Emer smiled and nodded, "Lead on hon." She grinned picking up her bags of stuff and followed the two threw the mall.
Kale hurried up his pace until he was walking next to Valens, "What kind of Dragon is Ellie? Mine is going to be a Wayvern. Mom isn't happy about it, but I don't know why. Geia has a Frost Dragon named Vorel, and Ter's Baroness is Wayvern too. At first she didn't like me, but she seems to be okay with me now."

Valens gave a smile before he headed off towards where he was sure that his dragon would be hanging out. It didn't take them long to find her given what she was. He gave a bright smile and pointed, "Thats her, she is a Silver." He said, then looked over at Kale and murmured, "Can you believe how lazy it is to name something after its color."
He'd always been bothered by it. He lifted a hand to his mouth, giving a whistle.
Ellie looked up from where she was sitting starring at a jewelry case, over towards the pair. She got up to her feet and walked over to the pair of them, tail swishing behind her. She looked at the two with Valens then reached over to catch hold of her boy and pulled her boy closer as if she thought he was wandering off with strangers...

Dealing with Baroness and Vorel taught Emer how temperamental dragons could be. She gently she wrapped her arm around Kale's shoulders pulling him close and standing a little ways away. She didn't want the Silver to think they where trying to hurt the other boy.
Kale stayed back with his mom, understanding what it was she was doing. He smiled up at her, his ears moving happily, nothing like a new friend to brighten his day.

Valens blinked as he looked back and forth between the dragoness then the other two. He shook his head then wrapped an arm around her neck before tugging closer, "Don't mind her, she is just protective." He said, "We are going to see Dad, Ellie. Don't worry."
Ellie looked up at her boy for a moment, then back to Emer and Kale before giving a nod. She nuzzled against his arm. With the dragoness placated he led the way to where he was sure his father would be at.
LaVey was sitting on the bench that was outside the main door of the mall, looking for the moment relaxed with cigarette in hand. He lifted his gaze to look as he heard the distict sound that was hoof beats and knew of only one that made that sound when he walked. Sure enough Valens was coming towards him with the Silver dragon, walking with him was another strangely put together child and a woman.
He rose to his feet, "Where is your controller?" He asked, wondering why the kid didn't have a bag with him.
"Didn't need to get one, Kale was gonna help me make a strong one that I won't break." He said happily.
"Hmm, I see." He looked to the kid assuming that was 'Kale'.

Emer held up her hands and smiled eaisly at the large Silver. "We are on our way to talk to his Dad about coming over. You are more then welcome to join us. We live on the D-corp compound." She wasn't sure if that would help but it was worth a try.
Kale walked up to Valens and Ellie, "Hi Ellie. I'm Kale. I have a Wayvern...... but he is still an egg. I go see him quite a bit though. It's nice to meet you."

Ellie seemed relaxed more around Emer and Kale since they had come into the presence of LaVey. He wasn't exactly a nice man but he wouldn't let strangers take the horse boy away if he didn't trust them.
"Can I go over to Kale's house to play?" The horse boy asked hopefully, wanting very much to go and see how a metal controller was created.
At the moment LaVey was seeming to size the pair in front of him up as they spoke to Valens and Ellie, they seemed like those people you saw on the front of those Guitar magazines. Strange hair, piercings, and odd clothing... all of those stuff he hoped to keep Valens away from and thus far had been able to do, "I wouldn't want to impose upon them." He said after a moment's thought.
Valens ears dropped a bit disappointment clear in his features, "Ohh..." He murmured then looked over at Kale, "Sorry, maybe another time?"

Emer lifted an eyebrow. She recognized that judgmental look quickly enough. "It's not an imposing at all. We live in the D-Corp complex. I have tons of food, and plenty of room for Ellie. We thought we could give a crack at making a mostly indestructible controller for Val. Best way to do that is for him to be there to test it out."
Kale stepped forward his eyes huge as he looked up at Val's Father. "Please let him come over. It would be so cool to have him come play."

He seemed to think on it again, trying to think on another reason for how to keep him from going with them but was coming up with a total blank... He gave a sighing sound before giving a nod of his head, "Fine." If his kid came back strange in any way then he would make sure that he never say these people again, "Whenever your done you call and we will come and get you."
Valens' eyes went wide, his father was actually going to let him go? He'd actually changed his mind over something? That was... strange. His tail set to swimming in excitement, "Ahhh, really? Thank you!" He said with a grin before turning to Kale.
Ellie gave a little purring sound liking that they were going to go to play. Her boy needed to get out more, make more friends. That this woman was going to stand up against Valens' father was quite interesting to her.

Emer smirked, "Don't worry, we will get them back to you in one piece." She winked as she backed up a few steps to give him some room so he could go. "Come on boys, and lady." She inclined her head to the large dragon. "We better get going. Stuff like this takes time."
She took everyone back to the D-Corp complex. She let the boys and the dragon in and got down the paper and penicels to let the boys start drawing their desighnes. Once she got them settled she turned and start to take apart several controllers they didn't use anymore, laying them out for the boys as well.
Kale looked up at Val and grinned as Emer left the room. "Go ahead, grab some paper, have some fun. Momma always says you have to draw out all of your ideas, you never know what are the best ones until you see them all out there."

"I hope that my Mom comes to pick me up, I'd like her to meet your mom." Valens said as he got some paper and looked it over. He picked up one of the pencils and tapped it against the paper. He wasn't really sure what it was that he was supposed to be drawing really, he wasn't exactly good at designing things... still he didn't want to make Kale and Emer do all the work. He wanted to help.
Ellie laid down next to the pair, watching them through silver eyes and was quiet. This place was rather relaxing and it had been a long day, she wondered if now would be a good time to get a nap in.

Kale looked over at him and smiled, wondering why he wanted him to meet his mom. "That would be kinda cool. It might be a good idea, I don't think my Mom likes your Dad that much." He started to draw a round controller with all kinds of colors. He started to hum to himself. He paused putting the pencil, wrapping his tounge around it and contuied to draw as he grabbed for another color.

He gave a nod of his head as he started to draw random designs, "My Dad is hard to get a long with." He agreed. LaVey often seemed unhappy but Valens loved him none the less and tried hard to made the man proud. His tail swished as he drew a little horse picture, "Mom seems to be one of the only people that can make him smile."
Valens's eyes widened a little bit as he watched his friend drawing with his tongue, "Woah, thats so cool!" He said in an excited voice.
