Character Name: Marra Flannery Gender: Female Age: 27 Elemental/Other: Other – Human Element Non-Elemental Class: Horticulturist/Herbologist Appearance: 5’7’’ Mid-length red/brown hair, worn back in any fashion that will keep it out of her eyes, whether that be braid, ponytail, or head scarf Brown eyes Naturally pale skin, tanned somewhat from sun exposure, with a light dusting of freckles. Of medium build, she has a muscled but curvy frame that is strong without being cut. (Marra would be considered attractive and womanly to the people of her village and a community of humans, but in a city of Elementals, she must look dreadfully plain. I will leave it to the Elementals discretion to decide if she looks interesting or not.) Personality: Marra is a very studious woman who is absolutely fascinated with the living world. She is not shy, but she is reserved, especially around those she does not know or trust, and has a tendency to lose herself among her work quite easily. Because of this, she may be perceived as cold or aloof by some. A cautious woman, her actions are percise, and she prefers enter new situations with some understanding and research beneath her belt first. She is most definitely not a spontaneous woman. While she is trying to be academic with her pursuits in Laista, she is secretly a bit jealous and frightened of the Elementals. Frightened of the random outbursts of furious power she cannot begin to comprehend, and jealous of the Plant Elementals who can understand all about plant life that she cannot simply by asking the plants themselves. History: Marra was born outside of Laista, growing up in a human village and only hearing of Elementals from travelers. While she did enjoy and understand the her life within the city confines, her love of plants and living greenery drew her outside the walls of the city to explore and learn the things that she could not learn running down cobbled streets. When she was of age and had completed her first level of academy training , she traveled to a neighboring province that specialized in agricultural persuits to study Botany, Horticulture, Herbology, and all things green and growing. After five dedicated years of study, she made her permanent residence there, teaching alongside her teachers. Two years ago, word of the Elementals reached her small community, and the teachers and students began discussing the ramifications of the Elementals, and the dangers the rogue powers may have on the peoples of the area. It was decided that the school would send a delegation of their finest teachers and students to the city of Laista to offer tutelage and support to the Plant Elementals, teaching them the ways those without powers cared for and understood plants. It was a journey of many months, but Maura reached Laista with the delegation half a year after setting out. After arriving in the city, the delegation realized that the Elementals were much stranger and more powerful than they had expected. Some of the party left immediately, accusing the place of being too unnatural, despite its beauty. The others didn’t start to leave until the first display of rogue power. Now, after a year and a half, Marra is one of the only remaining party members. She tried to integrate herself into the community as best she can, but in a world of strange and fantastic people, she can’t help but feel a bit lost and powerless. He has silver hair and a cloud allways follows him around. He wears expensive clothes from his inheritance when his parents died. He always covers one eye ashamed of a horrible scar. He has silver eyes that glow brilliantly. : Personality:Hes a mis fit. Most people think hes crazy because he mutters to his gwee although noone else sees it. He prefers to stay away from people. : History: As a child he was left in an orphange. The took care of him for 18 years until he was given the choice to leave. That day the woman who ownde the orphanage gave him a note and an angelobow. She told him that he arrived at the doorstpe with it. He could ot read the language written but found out it was the sky language. He now seeks for a guru now that he knows he may be a sky elemental to master this skill. So far he had figurwed out he was from laista. He now wonders if he will ever find other people like him : Anything else: Seth always keeps his angelbow and his gwee with him.

Normal - Approximately 5'6'' in height, slender athletic build and an ample bust. Long black hair, light blue, light peach colored skin. On each side of her jaw there are two claw-like birthmarks marks, typical among her people. She wears a black linen skirt, a black linen wrap on her upper body, black gauntlets and sandals with black twine. She also has a Blue Rose tattooed on her right shoulder.
Flare Form - When she synchronizes with her pet Gweeling, Nova, her body becomes engulfed in flames. Her hair waves upward and out in a blazing fire, her eyes spark flaring out flame and a pair of flaming wings sprout from her back.
Personality: Sweet and good natured, very confidant in her abilities, but not overly so. She never hesitates to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. She is also a fierce combatant.
History: Born in a mountain village on another continent, Shaela was ingrained in elemental magics from day one. Her people lived among the dragons known as Gwees and maintained an equal partnership and harmony between them. Unfortunately, people from other lands soon came and started capturing the Gwees and selling them as pets, Shaela's partner Nova is among the few surviving wild Gwee and the two are on a life's ambition to restore Gwee to the wilds of Pyrotia.

