Job Applying for: Substitute!
Qualification for your job: I have run a class before, but I really enjoy helping people out with their roleplaying. I doubt it makes a difference, but I was top of my English class for two years straight. I also have a strange addiction for grammar and spelling corrections.
How you might run your class: Well, seeing as how I'd be a substitute, I guess I would first see how the original teacher handled assignments. For the most part, I would help students put emphasis on the right parts, add or subtract detail when needed, and overall whatever I have to do to help students.

You're patting yourself on the back without using asterisk? Wow that's crazy! lol jk, but anyways I've talked to you about it, and as I said, I think you'd do wonderful. And yeah the way you put to run your classroom is what I expect of substitutes. So ja, you got the job, you met ze expectation! Lol, now to start posting grammatical/spelling errors for you to hit me over the head with a (ruelr).... But yep you got the job.

Job Applying for: Mortal God Teacher
Qualification for your job: I've got wonderful skills amongst this category, and I love to pass on teachings. While I may be a bit stern and strict, my teachings can go well learned, and well thought out. I am passing on knowledge to those who might be able to use it further than I can, and there's no harm in persona learning as much as they want to. My actions will remain in the master and pupil fashion only. I'm well versed in combat, and verbal combat, either way the pupils under me shall learn valiantly. And finally, I believe I can well fit the part, unless you all think otherwise.
How you might run your class:It shall be an organized setting with equal oppurtunities all around. No one is better than anyone else, and this shall be explicitly explained to the class, as well as other important rules. I will do my absolute best to maintain a structured and safe environment for those willing to learn, after all, with great power comes great responsibility. ;D

Well I've been thinking about it, we do actually have a mortal god teacher, however they have not created a thread for theirs. So anywho I think I'll allow you to test it out and see how well you do, if the other person comes back, I don't mind having two teachers of a subject, it helps keep a person fresh, and if the teacher things they are more suited for the other teacher, or if one teacher can't handle all the cases and has to leave to do stuff for the week, someone is there offering the same essential stuff. So yeah, you're accepted for the position, and not to mention, all the positions will be opened once again for fulfillment.
