Anna gave no response to the jerk-off's comment about her mother, and merley gave him a dark smirk. Once he had talked about keeping a "low profile," she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her red eyes. "Yeah, um that's not what I asked you, dur-dur-dur!" She put her uncrossed arm to her shoulder and pat it back in forth. "But since you mentioned it, low-key stuff is too **** difficult for me. So I think I'll just head inside m'kay?" She said the last word with a slighty quirky edge, and an odd amount of cheeryness. But in a second it was gone and her usual expression returned.
Once inside, Anna walked in on the happy family sitting around. "Aww, I'm sorry. Am I interupting something?" Anna asked with false sinserity.

"Actually, I did, your just too dense to connect the dots." Sickle muttered as she walked in. Turning to Kairi, he said, "Whoever her father is, I'm sure she takes after him in the worst ways." He turned and cut some more metal off, and started replacing the hole with some wood trim for the door. "Hammer, Please." he asked as he reached into his tool belt and grabbed some nails.

"No s*** shurlock." Anna said in a dry sarcasm, but it seemed to have an odd tinge of sadness in it... But the hatred in her voice seemed to drown it out.

"Not at all, Anna." Super waved her off - apparently, the hedgehog hadn't noticed her absence at all. "Although I'd like it if you were real to us, no use in faking it." Super gave a knowing smile and found some wood in an older room, and pulled it out. "Found the trim board. I was wondering why it was in my study." He said, thinking out loud. "Hmm... Sparky, I hear Nadia crying again, why don't you and Anna go check on her?" He asked. He realized earlier that Anna was always on edge- but Sparky had that innate ability to catch anyone off guard with her unending kindness.

"Faking it?" Anna gave a ironic life. "Well apperently you haven't known my mom long enough, because she was the queen of false pretenses. Why do you think she's so d*** happy all the time? Or did you not know about her other half?" Anna crossed her arms and shifted her weight onto her hip, and let her tail flip slightly. When she heard Super brush her off and dump her to Sparky, she was alittle annoyed, but not too much. Even in the short period she had been in the resistance, Sparky had been kindhearted and warm to everyone, and Anna respected that. She may not have understood it, but the fact someone else could was admirable. "Sure, why not." Anna said, in an almost sincere voice. "It'd be interesting what Beo's love interest was like as a little one."
Anna seemed to get pulled back slightly when she heard herself use that phrase.... Her dad said that Lea had called anything shorter than herself that.... After giving a slight headshake, she went with Sparky without another word.

As they walked by, Super grabbed her arm quickly, Sparky couldn't see because she had just entered the room. "Shape up, I won't have you yelling and arguing around my house and especially my wife and daughter. Stop bad-mouthing your mother, as well. I don't know who told you about your mother, but she is genuinely happy among her best friends here. Stop comparing her to the stories you've hear or how she was after whatever the hell happened after losing Sickle and Kai, she's a different person to us, here, in this time." He was gruff and commanding, but he had an inkling of care in his eyes. He truly wished for the best for his friends, and did not want discontent to set in in these new turn of events. He let go of Anna and picked up a odd walkie-talkie. Back when they had met and were almost caught with protecting Sickle from G.U.N, they had gone through trials where they had to split up from time to time, especially on a mission. Super had made these small things so everyone could contact anyone on a moment's notice. Super flipped the switch and selected a name from the list as Anna left the room.
He hoped Lea would answer.

Anna looked at Super, challenging him with her eyes, but then noticed that he was sincere. She rolled her shoulders slightly, gave a nod, and went on her way. "Well s***, that guy's worse than the wolf!" She thought in annoyence. Part of her actually pitied the poor fool.... Her mom had played the part so well that those bozos actually thought that she was a generally contented girl, while inside she was being torn apart by relapses, haunting memories, and a side of her that would kill without hesitation. All of these seemed to describe herself as well, but she shook her head and moved on with her thinking.
Anna hadn't intended for them to think that she was badmouthing her mom, she would never do that. Her mom was a saint, a tortured, despereate for love saint. In all honesty she had hoped that maybe what she said would have shown them that there was more to Lea, and that she needed help to keep her sane...but apparently they didn't give a d***...
---
"Oh God...." Lea gasped, covering her eyes with her hand and turning her head away from the torn remains of the boy that had caused this aweful nightmare to happen. His body was limp, blood dripping down it, harpooned by a shattered palm tree trunk. Apparently the seperation for them had caused him to go slightly off course. For once, Lea was glad that her aim was off.
When they had transported, Lea only remembered being flown into a thick dense brush. Trees loomed overhead, and the only way to know that it had mountains on it was to run into one. But she knew it was an island...it smelled of saltwater....probably the ocean... Only she had no idea which one or where. She had walked around for hours, every so often having to swat away bugs and whatnot. There were no wild animals, except for occasional birds kawing, so more than likley it had been cleared out for populating....
Backing away slowly from the body and the smell of blood, Lea turned about and was about to walk forward when-
Shwoop!
Lea tumbled headfirst down a large ravine, being bounced around on her head and legs, until she landed face first into the ground. She kept her eyes closed, rubbing her head sorely, and then placed her hand forward onto the pavment. "Pavement?" Lea looked down to see her hand was on fairly solid concrete. "Oh God...please don't tell me..." With a painfully slow headlift, Lea looked up to see a huge military base, only it was still being finished. Droids and arial robots were carrying huge loads of building materials, hovering back and forth between huge barges on the shore of the mountains. G.U.N. was plastered over every crate.
"Well...it didn't take them long to get over it." She shrugged and picked herself up. It had been rumored that G.U.N. was planning to make a new Prision Island in place of the first that had been blown up; apparently they were right.
Suddenly, Lea felt something vibrate in her pocket. Automatically she jumped into the underbrush, right before robots turned to see if she was there. Frantically clicking on her cloaking device, Lea heard the robots come around the tree. Even with head radars, she was invisible to their sight. Once they finally departed back to their task, Lea gave a small sigh of relief and got out the small transmitter in her pocket. It was on a G.U.N. frequency, which confused her, but she put it to her mouth anyway.
"H-Hello?"