He wears a blue and gold vest, dark blue wide legged jeans and steel toed boots. A pair of golden arm bands on his left arm and a single golden wristband on his right. He also has a Black Rose tattooed on his right shoulder.
Gale Form - His body becomes enveloped in a cloud, his hair grows and twists upward like a rushing updraft. A cloud forms below him which he uses to glide through the air.
Personality: Arrogant and stubborn, highly over confidant in his abilities. Often sarcastic and quite self-absorbed. Hates being wrong to the point of becoming violent over it.
History: Coming from a rich and well to-do family, Faust has had everything handed to him on a silver platter. This includes his elemental training, being trained by the top Aero-Kinetics of the land. Each one leaving after a while, becoming fed up with his attitude and unwillingness to truly appreciate the basics. He's come to the City of Laista to make a name for himself, despite his inadequate training.
Anything else: He carries a revolver, but never uses it, it's mostly for aesthetics. It is, however, loaded at all times.

Gets offendid and angry easily History: Her whole family where air elementals. All females could fly. She grew up with her parents until 16, then her families tradition is to kick out the child at this age and ignor them until they find a mate. HAsn't found one yet. Anything else: Not yet at least!

Personality:Maron is a spirited girl with a talent of having little courage to do all that she wants. Known by people she lived with as a stupid, no good child, Maron has always been scared of perfecting her abilities. She loves anything cute and when she comes across something cute, she has to touch it or she has a panic attack. She also has a tendancy to cling onto people and has a secret desire for being praised.
History: Maron was born into a fairly large family. She was one of the last to be born and the last to start to develop any of her abilities. Being last often ashamed her parents who over-looked her. Her family was upper-class so the family was also very well connected in society. She has just recently left her home, tired of being left out and although she hasn't been treated very well she holds almost no grudge towards her family.
Anything else: She also tends to be very dreamy and seems to have a bit of ADD. She also looks as if she is no older than 10, even though she is 16.

Character Name: William Wither Gender: Male Age: 21 Elemental/Other: [Specify if "Other"] Elemental Element [If Elemental-Only one] Fire Class: Seer Appearance:  Hs flame is a black-purple for no reason known. It acts like regular fire, no known properties that differ from natural fire, yet no explanation can say why it is that color. The chain around his arm is used to conduct heat and can catch on fire. He does the same with his katana when need be. The chain ends with a wolf head that has miniature teeth which rip flesh. A merlin hangs around him a lot, although usually unoticed by people. Personality: Calm and reflective. Usually is quiet and prefers to be alone. However another side to him is present, as his rage is intense which causes his power to take control of him. History: William is philosiphical. He is always trying to understand things and is always trying to solve them. It's what led him to the city, in hopes of grasping knowledge others didn't know. 'Usually things are better left unsaid' is his response to those who ask about him. He is an enigma and his only true friend is himself. He seems to be nonviolent, yet the scars that show on his body did not come from simply falling. Anything else:The merlin (hawk) that hangs around him a lot is Sarrow.

Appearance: Almost identical to Alex, but with dark red hair reaching her middle back and blue eyes. Also is more tanned than Alex as she worked outside more while with Gamsi.
Personality: Kind of awkward, seeing as she hasn't been around people other than the sick. She is shy, but sometimes strangely out going. Enjoys people and is willing to talk to anyone. Instatantly trusting of people, sometimes to a fault.
History:She's the long lost twin of Alexandra. Came down with serious illness that is normally life threatening at the age of 10. Her parents,afraid for her death, took her to the old healer, Gamsi, who said I must remain with her in order to be healed. Since her parents did not have the funds to pay her, she requested that I stayed with her. If Selene tried to leave, she would kill her instantly. They told Alex she was dead because of the pain it caused them to lose her and to make sure Alex wouldn't try to bring her back.
Gamsi, an Air guru, took care of her and trained her in the art of healing and air elemental powers. The illness, however, left Selene without her memories of her true family. Years later, Gamsi, on her deathbed, told her that she were free to find her true family,who lived in the next city over, in Laista. Selene knew that she would recognize her family in a heartbeat.

Appearance: Vincent is of medium build, coming in at about 5-foot-8. His untidy, shoulder-length hair is as brown as the earth that he controls. He is normally seen wearing a brown cloak, faded by the sun, that allows him free movement should he ever get into battle.
Personality: Vincent is very easy to get along with, and he's very outgoing. He likes to look at the bright side of life, and normally tries to help out anyone he comes across, but once you get on his bad side, it takes a lot for him to trust you again.
History: Only once has Vincent lost control of his powers, and he almost killed his sensei when he did. Since then, he has been in constant fear of losing control again, though he never shows it. Once he completed his training, he began travelling to try and accquire more control of his powers. As part of his training, his sensei also taught him martial arts and how to combo his powers with it. He has recently ended his journey and has almost reached his home city.
Anything else: He carries under his cloak a retractable staff that he incorporates into his fighting when he can. He normally wouldn't use a weapon, but using this one slightly magnifies its power due to the wood it was made with, which is also why it can retract.

