The Iron Magus IlilotIblake The Iron Magus IlilotIblake I would have never think of Flarn being a vampire. But, that makes sense now. But, why would the Zurg want him as a Vampire? It does make sense that Zooeep addicted him to Darknrgy, jsut to use him as a ultimate weapon. But why would Mother want him alive as a Vampire? Dx I'm not sure they wanted him as a vampire. They probably weren't entirely sure how the resurrection experiment would turn out.Wait. They use the G-Virus to bring him back, so how can he be a vampire? We don't know for sure if it was the G Virus as we know it, or even if it was the G Virus at all. We just know that he was brought back through a team effort of the Zurg and G Corp. What if Zhivago dude was the one that turned Flarn into a vampire?

Since the 19ers had WWAAYYYY more contact with the UFOs than anyone else xD;;

Oh for the love of... This is not directed at you TIM, just the people suffering under the wrong assumption.
The G Virus has nothing to do with Zombies OR the undead. Not in the direct sense. The G Virus is a serum that causes the fusion of two seperate entities into a new being. The entire and ONLY reason the zombies came about was because the G Virus got loose and bonded with necrotic tissue from the dead labtech. It doesn't turn you into a zombie by default.
TIM, it's a good theory, but unfortunate to say, a little too creative to actually be used on gaia. xp The admin would have to pull a real hat trick to try and pass that one off, and I just think they will more than likely play it on the safe side. Its a good theory, but we already have mention of blood being attached to the plot. Good lateral thinking though as I said once again.

I suppose that with the rules they've set for it, it could be used for pretty much any effect, depending on what you bond together. 0_o
Still, it has something to do with reserch on immortality... that HAS been verified.
You might be right about it being too creative. But it's fun to throw around ideas. whee
And what about blood being attatched to the plot? Are you just talking about the pendant?

Maybe Ian is immortal and that's why they knew the bullet wouldn't kill him. You know, since Ian really seems like the odd one out in all of this.

Wow! I was blown away from the theory that TIM put out. Vincente, if you are saying that the G Virus is a serum that causes fusion, maybe Zhivago wanted it. Maybe he wanted to kidnap Ian, so in exchange he can get the G Virus.
I noticed that at the end when the UFOs went back to their homes, there were recruiting people for the G-Corp. I kinda felt suspicious about it, but I just let it be. Now that this is happening, I feel that they will organize their plans again.

And what about blood being attatched to the plot? Are you just talking about the pendant?Yeah, the blood pendant just seems an obvious lead in. And theories are fun, but only feasible when based upon the right facts. There was no problem with YOUR posts, it was that everyone else automatically assumed the G Virus meant undead. You know how mislearned facts bother me. Gotta get things straight before you can expound upon them. Anyways you are right about the research of immortality, so a sort of half life could mean something.

Also, maybe Zhivago wanted the G Virus to fuse vampire blood with something else to create a race of super vampires.

I have a question, I know there is probably a valid reason but, if Zhivago is truly a vampire, why does he need night vision? ((I'm hoping the artists drew it that way fro the benefit of the Gaians...))

Sakura_Madison Also, maybe Zhivago wanted the G Virus to fuse vampire blood with something else to create a race of super vampires. Just like MY theory in the other thread. xd hmmmm I should go fetch that and see what other people have to think about it. It kinda got lost in the shuffle after all.

KibaB I have a question, I know there is probably a valid reason but, if Zhivago is truly a vampire, why does he need night vision? ((I'm hoping the artists drew it that way fro the benefit of the Gaians...)) Well, for one to partially shield his identity, though the people watching for it figured it out easily enough. And for the second... we are automatically assuming that vampires have night vision? When it comes to gaia, we can't take anything for granted, including the definition of what constitutes a vampire. Just like TIM suggested, you can't fall into the trap of assuming it will be a traditional vampire. I think he has a great theory to think outside the box with... just a few too many connections to other plots to be feasible. Still, parts of it are perfectly possible, and I think it is a good thing he suggested them.
