Yeah, it basically was an extended episode. The Simpsons is one of very few television shows (Family Guy not among them) that still make me laugh on a regular basis. MadTV is another, but that's really hit-and-miss, and House is a third (even though it isn't comedy).

The episode's called "Damned If You Do", and it's the 5th episode of the 1st season. Like every other episode ever, it's awesome.

Also, I consider House to be more of a comedian than anyone I'd want telling me what's wrong with me, regardless of the lives he's saved.