Appearance: Standing at five feet and eight inches, his form is covered in a red firey kimono(fire flower cloak). His feet covered in silk red socks, strong straw woven sandals cover his feet like a second skin, needing to be tied right onto his feet. (Think of Bleach Sandals) He weighs in at one hundred and seventy-four pounds, his frame thin and lightly muscled. (Cycilist body) Eyes colored orange, his hair jet black and messy. Personality: Calm, collected, wise, controlling, enduring, emotionless
History: His family has always been strange, always born elemental, always of the fire element. There eyes usually color orange, red, gold, or even yellow. There 'clan' has always been called demons for there strange colored eyes, and for there naturally element of fire. They have been known to make fire and heat resistant kimonos and cloaks, hosting fire dueling tournaments, and having a high tolerance to pain.
Anything else: The clan is almost as large as sixty or as high as the maker of this RP will allow it. Anyone can become a Firestorm, if you wish to be one, I won't mind. Just know that your eyes will be orange, red, gold, or yellow. The common hair is black, and we usually dress in the design of Kimono I am wearing.

He is kind and has a good sense of humor but has a very very bad side. He is nearly impossible to get angry, but if he does, there will be no mercy. Though most of the time he is a talkative and cool guy, most people don't see him as the tough type. His obsession with working out is questioned by many. History: Rail is open about his past but when they hit a sensitive spot he'll change his attitude a little and change the subject. He grew up with his older brother who developed light elemental abilites naturally. As a Thaumaturgist his older brother Daisri ran away to get training. Rail was eight and discovering his own elemental abilities as well. He could manipulate the wind. Rail entered his training and eventually became a very high rank and even got near Guru though many saw him as a guru class, he one day left to search out his brother. Soon he started to feel some odd sensations with his own powers but he kept it under control for the time being. He wondered what was going to happen if things kept up. Appearance: Nawaru has white hair that is neck length and held back with a piece of leather. He dresses a bit fancy but a close observer would also notice his choice of clothing allows him to be comfortable and move easily and quietly. He doesn't have a particular choice or favorite color of dress. It just depends on the day. He dresses in light colors for hot days and dark colors for cold. Seems to be fairly normal in appearance. In short he dresses nicely but comfortably.
Personality: Nawaru is def not one dimensional. He's cruel, bitter and angry at elementals. But to anyone else he is civil and even kind. He's very outspoken and physically active. Both are necessary to fight for his "cause"
History: Nawaru is a strange man. It's hard to know if he's a good man in bad times, simply prejudicial or cruel. But he is very against the elementals. He considers them all to be dangerous and mistrusted and believes that the recent occurrences are only further proof. He has come to Lumia in order to protest against the elementals and try to convince others that action must be taken against them. He has only a small following as he's only recently come to Lumia. Not only does he try to gather people to support his cause...he also attempts to take it into his own hands.

Class: Around seer level. Has never been evaluated though.
Appearance: Has waist length dark blue hair that is often tied back. He is around six feet all and has no particular taste in clothes although they are often dark colors. Spending time making his clothes match is something he'd rather not do. His eyes are a striking bright blue most of the time, but when he gets angry, they turn various shades and twin markings appear across his face. Often wears a clock and always wears a necklace with a simple green stone that belonged to his sister.
Personality: Quiet, he spent the past few years training and traveling. He talks more than he did eight years ago. Not quick to anger. Often seen helping the young. Disrespecting a woman is one of the few things that will make him…not your best friend, to say the least.
History: Lived in a small mountain village where his father and himself were the only elementals that lived there. His father kept the village protected from bandits and the like as well as most natural disasters. Did so because his mother and little sister were human and mother was frail. The town may not have liked them, but they accepted their presence. When he was eight, father disappeared. He took over protecting the village, or tried to at least. It was very difficult but he kept at it. When he was fifteen, a group of travelers came and upon learning that he was an elemental, killed his mother and sister. In his rage, he lost control, killing them all and destroying his house. After burying his mother and sister, he left the town to train. Trained under a few others, but never had a teacher. Has come to Laista following rumors of his father and the recent destruction there.
Anything else: His weapon of choice is needles and he uses his wind control them to kill quickly and painlessly, if it is needed.

She's not above pranks and jokes, but has been rather serious lately. History: Tori lost control of her power at home, making a huge lightning bolt strike the house and burning down their home with her parents inside. She was devastated and wracked with guilt, so her twin proposed they leave. There were too many memories floating around. Her sister travels with her. Tori constantly has bursts of fury that cause her power to flare, and it terrifies her. Anything else: Tori is a bit violent but prefers using martial arts to her power.