"Lea? It's Super. No doubt you saw some of what happened on the television." Super started off with. He heard loud construction in the background, and some metal. Understandably, He asked, "Where are you?" He finished.
"Outside is pretty much done, Super. Oh, you got the trimboard, I'll get on that. Kairi, would you mind grabbing those extra pieces?" He asked, lifting up a stack of woof in his arms. It's not the fact he couldn't lift them, it was the point that he couldn't stably hold unto all of it at once. Super merely pointed at it and continued with the call.

"Super! Thank God..." Lea said with relief, purring her hand on her head and letting it slide down her face slightly. "I thought I was getting contacted by people here...Yeah I did see what happened....and Annalee...Annalee! Oh God, i-is she over there, is she safe?!" Lea didn't seem concerend, or just sort of blocked out, by Super's question of where she was. Her only true concern was her daughter.

"Future girl? Yeah, I saw her. I don't know who her father is, but Lea, choose wisely. She doesn't seem to deny much, but she doesn't speak very highly of you, it seems." Super said bluntly, but he added, "Future World must suck." He guessed that while Lea may have a rough idea what happened in the Future, all that was moot now, and Super decided to get down to business of calling. "Slash told us about the future visits that one time, and I'd like to know a bit more about it. From what I've gathered this time, The Time machine which I thought completely imposable, is not only one-way but I invented it, apparently." Super paused a moment for Lea to digest the information, then continued on, "I'd like for you to explain what happened to Annalee before. How she returned, if she changed at all... The Future is changed now, and I've seen no notable differences between Anna and Beo - I'll tell you more about Beo later. I just need you here, now. Where are you, and where's your Brother?"
((If by this time Slash has gone nuts or something, just ignore the 'and where's your Brother' part.))

((If you hadn't noticed, Slash was nuts already. -_____-; But as far as the whole phsyco killer thing that be a no. He is however working for the government again, or at least really small branches of it, so you may end up dealing with some Slash tech on the way. And he likey to blow things up. -_-; )

"That's so odd..." Lea trailed off, totally confused by what Super was saying. "I thought maybe she'd be rough towards Shadow, but he never said anything about me....." She listened as Super spoke, and seemed to be silent for a moment. "Yeah...the future...the future's no good...and I imagine it hasn't changed for the better..." She then heard him ask where she and Slash were. "Slash is over at a government base somewhere, working on mechanics stuff.... Stupid idiots didn't tell him where the heck it was, only took him in a fricken hummer.... And me....well, let's just say I'm on "New Prison Island." She stood up, still invisible, and looked about the busy scene of robots. "Didn't take them long to get up and build a new one... For all I know Slash could be around here somewhere."

Super was sitting in his study now, near his computer. He flipped on a program he created and started to swap between camera's he had posted throughout Station Square. "That would explain the extra supplies and resources coming out of the G.U.N. Headquarters here in Station Square." He clicked around toward the harbor shot, where he saw a Chinese freighter loaded with what seemed to be imports on clothing was currently talking to a member of G.U.N. in full decoration. They seemed to be arguing. "I won't ask how you got there, but whatever you do, be careful. This Anna has to be different somehow, because from what I've gathered from the most recent future, Sickle and Kai are dead and I've heard nothing on Slash. It doesn't even seem like she knows him. All she has done is speak harshly and be cruel to everyone around her." He decided it would be a bad idea to sugercoat these things, even if it was about Lea's future daughter.
"By the way, I doubt this Anna is the same one that you met before, I take it. The future changed since last time the past was meddled with, and with Beo and Anna's appearance, I don't know how it is now." He explained. "Temporal mechanics are something that should never be trifled with or attempted. I don't understand why I decided to go through with it. If I had to guess... The future is worse off now then it was before Annalee's first visit to the past." The hedgehog spoke gravely now as he switched to the camera near the G.U.N. base. "Hmm... What this?" He asked aloud, knowing Lea could fully hear him. "Brass is leaving the complex. Wonder what's so important that the Commander of G.U.N. itself is leaving his cushy little job of power."

Lea was in total honsety very confused by what Super was saying. Though she had talked with Slash every so often about alternate time lines, if she and Slash knew about the future then how could it had changed? Or...was that the reason it changed? When she heard that Kairi and Sickle were dead in the future, she put her hand over her mouth in mild shock. She knew that Sickle was in trouble because of his being a government project, but what did Kairi have to do with it? Maybe just the fact that she was romanticlly involved caused her to be guilty by affiliation....
Suddenly part of her heart seemed to lurch slightly..... Was Slash still the cause of all this.....? Was he truly destined to become a horrible monster because of her...? Lea was about to ask Super the horrible question, when he mentioned something about Bass leaving the main G.U.N. headquarters to go somewhere. "Oh, that senile old coot? Who knows.... Dude's more clueless than Dunnel, and probaly twice as mean. Of course then there's that whole "holding grudes" thing..... He may be going to take out a new target. Probably something that holds alot of significance for the wellbeing of the-" Almost immediatley something struck a chord. "Oh God Super....he's probably gonna go after you guys! I mean, if just that black wolf's showing up here caused such a commotion, imagine what's gonna happen when they realize this has to do with the future!" She trailed off a minute, looking down for a moment. "Unless they already do..."
