eyes cast down to the ground, to a single rock lying next to her feet. Asternyx gulped slightly. She knew ranged techniques were forbidden.

((Its a good idea, because even though i used the jutsu i didn't have any change to the usual melee attack bonus, it was just a fun way of rectifying the whole flying-through-the-air thing in a single post ^_^))

Kaisude definintly wanted to get in on the training these guys and girls were doing. "I knew I should have joined the academy. Oh well." He said and then sat on the side libes avoiding any kind of hits, it was possible that Gig might want to train him. "Which one is you Kin?" He asked Tetta and looked around tring to figure out who it was, befire he answered the question.

Shikamori simply eyed the Uchiha boy with a raised eyebrow. "You...want...to get...beaten up...?" Was the aghast, nearly automated comment. An anime sweatdrop rolled down his forehead. He briefly side glanced at Yokou, whom was still impassively observing the battle. As she was head of the Hyuuga, Yokou...well, she never really bothered directly training clan members prior to the Konoha invasion. Afterwards, she had really emphasized on awareness of enemy positions and dealing against sudden attacks.

Kaisude tryed to find the Hyuuga girl, and barely missed her. The pale skin was what gave her away, he was sure that it was her. He hadn't even noticed that Shikamori and Yokou were here, it was pretty small the training class. Perhaps he could join in on the fight or get some lessons. Most likely he would take an beating from one of his superiors if he had joined, he didn't even have the proper papers.

Hiei stoud up from his sitting posision, haveing both rested up and regained his chakra, He was ready to test out his hand to hand combat abilitys.
Baylonka stoud with him faceing their target. The younger wolf charged in first, jumping at Gig from the left atempting to bite him. Hiei ran right up the middle. He pulled his fist back and prepaired to hit his target.
Just before Bay made contact with the target, He was knocked away by a blow from Gig. He had succsesfully hit him away with a single punch. Meanwhile, he also had Hiai in a mess. When Gig had hit Baylonka, he also ducked and moved his foot out in front of Hiei.
Hiei triped over him, and Gig followed up the movement with a simple push into Hieis back, causeing him to tumble on to the ground. Hiei had enough. He had never been good at close combat. He and baylonka chose to fight at a distance, which was ununsual for a combat team involveing an animal. Hiei stoud and walked over to where Baylonka lay, he sat down next to him and said " you know, I think i'll pass. Stregth isnt my strong suit. "

Tetta heard as Shikamori spoke. He looked foward as he spoke, even though he directed his words at Kai. " Don't let shikamori get you down. He's only going by his exsperiences of getting beat up in school. You really don't need to worry about the academey, as you will far surpass them in ability soon enough. I can understand your want for some combat training though. I can train you the same way they do here if you'd like. Of course you'll be moveing at a higher speed with a much harder difficulty.

"Eh you wait, I will surpass you in no time." He said sort of jokishly, he did mean it though. If he wanted to be stronger he had to surpass everyone stronger then him. It would be hard but it was going to happen eventually, whether he was an old man, or an teenager. "Well then I would like to train at the fastest pace I could train at."

((Don't really need to roll due to wide level gap but just so it won't seem like god-moding. ^_^))

A single rock came whizzing through the air and hit Tetta solidly on the head. "That's not true!" Shikamori grunted, tossing another up and down the air in his left hand. His aim, though not as precise as Yokou's, was still impressive. Meanwhile, Yokou sat as still as ever, twisting a strand of long, dark-blue hair around her right index finger. She was reminiscing of how Shikamori used to lose to their Sannin teacher in every single spar - before developing a way to use the Kagemane to his advantage.
Their Sannin teacher...was a member of the noble Senju clan...descended from the founding father of Konoha, Shodaime Hokage, the ancient Mokouton-weilding Senju leader. His techniques was most unique - if not a rare jewel of the village...the ability to create trees stemmed from his chakra life force. She briefly wondered where was the older Sannin now...even when Museifu was still among the three, the trio had not seen their sensei...for many long years. Was he possibly dead? Though, there were rumors that he was still alive... But why? Why wouldn't he have helped to alleviate Konoha's plight?

( I was so tempted to use the Hakkeshou Kaiten, 8 Divination palms of the Hand: Heavenly spin to counter that, but I like this way better. )
Tetta was hit in the head with the fragement of a rock. He turned his face displeased with shikamori's crude attack. He had bearly been able to see the attack, and could have countered if the uchiha boy and Youkou were farther away. He simply took the hit. " Shikamori-kun. Its been quite a while seince i've had any practice with my combat training. Do you think you have the time to spar with me right now? I asure you the match will note last very long. " he said looking plainly at him. This was true, what he said. Not that the match wouldn't last a long time, but he hadn't been in fight with Yokou's freind seince he became a chunin. Not only that, but shikamori, though they had been in combat at the same time during their travels, had never fought near each other, so the Nara male hadn't seen what he was capable of. " Of course, if your afraid then I won't force you. "

Giglamesh would see the boy tao very luckily use the substitution agint him as he used a rock of which he obtained durring the onslaught from giglamesh, the kick would land directly in to the side of his cheek pushing his head somewhat to the left side. Even from this blow he show's no signs of dammage and onoy closses his eye, The the hyuga remained in front of him alsmot seems to be scared. Giglamesh still had his technique activated so as he suddenly did a hand stand to his left it would look very odd with the afterimages, but standing uspide down on his left hand and arm giglamesh would violently use the length of his legs and he would kick his right back and his left forewards. He was doing a sinlge hand hand stand and he just did the splits to kick at both tao, which was in the air from a kick, and asterny was in front of him, due to being tall he should be able to hit both with ease. But it wassent over yet, not by a long shot, directly after that he would push off with his arm trusting him high in the air, which he wuld turn and flip before coming back down at tao-kun both knees first, he was going to land atop him smashing him greatly if he hit him.
This his look would go to asterny giglamesh would simply seem to disapear, with out the use of chakra giglamesh could almost move at the speed of shushin with out the use of chakra, he would appear to the right side of asterny coming it with a very strong and fast roundhouse kick at the side of her head. Then after that atempted attack he would use the force from hitting her to circle around the oppsite way to come in with a palm at the left side of her face.

((ALL OR NOTHING ********! I EITHER PASS THIS TEST OR TAO IS KNOCKED OUT!))
Tao coughed up blood as Gig-Sensei's technique turned him and * into seemingly weightless breathing targets. Both of the attacks landed with brutal force, striking Tao not only in the head but also again in the side of his chest as he flew back. Whatever this technique was, it was almost certainly overkill in its use against simple academy students.
Still, Tao had just a hint of life still left in him. He knew that if he missed here, he'd be wide open and Gig would be able to knock him out by breathing on him.
Tao landed on his hands, and with effort rarely seen in his young form (at least physically), twisted his body around, launching yet another kick at Gig's shins.

Tao frowned as he landed flat on his face. It was fairly obvious that at this point, he was a sitting duck.
"You know, Gig-sensei, landing my first four hits in a row was certainly a feat, wasn't it?" he said, already feeling the consciousness slip away.
