Arc looked at the little pixie girl as she explained to him about origami. He only heard a little of it from his foster mother but he never really tried it himself. If he ever touched paper it would usually be something to read rather than to fold up. It was good that she practiced something like paper folding though. He could never fold paper, otherwise he would start to feel just a little bad.
"Peace crane?" Peace crane...where did he hear that before? He knew someone told him about them but he forgot who. Man did he hate it when he couldn't remember the simplest things. Of course he could remember elaborate spell incantations but when it came to paper folding he was as dumb as a rock. Just wonderful. "Deepest wish, huh? Well what do you wish for then, Ophelia?" He asked out of curiosity. He would think that maybe she would want to wish for her tattered wings to be fix. The kunkun doubted she could fly with them at this time.

The girl's tattered wings fluttered slightly as Arc asked her about her plans. As it was predicted, her wish had something to do with her wings, though the younger (acting) of the two would phrase it very simply:
"Ophelia wants to be able to fly!" Her little arms hugged onto Rufus as she thought about the day when she'd be able to fly. It was horrible having wings and not being able to do anything with them but make horrible noise. Her eyes fell to the ground as her mind began to think about something else.
When her black eyes rose again, she had a smile on her face and a question floating out of her mouth: "...does Arc have a wish?"

Arc smiled at Ophelia's answer, knowing she would want to fly if she had wings. It was sad to have tattered wings that you could never use. He could say he knew how she felt, but he honestly didn't. Never had any type of wings in his life, especially not broken wings. He felt a pang of profound sadness for the kunkun. "That's a good wish, Ophelia," he started, taking Ophelia's hand lightly. "I hope it comes true."
A wish? Well I wouldn't mind being taller I suppose. He thought fondly, remembering how he's still teased for being the shortest in his group. It made him feel a bit insignificant at times to be so short. Yet he didn't think that it would be the first thing he would wish for if he only had one wish.
"My wish?" He couldn't think of anything at all to be honest. He was never very materialistic and was used to helping people before himself. A small musing hum followed before his answer. "I wish for you to have your wings fixed," he finally answered with a smile. He didn't want anything but he could see how much the small pixie kunkun wanted to fly.

Being the eager little kunkun she was, she bounced in place on the tips of her hooved feet, waiting anxiously to hear an answer. Yet the answer she got was very unexpected, and it almost seemed like a mirror-image of her own wish.
Almost.
"...but... why would you make a wish for someone else?" It just didn't seem right. How could someone's deepest and strongest wish be for someone else? not necessarily understanding the intricacies that might go on in someone else's head, she looked at him with large unblinking eyes. Arc needed to give her an answer, or she felt her head would go "BOOM!"

They were almost the same size yet at that point his assumption before was correct. Ophelia was much younger than he was, even though they were near the same height. Why am I so small in any universe?! He shook that thought off and lightly smiled at the little pixie, taking one of her small hands in his own, grasping it gently.
"Well, Ophelia, I want to make a wish for someone else because I don't have anything big that I truly want myself. It's better to give than to receive as most would say, and I do want you to fly." That was the best way he could enumerate it. He could only assume how much she would love to fly, and he would be happy to see her flying.

"...better to give than to receive..." she whispered softly, her pure black eyes blinking softly as she repeated the words. Her tiny fingers which still held onto Rufus seemed to tighten as if making certain he wouldn't fall down. After a bit, she seemed to go into deep thought as her eyes drifted from Arc's face to the floor.
It would take a few minutes, but then she'd ask "Does Arc have any paper with him?" If it was better to give, then she could give Arc a present right now.

When he noticed her eyes drifting away from his he started to worry a little. Did he make her upset somehow? He was about to explain what he said a bit more, so that she wouldn't worry but then she started again. "Paper?" He repeated more to himself, putting a finger on his chin to think.
Paper? Where could I possibly have- oh wait. He stopped his train of thought, looking down at his book. A book full of pages made out of paper. Yeah I'm /smart/. He sighed, smiling softly as he searched inside the brown book. Usually old books like these would have a few blank pages inside. He had no idea why. Perhaps a printing mishap of sorts. Browsing through quickly his eye caught a blank page near the end of the book.
Biting his lip he gingerly tore out the piece of paper. "Is this good?" He asked Ophelia, holding out the piece of book paper. It was a bit old which made it much stronger than regular paper was.

