"Well, not that I know of," Kasiya admitted, "but he's in Hoenn right now, and he couldn't come with me to Mount Moon, so I wanted to get him a souvenir," she explained. She reached out and tickled Mihoshi. "You must be the newborn Togepi," she cooed. "You're even more adorable than I thought!"

Nina and Mihoshi both smiled. "Yeah, she just hatched the other day." Nina recalled the events of last night. "It surprised me quite a bit when I saw her and Cupcake both using Water Gun against Flareon, back in the Silph building." Nina reached over and scratched Flareon's head. "But, we're all friends again." Cupcake replied, "Zumare!" and nodded at Flareon with a smile.

 An old Twistedspoon lays on the ground. Magical properties seem to be emitted from the object. Why not pick it up?

"Flareon, eh?" Kasiya said, and motioned for Flareon to jump up on the bed beside her, which he did. "If Ariel had touched the Fire Stone instead of the Water Stone, she'd be like you," she said, stroking the Fire Pokemon's mane.
"Flare! Flare!" he barked, loving the attention. Kasiya could see a hint of sadness in his eyes.
"Nina," Kasiya asked, still petting Flareon, "so who does he belong to?" Ariel jumped up as well, lying next to Flareon. The two Eons nuzzled noses, making happy sounds.

((Okay. I'm having a really tough time remembering if you've met Kilik or not. xd ))
"He... belongs to Kilik," she replied. "Flareon basically abandoned him last night after my incident with him, and I've been taking care of him ever since."

Nina let out a sigh. "I know that Kilik is in no shape right now to be taking care of his Pokemon, much less himself... I wonder if there's any way we could find a new Trainer for Flareon."

Flareon lowered its head, looking sad. Ariel nuzzled him, and put her head down too. Kasiya petted them both, staring out the window and looking somewhat distant. Shocker nuzzled down in her lap, but she hardly noticed. "Kilik..." Kasiya said quietly. "What drove him to Team Rocket? Doesn't he know that they almost killed us the other day?" she asked Nina, her face stern. "We can't let him be free, Nina. We have to find him and turn him in no matter what. Before someone else gets hurt!"

"My guess is that he was promised wealth and power," she replied. "However, that's all they are-- promises. I doubt his boss, Giovanni or whatever it was that Kilik said his name was, actually plans to grant him those things." Nina scratched Mihoshi's head almost absentmindedly. "I was actually rather scared that he had planned on stealing my Pokemon," she replied honestly.

"He killed someone," Kasiya said. "He took away that man's life. He probably had a wife, children, and maybe even grandchildren. Kilik took him from them." She sighed, and pulled Shocker into her arms. "Stolen Pokemon can be returned to their owners," she said. "The president's life, however...." she trailed off, hoping Nina knew where she was going with that sentence.

"Can not." Nina finished Kasiya's sentence. "After taking the life of another, one will not be the same. They have tasted what it is that they can truly do, and will continue..." A couple of tears fell from Nina's eyes onto Mihoshi's head.
"He must be visited by retribution. Not only did he take a life, but he gave the perfect Pokeball to the leader of his organization."

((By the way, you may consider looking in the Marketplace for your kiki. The lowest price I saw was like... 31.8k. Just a thought. 3nodding ))
