Cryllia Would it need to be a hangout place though? couldn't we set up the noobs who are interested in joining ED with one of us to show them around? It wouldn't be a hangout, it'd be...I don't know, a mission or something... We'd need some kind of way to organize it, at least. We could defintely make a thread, either here or in the chatterbox, where those interested in being guided could sign up, and link the new people to it when we welcome them. 3nodding

How about a sub-guild in Barton town?
We can welcome newcomer on their actual threads with the link, that could work.

I agree. 3nodding A quick cut-'n'-paste crash course in Gaia-etiquette and a little "Brought to you by the Church of Mod" with a link at the end or something.

Deep Vermillion I agree. 3nodding A quick cut-'n'-paste crash course in Gaia-etiquette and a little "Brought to you by the Church of Mod" with a link at the end or something. That would work, I think. We'd need to write up something relatively short and simple, though.

So i was wondering, great Modists, is there now a place in the Welcome Forum for this? I would be glad to help in any way possible, and i myself would be glad enough to start it up with all the information if needed. I myself visit all the forums that i possibly can when i am not too busy. And usually i can get on gaia for 5+ hours a day every weekday and on the weekends if i am home then for 12+ hours. I am a dedicated Gaian and am willing to help ^_^ Please let me know. I will gladly recruit for the Church of Mod. And if I am allowed to set this up for the Church, then I would like the information that needs to be in the first few posts to be PMed to me so that I can do a quick cut ~n~ paste deal and we can have it up quickly ^_^
