{{Well if someone dicides to act them out then they can become their character instead of being a NPC. But otherwise they are characters that I move, unless there is a time when I'm like on on or such and someone needs the NPC to talk. For example, let's say.... another person joins as one of the suitors that the king is looking for for his daughter. Now let's say I am currently having Alyia in her room reading. Then the suitor or king person has the will to say that Alyia comes to the thone room, and they can make her talk. Understand?}}