Not seeming to understand the significance of tearing pages out, the kunkun just took up the paper.
"I can fix it so it is just right!" she exclaimed as her little fingers set to work. She'd fold the paper across the corner in a diagnal manner. She would then fold the remaining bit over, then fold it the other way, as if to make the crease stronger.
"...Mommy taught me that if you want to cut something, but you don't have scissors, then you should fold the paper one way, then the opposite way..." Her eyes were extremely contented with the what she was doing. And with that, her fingers tore the paper where she had just folded.

Arc watched diligently as Ophelia folded the paper up. He was always so eager to learn, even from those that were younger than him. Arc was glad she was happy right now though. After all, it was natural for him to enjoy others happiness. Being one with not many friends whenever someone was happy because of him it somewhat overjoyed him.
"Your mother?" He mused. Arc never met his mother but didn't mind it. There was a need to ask Ophelia about her own mother, yet the way she expressed the thought was somewhat saddening. Instead he continued watching, waiting for her to finish her 'present'.

The girl giggled at the question. "Yes! Ophelia's Mommy!! Mommy has long ears that are like the ears cats have. Like RUFUS, but yellowy!!" Her fingers folded the paper diagonal in the other direction too, then she folded the paper again to make a smaller triangle.
"Mommy also has a tail. It isn't as big as most tails you see on cats, but it is fluffy!" The fingers opened the edge of one of the triangles and then promptly squished the shape down flat so it formed a sideways square.
"Ophelia's Mommy is much smaller than most mommies, but she is just the perfect size for Ophelia!!" If it was possible, the child's face looked like it would droop from the overly large smile upon her face. It was as if her large smile had grown to a size not possible normally, thus it must have been really heavy. Yet the Kunkun seemed content with just folding and talking about her "Mommy."((Random OOC note: I should link a picture of Ophy's IC "Mommy" xd ))

Arc chuckled at Ophelia's ecstatic energy while describing her mother. From what Ophelia said it seemed that her 'mother' didn't look anything like Ophelia at all. Could that mean that Ophelia was an orphan herself, but didn't even know it? After all cats can't exactly give birth to pixie-like creatures such as Ophelia.
He also noticed how Ophelia was still able to fold up the paper into some new triangles, even while talking so quickly about her mother. She was certainly good at multitasking. Arc could never do that.
"Well your mother sounds quite colorful. I hope to meet her one day, Ophelia." Arc gleefully commented with a smile, looking back down at the changing paper.((OOC Note- You can if you want xD I think I already saw her before (Manx right)))

Taking the description of her mother a bit more literally than intended, she paused from folding to ask "...I don't think Mommy is color-full. Mommy has yellowy ears and her tail is yellowy too... but the rest of her is colored like Arc's skin."
It seemed that if the girl had to think about something a bit more intensely, the folding would stop.((OOC note: JUST BECAUSE I CAN ~ SMEXY MANX & RELI OPHY ))

Arc nodded. "I just mean that she probably is colorful in personally." When he was little his mother told him that usually colors that people wore represented their personality a lot. Though the way he wore colors was certainly different. He wore colors like green and yellow but he wasn't very social if you call it.((Monochrome ftw heart ))

Again, the girl seemed a bit lost. Setting her paper down, she reached her hands to her head, as if trying to think deeply.
"...but you can't see personality... so how can anybody know if there are colors in it?"
This was all just too confusing for her. Her brain felt like it had a cramp.

Arc chuckled lightly, taking Ophelia's small hands and setting them down from her forehead. She was starting to give him a headache just by looking at her having a headache.
"Well, some people are much more colorful in personality in others. Like if you're personality is bright and happy you might like lighter colors like cyan or pink. A darker personality would be more attracted to dark colors like black and red. Understand?" He knew it was a bit confusing but he had faith that she could understand what he was saying.
