I don't eat candy, I don't drink soda... WTFFFFFFFF I pretty much have a healthy diet so I would think that a healthy diet without exercise would atleast make me stay at the same weight... not gain ******** 20lbs. I may have like a pizza slice once a week.
If I start running, I'm going to run myself till exhaustion.

Nah, you won't run yourself into exhaustion. xD You might get tired and need a nap once a day, but you won't die from it. I have a high metabolism, so I don't reall have to do anything to get the food into my system, it just doesn't really take any affect. :'D

My mom says it's part of growing up. I say ******** that. I can't attract someone if I'm letting myself go. And good god I can't stand looking at myself cuz of the ugly stretch marks. I don't even know if working out will tighten the skin back up but god I hope so.

I'm more dedicated to losing weight now (and I want to tighten the skin on my stomach); I refuse to have my tattoo artist see my fat gross belly with stretch marks on it... and wouldn't want my tattoo coming out badly and stretching and stuff. It'll be along my side.

Darn it! I'm a soda addict, eat nowhere near healthy, and eat maybe 1-2 meals a day, yet I have trouble gaining. Stupid metabolism. >.>
I have managed to gain a few pounds after two weeks of having lunch at a fastfood place everyday (The one good thing about band camp, seriously). Went from 106 to 108. Since I have one more week of that routine, hopefully I can hit 109 or 110.

Apparently Joy is the same... she tried to gain weight and instead lost it.
Oh well... I had that when I was in HS, ate whatever the hell I wanted... lots of crap. Time to realized I'm getting old and fat and time to either do something about it or turn out some fat ********>

So you're saying that I might "outgrow" it soon? I know that my dad was the same way in high school, so that would make sense.

SordoTortue Did you know that if you only eat a meal a day. It grins more weights. If you eat three meals a day, and walk at least 1 hour, or jog for 30 mins. Youll be losing weights if you keep do thatdaily. i had same problem, I only eat once a day and drink a lot of water and it gained so Dr offered me. It works a lot I weighed less than I currently do, when I was only eating a meal a day. I was 80 pounds, but now i'm 97. So I don't think that's very accurate. Atleast not in my case.

PukeFacedFreak Minardi655 Hey, that's like what I do. Though I eat about two meals a day...well more sometimes...I can't eat very much to begin with sweatdrop My stomach is quite evil. I was losing weight, then I got a boyfriend..I've gained like 3 pounds..though that could have been the chinese food from yesterday, hmm. Well either way he likes going out to eat >.< That's why I gained in 2years. I was dating someone and we always went out to eat.Yeah, that's what my parents said too sweatdrop But we've grown out of the 'going out to eat' phase....though my parents still think we go out to eat all the time....I'm sure I've been eating half of what I used to >.> Now we just go to his place and hang out, but I can't tell my parents that so eating out it was I say....silly parents mrgreen

Eating smaller portions of healthier food is a good idea. Lots of water and even light snacks in the day like apple or banana are good. I guess a good tip is don't eat anything past 6pm. It's hard for me to do that one though.

Yeah small meals like that and lots of water work the best. I did it for a while and lost a few pounds, and have kept most of it off. And as for the not eating past 6 thing...if I'm up and hungry I usually eat a little something, like a granola bar with some pineapple :3
