CupcakeCunt Jaiden Stryker CupcakeCunt Jaiden Stryker People love to hate it because it's not like everything other genre... meaning that it's dominated by Blacks. Not every white person that dislikes rap is a racist. It's offensive that you would make such a large generalization. I'm sure some bigots hate rap because "Blacks" are the genre's main contributors. But not all "crackers" feel that way. I'm aware of this. Rappers themselves prove this. Eminem, Lil' Wyte, Paul Wall, and more. I wasn't implying what you took it as in the least bit. What I'm saying is that there is a reason mainstream America feels the way it feels about rap. I know you didn't mean it that way. But that's how it sounded. Alot of people don't like the message it puts across. But then agian every where you look in the media it talks about the same things. People aren't used to change, that's why I think that they dislike rap. It's not what their used to. People seem to have more problems with their kids liking rap than they do when their 15 year old son is wearing eyeliner and black tights from being influenced by metal. People call rap, "Black music." And I'll tell you, Blacks weren't the first to call it Black music. When hip-hop was born, it wasn't just the Black community, but the Latin, and White community as well. But when the focus began shifting to the Rap branch as opposed to Hip-Hop's other branches, that's when it became "Black music" in the eyes of mainstream America. That's why the ignorant say things like, "Rap sucks. It's just talking about the ghetto, killing, hos, and smoking weed." 'Coincidentally,' those are also Black stereotypes. "It's guys just butchering the English language." Also 'coincidentally' a Black stereotype. See a pattern here? While it's pretty obvious that not Whites have this mentality, there are many that do. And knowing this, many Whites are quick to jump on the defensive when someone points it out. This is usually because they feel that it's eventually going to turn into someone saying all Whites do it, so they're trying to hurry up and point out that it's not true before it's even stated otherwise. wink But chances are slim that someone is going to state otherwise, for the examples I already provided. (Eminem, Paul Wall, etc...)

I hope that you don't think I'm being hostile or anything. I'm just very thorough when explaining how I feel. Sometimes people get intimidated and/or think I'm getting serious. But that's not the case.

Jaiden Stryker Rap is the infamous musical genre of music. WWE had DX, X-Men have Magneto, and music has Rap. People love to hate it because it's not like everything other genre... meaning that it's dominated by Blacks. People like to bash what's different and what they cannot understand. And in order to keep their uneducated opinions factual in their eyes, they purposely remain ignorant. If they chose to do research, it would defeat their current views. Nobody likes to be proven wrong in the end, so that's why most will forever remain ignorant. ur cool ma ***** dats wut i try 2 say in tha GD xd

Every generation has a previous Generation that hates our new music. people used to say blues was devil music, and then rock, and now rap Everyone has there own opinion, you cant expect everyone to like something just because a large group of people do.
