Pretty much. If God had us and created us in his image, why would there be life anywhere else? Why we he need any of that? Or for that matter, why would he need any other planets or stars at all? I asked someone that. And they said: "God likes giving us pretty things to look at." surprised Pretty things? It all makes sense now! Golly gee whizz, thanks God!

Though it cannot be detected on the Internet. exclaim

Because I'm not mocking their beliefs and being all high and mighty about, but mocking their logic. razz Like someone said, I'm being Sarcastic, not smug.

I prefer the Christopher Hitchens stance of being smug, arrogant, condescending and rude because the self-evident truth doesn't change, no matter how it's presented.
Okay, so I don't really go around totally assholehish all the time...but I reserve the right. XD

Pay no attention to fools; they are not worth your time.
Also, stereotypes make Baby Jesus cry.

LOL SPOILERS for Chapter 3:Quote: Back in his own quarters, Rodney put the cat in the box he’d covered with a blanket trying to make it more comfortable for his new pet. He trotted into his bathroom, washed up, and dropped onto his bed. “Like I really can sleep,” he muttered. He turned on his side and noticed for the first time, the card Zelinka had included with his gift. He opened it. Happy Birthday, Rodney. It said simply. A note fell out. McKay grabbed it and wondered what had been so important. Rodney,
I have a strange feeling time is short and I know you don’t know the Lord. If I disappear mysteriously, read a passage in Thessalonians 4 and then Revelations. It will tell you what is going to happen. Things are going to get bad, my friend. Very bad. I’m not sure if it will affect just Earth, or every planet.
You still have a chance to be saved. Take it. I’d hate think of you burning for all eternity.Radek “Okay, Zelinka,” Rodney replied. “Where do I find a Bible?” Remember, Rodney was Mister "Nonsense!" in the beginning.
I'd like to note that I'm not familiar with Stargate or Left Behind and so I have no idea what's going on. xD

Karla Marx Oh god. The first few sentences are bad enough. Quote: “How can you believe that religious crap!” Rodney threw a disbelieving glare at Zelinka. “It’s all a bunch of nonsense!” The two were working late in McKay’s lab on some new piece of technology that had been brought back by Sheppard’s team. “How can deciding where to spend eternity be nonsense!” Radek shot back. “It’s the most important decision I’ve made in my life!” “I don’t believe you!” McKay’s expression echoed his disbelieving tone. “Everyone knows the Bible is just a book filled with morality tales and myths!” “Rodney!” Zelinka slammed his hand on the desk, startling them both. He winced slightly but went on, “Where do you think I’ve gotten my inspiration for all the times I’ve saved your life?” Satirically he replied. “You’re naturally brilliant?” “No. I prayed to God and asked.” “Humfp.” He looked smugly at the other scientist. “Just means I’m smarter than you are.” Damn Atheist scientists. Always think they're smarter than everyone else! Always saying things like "Humphf" and "Nonsense." Wow. And this is why I didn't even touch the actual story. First off, the author spelled Zelenka's last name wrong. Secondly, Zelenka is Czech. The Czech Republic is one of the most atheistic countries in the world. Bad example. rolleyes

Baron von Turkeypants Soy un hombre muy honrado, que me gusta lo mejor YOU make baby jesus cry. Las mujeres no me faltan, ni el dinero ni el amor ...Okay. That was brought on by? An addition to the list: Fourth, the Left Behind series is, in my opinion, a sub-par ripoff of Stephen King's The Stand.
