Da_Nuke That's why 90% of my games are American. I hate when these Japanese suits say they will release something only in Japan. I've slowly began to despise Japanese companies for that. So I made the switch to American companies. I'd do that, but I really can't stand a lot of American games. They're just not linear enough. A lot of American games are very open-ended, and it could take years before you complete every task. Japanese developers are also more inclined to produce the kinds of games I like, and not only that, but they usually make them in a graphical style that I prefer, whereas in America, developers usually strive for uber-realistic macho kinds of games.

There are two Death Note games out in Japan that I'm hoping will come here. American companies take a while to actually bring anime games here and only do so when that series is extremely popular. So Death Note might not come for a while.

Eh, good point. Though I'm precisely not much into FPS games. I have a couple of these and I can play them, but all the FPS I have are about the World War II (yeah, I used to watch a lot of History Channel). I'm more into simulators and RPGs. Stuff like Alpha Centauri, Freelancer, Morrowind or Simcity 4. I was addicted to the last one since I found out my computer could actually play this thing under Windows 2000. 3nodding

I agree with falafel. The japanese are just so much more creative.
