Dorothy stepped calmly through the trees. "Toto hurry up!" She whispered through the trees. "Them spoting me is bad, but them seeing you might be worst." She stepped into the light, she could hear people screaming as she fell to the floor. "Toto why? Why won't they listen? It's just going to make it worst." The tiger cub finally pounced out from the trees and licked at Dorothy's face. "At least you understand," She told him standing up. "We have to get to the volcano. Maybe someone will listen there." Dorothy untied her cloak from around her neck and stuffed it into her bag. Toto sighed at her, and Dorothy laughed."Oh come on. Don't chicken out on me. I'll make you a deal. Last one there get's the other one a big dinner." Toto jumped and took off running. Dorothy laughed and put her bag on her back. "Get all the head start you want. I can still run faster," She said as she took off running. Her legs pounded the ground and she flew across the land.

Thackery climbed down the tree when he felt it was safe, why had that..."Madam Viliflix" looked right at him, and why hadn't she attacked, had she NOT seen him?????? it confused him, and made him paranoid. he began hiding every chance he got, and scoping out the area around him.
It took a long time and it was nearing sunrise, but he finally made it to his first town in the Lightning Kingdom, Talon Town. {{feel free to make up towns and cities its all for fun lol}}
He walked right to the Inn and got a room. he unpacked his things and set off into the town to explore and observe, and possible recruit.

Dorothy caught up to Toto and slowed her pace to stay with him. "Toto, we need to set up the plan. You're not going to be able to run al the way to the volcano, so..."She heard Toto growl, "No I don't mean it that way. I know you could be we'd both be to tired to talk to them. We have to stop at least midway." Toto looked at her and showed his teeth, Dorothy could tell that he wasn't mad anymore. "There is a town, right on the edge, but we're going to have to pull the cute kitty reutine." Toto stopped in his tracks and Dorothy slowed her self down."Oh come on! Don't be like that! You know that kids love you!" She walked over to him."I mean it's not my fault they don't listen when I say your a boy. Please do this! I don't wanna sleep in a tree again." Toto sighed, and Dorothy hugged him, "Thank-you Toto!"

Ada stood and stared at the man walking towords her and Artimus. Artimus stepped in front of Ada and asked, in a teenage boys voice,"What do you want?" His grey eyes looked straight into the eyes of the man.

Dorothy and Toto took off running again. They would stop when they got to Bridgedale, just on the Edge of the Earth Kingdom.

flightless angel10 Ada stood and stared at the man walking towords her and Artimus. Artimus stepped in front of Ada and asked, in a teenage boys voice,"What do you want?" His grey eyes looked straight into the eyes of the man. Tai grinned evilly. "To fight." he said simply. He then continued towards them. As he walked, he used his free hand to summon a skeletal warrior. It followed him, matching his every step.

Ada started to back away slowly and pulled out her two handed sword. Useing her control over fire, she covered the blade in flames. Artimus looked at the skeletal warrior and said,"Interesting. I've never seen anything like that before. Oh, may I ask why you want to fight a helpless sixteen year old girl?" Artimus looked at Ada, who was becoming nervous, and back at the man.

Tai continued walking towards them.
"Does it really matter?" he asked, tilting his head to one side, "Afterall, you're going to die here, so what's the point of knowing?"
He began twirling his Dragon Katana by the hilt as he neared them. He grinned evilly as he thought of how nicely they would be sliced to bits.

Artimus got angry at the man and hissed at him. He turned to Ada and said,"Ada run! It's no use fighting him. He's stronger then you." Ada looked at Artimus and argued,"But what about you, Artimus? He'll kill you!!" "Just go!", Artimus said angrily as he turned to the man. Ada put her sword away and grabbed Artimus. She then turned into a shadow and disappered.

Tai grinned as he saw them disappear. To him, there was nothing like the thrill of the hunt. He continued to twirl his Dragon Katana as he walked in the direction that he saw Ada run before she disappeared,

Ada appeard at her house with Artimus in her arms. "Are you okay Artimus?", Ada asked knowing Artimus had never been in shadow form before. "............", Artimus was silent, but seemed okay. Ada set him down and went to her room. She grabbed the plushie bunny her parents gave her for her 5th birthday and squeezed it tight for comfort. artimus came into her room and said really excited,"THAT WAS AWSOME!!!! LET'S DO IT AGAIN!! huh......." He noticed that she was curled up with her plushie, but couldn't keep that teenage soul from peeking every once and awhile.

Tai eventually got down the general street that Ada's house was on(assuming she lives in a neighborhood) and walked down it. He looked from house to house, still remaining on the street. His armor made a metal clinking sound as the peices of steel collided with eachother while he walked. Along with that, there was the distinct whistling of him twirling his katana.

artimus heard the clincking of the man's armor and whispered to Ada,"We have to leave. Leave to somewhere else. Maybe a different kingdom." "Leave!", Ada tried to whisper the word as best she could. "But I'm not leaving this house. It's my home. It was our home.", Ada whispered keeping back her tears. "You can't hide her forever, Ada. You have to leave and let go.", Artimus whispered.

Tai stopped by one house, he had a feeling that the people he was looking for might be in it. He walked up the path and sliced through the door. As he walked in a man who had heard the door fall to the ground came around a corner and broke a baseball bat over Tai's head. He turned slowly and faced the man. He was one of those old people who could beat the crap out of just about any person who messed with them.
"Wha-What the hell are you?" he said, looking at the handle to the now shattered bat.
"You're worst nightmare," Tai said in response, lifting his katana.
Blood flecked the walls like red pain flung from a brush as Tai swung. Tai walked out the doorway, now knowing it was the wrong house, and moved on, leaving the man lying in a pool of red. As it turned out, though not to Tai's knowing, the house of the people he was searching for was across the street from the one he entered.

Ada hesitated, but knew she had to leave. She packed her most prized possesions and looked at the house one last time. A tear had fallen from her eye and onto her floor. she knew that she might never see her house again. She then grabbed Artimus and turned into a shadow and disappered.
