"... I'll pretend I didn't hear that." Bruhan muttered "In the meantime, you've been sitting there waiting for breakfast, and not making a peep, are ye not hungry after all?"

At the assumption that he will be travelling with you, Master Dreggis smiles sadly. "I am afraid I cannot come along . . . it seems that while I was tending the sick, I contracted the illness as well. Instead, one of my older students, Hurgun, will go with you." Hurgun, a half orc druid, nods at you from the other end of the breakfast table.
"As for your route . . . Hurgun has a map. You will have to decide which way to travel. The most direct route passes through dangerous and difficult terrain . . . deep forests and dark swamps, and there are believed to be a number of goblins in the area. You could try an alterate route, if you like. But either way . . . it is a long journey, and it may take you some time. If have had packs of supplies packed for you, but they will probably not be enough for the entire journey."

"Who, me?" "No not really, thaught I was, but not anymore." I grab a little bacon and just nibble on it, listening to master Dreggis.<<<in response to Bruhan A bit of excitment rushes over me at the knowledge of another half-orc in the party. "Ok, anther question, what are the nearest towns in the direction we will be goin." "O, down the dangerous route, a goblin can't be the worst of problems, so do you know of any rumors, about worse monsters, or other than goblins, is it pretty unknown."

"Let us take a look at this map then" said Bruhan "While the most direct route is the fastest, If we cant get through it in one piece, it isn't worth it."

"I second that, I don't wanna go get minced on my first adventure," "plus, I'd like to avoid as much negative confrontation as possible."

Xanatavian Xavier "this leads me to my question whats in it for me" i say with general distaste "are their any perks i might receive for my service mmaybe consolation". "Continued free tution." OOC: Sorry, slight delay here is caused by the map and my forgetting to think about distances involved when planning things . . . having to redo some stuff.

"Honestly, just having the chance to get new weapons, maybe even rare ones, is enough for me," I say trying hard not to show to much excitement. "Plus free tuition is always good too."

"Free tuition will not be an issue if we can't find a cure for the illness" growled Bruhan, "And I'm not too sure a bunch of goblins are going to be toting any magical weapons, though we all know a horde of those can take down any adventurer no matter how well equipped."
(( Take your time with the map, but uh...no dragons please?))
